Thanks for the quick response and attention to the issue, thumbs up for now to the PMG team! Change my rating for now… Regards, GJRPMG is the management company for the POA in the subdivision of the Commons of Lake Houston. This management company manages this community, the person that drives around doing inspections and looking for violations, drives down our Private Street and points out a basketball goal or a front door that’s a little faded, but misses the entry to the street that’s supposedly maintained by the POA. If you like a community management that’s, a do as we say, not as we do, this is the one for your community. They’ll point out immaterial things that the residents do, but overlook what the POA does in regards to maintaining the integrity of our community as a whole, the maintenance premiums the residents pay out for maintaining the community should be used for needed repairs in a timely manner. The entry to our private street has been like this 3-4 years now, that’s an excessive amount of time, they will not respond to or address its condition, what an outstanding PMG/POA management. I had to give them one star in order to post, but see for yourself, would you like them managing your community?

My HOA community is managed by Associa, and Ive had the pleasure of working with the community manager Alicia Davis when trying to pay my hoa dues. Alicia is very responsive and professional when speaking with me. I can count on her to follow up with our community and she always makes sure we receive notices in a timely manner!!!!

Today I received a call from John Miller, he looked into the matter and 15 minutes later called me back to let me know it is resolved. I appreciate what he did and it shows great customer service. Lisa Tonnar has managed 2 of my communities for over 3 years. She is professional, respectful, organized, helpful, and extremely responsive. There have been several occasions in which shes taken my call or responded to my emails late into the evening. She is a major contributor to maintaining our high-quality communities.

Nicole Ginardi is excellent. As a developer, I have experienced multiple HOA managers and management companies through the years, not always with great results. Nicole stands out as a manager who understands the process very well and deals with issues in a calm and professional way. She has proven to handle homeowner issues with feeling but also still focusing on the facts rather than the emotion that can erupt. She has handled a transfer of control from developer to homeowners with a balanced approach of calm and firmness and all went very well. Her knowledge and control of the situation were apparent in the meeting and I appreciate the qualities she has and demonstrates.

I recently purchased a home in a HOA managed by Principal Management Group of Houston. I needed some immediate modifications to the residence and contacted Penny Prothro the Asst. Manager of the property management company. She immediately responded to my needs and provided me with the necessary documents needed to complete my project and then assisted me with gaining the necessary approvals for my project. She was most helpful and extremely professional as well as personable during the entire process. Because of her, the usual process of dealing with a bureaucracy was made quite pleasant.Terry Foster

She goes above and beyond for the residents and every event she plans is fantastic. She truly helps make Woodsons a special place to live.

She is such a great lady who is always going above and beyond for our neighborhood as the Lifestyle Director. She always has fun activities planned for the community and thinks outside of the box (especially during this pandemic) to get everyone involved...safely. Shes definitely an asset to PMG and our community as a whole.
