Frank has been an absolute godsend. Whenever we have had any questions, concerns, or any issue with the property we are renting he has been very helpful in getting any issues resolved and or fixed with no issue. He always responds to calls, emails or text in a prompt and timely manner. (Even on weekends and even late in the evening) He has made a situation that is most of the time stressful (moving can be loads of extra work and stress at times) very easy and worry free.

Working with Property Management Etc has been a great experience. It’s been over a year that I’ve been leasing a wonderful property in an excellent neighborhood in Conroe. The lease and the move in process was very straight forward. All documents were correct and accurate. No hidden expenses or unexpected cost. Anytime I had issues or questions, their team always responded quickly to resolve the problem. I always recommend them to family and friends that are looking to lease a property.

It has been a pleasure working with Frank for the management of our rental property in the Houston area. He is professional, responsive, and diligent with all the necessary tasks required when taking on a new property. Unfortunately, our property required a significant amount repairs that were unexpected shortly after being placed under Franks management. Frank took it all in stride and resolved the issues in his usual professional, knowledgeable, and extremely timely fashion. Despite the challenges, all parties involved have been very satisfied with Franks wonderful service. My highest recommendation!
