Leslie was excellent when I was desperately trying to get in touch with customer service. Unfortunately, HOA website had no number to contact, but I had contact number in my contact list from previous contact. Leslie was cool and collective to help me when I was frustrated from talking with my bank, which made me more unhappy from my expectations as a Prime account holder. I had the best experience from Leslie since we bought this property and dealing with HOA, which unfortunately very dismal. HOA has no accountabilities besides taking you monthly fees, which is going up and up without accountable to the owners they serve. Unfortunately, there are no legislative mandate either, which definitely needed. -

I am very impressed with Principal Management Group of North Texas after having a few conversations with Burt Jones. He is very professional and knowledgeable about property management details. It is not often that I come across strong people who really convey how much they care about the buildings and the people who reside in the buildings they manage. My wife and I were very pleased to meet Ms. Maggie Raines on Oct 31st at Principal Management. She handled our issue by first listening to our point of view and then determining the cause. We believe that the focussed approach to the customer problem (instead of rushing to respond without due thought) is a better way to create understanding between parties, removing conflicts and maintaining excellent relations between the parties. I recently sold my house and had it under contract upon the title review I found out about an issue that was prevent me from closing on my house. However, I was able to get in contact with Monique Shivers and not only did she deliver a great customer experience. She was able to handle my issue with exceptional detail she was able to get things that would have took me ages to do done in a quick manner. I really appreciate everything she did for me and my family. She definitely deserves a reward or a raise. She’s a real asset, I never do reviews on any services I receive. But I had to do this for her, because it just wouldn’t feel right not to give her the praises she deserves. Thank you again Monique. Take care -

This 5-star review is primarily due to our HOA rep with Principal Management, Diana Smith. Diana stepped in when our initial rep went out on maternity leave. She very quickly learned what was needed by our association and made some critical recommendations to our board which we adopted. She has been extremely prompt in responding to the board and homeowners when we have had issues or questions, and very responsive in resolving each issue as they have arisen. Principal Management was also very helpful in reducing our insurance premiums using their brokerage services. Primarily based on the service provided by Diana we can highly recommend Principal Management. -

Anyone who deals with Principal Management Group should escalate all of their inquiries, needs, or questions to Michelle Reynolds. She is seemingly the only one that understands proper client communication and truly acts efficiently in getting things done. I am sad to admit that the only time while dealing with PMG that didn’t result in frustration was when Michelle would come and rescue the situation. I am incredibly grateful of escalating my issues to Michelle as she is kind, efficient, and truly cared about resolving our issues. The rest of the PMG team and leadership should model Michelle’s efforts. -

That is largely due to the quality of our reps, and, currently, our rep, Diana Smith, has been top shelf. Responsive and on top of all our needs. Her service is what we were looking for in a new management company. -

I had several community trees that had gotten way out of control over 17-plus years prohibiting grass growth on my property, allowing squirrels access to the top of my house and causing several issues on my property. April at Associa saw to it that the trees were pruned and cut back and solved the problem in a big way. Nice job and many, many thanks to her and Associa/Principal Management Group! -

While refinancing my house, the mortgage company asked me to get a statement from my HOA. I must admit, I have little contact as possible with the HOA (for obvious reasons). Therefore I knew nothing about who to contact to get a statement. After making some phone calls, text messaging and visiting with neighbors, I finally met the most customer friendly person in Janel Jones, my Association Manager. She responded to an email chat, by calling and leaving a very polite message. After returning her call and within 10 seconds I knew I had hit the jackpot!!! After verifying my identity, Janel guided me to a resolution of my dilemma.MASSIVE KUDOS TO JANEL JONES & CHELSEA!!!Grateful!!!!!!!!!!! -

I had the opportunity to interact with an HOA representative over the phone. I just moved to Texas and have been traveling quite a bit. My mail had not caught to me. When it did, I realized I was delinquent with my payment. Long story short, the HOA rep worked with me in getting my situation corrected and back on track. I cannot say enough for the friendly, courtesy, and professional manner in which I was treated. I appreciate all she did for me. She made me feel valued. I forget her name but whomever she was, thank you thank you and God bless! -

Had a paperwork issue and I was not a happy camper but come to find out the date that was given to PMG was incorrect!! However they had it worked out and issued to the title company within 30 minutes!! Problem resolved quickly even though it was not their fault!
