Leuri is the most knowledgeable, reliable and resourceful property manager I’ve ever known! As someone that works with several real estate agents, property managers and businesses I can confirm that she takes pride in her work and in taking care of each property as if it was her own! I have referred her to friends and they are very happy with the service!

Presidio has taken care of us over the years. When there are issue s we communicate.Whenever there has been a mistake with accounting they have been prompt to resolve. They have also sent repairman and been transparent with issues. I can recommend Presidio, just be sure to speak up.The fact that there are issues with accounting and communication at times makes me detract a star, but their handling once communication is established is good.

This is one of the better companies I have rented from. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner which is nice. It is easy to contact whoever you need to and responses are quick. We really enjoy the place we’re renting.

This company is amazing! Leuri is professional and to the point which I very much appreciate. In my experience, all the bad reviews on here are people who didnt follow the rules, which Leuri enforces strictly in order to protect her owners properties. Even so, Leuri is fair and honest and handles situations in a very logical and calm manner. Ive had the pleasure of learning from her and hope to continue to do so.

Please dont believe the negative reviews. Im sorry those people knew people who had a bad experience, but as both a renter and a landlord I have only positive things to say about Presidio Property Management.Nearly ten years ago I rented a townhome, and it was managed by Presidio, or at least by Leuri Zibetti (wasnt Presidio at the time, but its the same person). After years of working with her, I was still very happy with her as the person in charge. We decided to buy the unit from the owner, and she was very helpful through that process as well.After living there as an owner for five years, we moved out and converted the unit back to a rental. We had been so impressed by Leuris work that we offered her back the unit to manage, and we are so glad we did! She has managed it for over two years for us now, and we still have only positive things to say. She charges very reasonable rates, offers us excellent advice, and has done amazing work managing tenants, repairs, and the unit in general.I heartily recommend Leuri and Presidio to anyone who has a unit they need to rent out, and I definitely reassure renters that she is very responsive, easy to work with, and one of the best landlords Ive ever had.
