    This is the first time I have rented a place. I just moved into my new property, and it has been great. The property had been cleaned quite thoroughly before I moved in. Maintenance has been good so far as well! I moved in and realized the A/C needed freon. Within less than 24 hours I had an A/C professional out who was able to service the unit. So far, I can certainly say that you could do a hell of a lot worse. Super happy with my purchase!

    I am currently renting and have been renting from Pristine since 2022. Same house & its been great!!!The ladies at the front made it super easy to get into the place & always are understanding. They are responsible for multiple locations and always respond in a timely manner.They have a maintenance line for any issues you may have. Their is always someone out within a day or two to fix the issue.Overall I have rented from a few different properties over the years and Pristine is by far the best on handling issues & response time.Thank you all-Bobby Graham

    We just went thru them to rent a new home for me and my family we looked at the house today at 12 we have been approved and have paid all the fees the house is amazing and we are so happy have been approved . We will be headed to pick up our keys shortly . Very smooth sailing process thank yall so much

    I have been a tenant through this company for the past 4 years. Mrs Lynn and her staff have always been courteous, respectful and fulfilled any of our needs in a timely manner. Each year they made our renewal process easy and convenient and when we changed ownership of our lease, they guided us through the process easily and effortlessly. I will forever be grateful for this company.
