I purchased an investment property that PPM was managing for the previous owner. Before closing, I reached out to PPM, Brannon and Kristi were happy to have a call and answer my questions about the property. I decided to sign a management agreement with them to make the transfer easier. Now, PPM is managing two of my properties and they are doing an excellent job responding to tenants’ needs and filling vacancies quickly. Brannon is very professional, honest, and really enjoys sharing his knowledge. Kristi is great and always happy to talk and give updates on the properties. Cant wait to have them manage my next property!

Five stars across the board! I was skeptical at first being traumatized by the previous property management company but I have had nothing but wonderful experience with the Principle Property Management team. I have dealt with Brannon, Kristi, Brenda, and Mindy. They are just so lovely! Thank you Brannon for putting me at ease with your kindness. Thank you Kristi for all your help from the beginning. Thank you Brenda for taking the time to shop around to get me the best deal on A/C repair saving me thousands of dollars that I do not have. Thank you Mindy for keeping me in the loop with required services. I wish I had gone with yall from the beginning. I feel so relieved knowing my home is in great hands. : )

I was working with a different property manager for years. The company had been sold multiple times and the quality of their services had suffered greatly. I was dealing with an eviction and during that process I learned that the company had outsourced their customer service to a call center in the Philippines. This is where owners and tenants called with questions but the people who answered the phone didnt even speak English very well. Owners would speak with property managers for certain things, customer service for other things as well as eviction specialists and leasing specialists and it seemed that there was poor internal communication amongst the departments. It was very difficult knowing who to speak with and they were not very responsive. I was having a very difficult time during this eviction process and decided it was time to change management companies. After doing some research I found Principled Property Management. I liked that they are a smaller company and have great reviews. I spoke with Kristi to inquire about their services and even before they were managing my property, she was so much help in helping me get information about my eviction and helping me navigate the process even though she was not managing my property or getting paid to do so. The tenant ended up getting caught up with rent and I hired Principled Property Management and it has been a wonderful experience so far. My tenant is paying on time and just renewed the lease. Principled has been on top of getting repairs done that the previous property manager had neglected for at least a year. Ericka has been very helpful in getting repairs done in a timely manner and seems to treat my money and home as if it were her own while being considerate of cost and has also communicated with me throughout the process. I love that when I need something I call either Kristi or Ericka and that they are so responsive. Thank you Principled Property Management team!!!!

Their online system for payment and putting in work orders makes it very easy to manage your account and process requests. There were a few hiccups from the cashiers check getting lost in the mail to general contractor delays, and PPM were very helpful and lenient with us. Kristi was amazing to us. We came from overseas which can be very stressful, but Kristi made everything go so smoothly for us. Our international travel dates kept being moved and Kristi was able to contact the homeowner to see if they could adjust their timeline for our schedule.
