I have been in several neighborhoods with HOAs before, but this was truly one of the most responsive and easiest to work with experiences I have had. I was struggling to get an answer on a request and as soon as Darla got involved at Principal Management Group she tracked down the request and kept following up with next steps. Within 24 hours we received information back again, with clear communication on the approval and next steps, etc. Thank you to the team for their support.

I give our current property manager, Suzanne LaGrange, five stars, I gave Associa three stars so it averages out to four.Suzanne is our third property manager with Associa. We are a condo regime with commercial and residential, so there’s a lot going on. The first two property managers didn’t have the experience to handle all that, so there were some issues. Suzanne has 20+ years of experience with condo regimes and in the few months that she’s been with us, she has leveraged that experience to be an awesome property manager. Thank you, Suzanne!

Just wanted to say how happy I am with Associa Property Mgmt! Janel Jones has gone above and beyond to help us transition from our previous mgmt company which has been a monumental task. She takes her time making sure everything is understood and has guided us through this extremely hard rough patch with very little left from the other company to work with. There is no one I could imagine that can do what Janel has done for us! Things are always handled professionally and in a very timely fashion. We are luck to have her and its more than comforting to know she always be there for a cal, email or any other thing we might need! I feel we are treated as a priority even though being a small community. Associa is very lucky to have her as are we! Five stars!Gary EBoard member

Janel Jones went out of her way to contact us concerning the compliance inspection photos that she had to take on the same day that we were closing. She followed up with emails and phone calls explaining the situation that she was brought into, not knowing that we were closing in less than two hours, but was able to take the photos and send them to community archives, allowing us to close that same day. She is truly a professional and a great asset to her place of employment.
