⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I’ve been with Premier Metropolitan Properties for five years, and I can’t say enough great things about Jason and his maintenance team. While I haven’t had many issues over the years, the couple of times something did come up, they responded immediately and had everything resolved in less than an hour. Their professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to tenant satisfaction are truly unmatched. It’s rare to find a property management team that genuinely cares, but Jason and his crew go above and beyond every time. I highly recommend Premier Metropolitan Properties to anyone looking for a hassle-free, well-managed living experience!

Jason is super to work for. His staff is bilingual which I find super important in dealing with property and tenants. I love the fact he now offers improvement contracting. Saves me from having to find and hire my own contractors. High recommend them.

I have been with property company for over a year. I couldnt be happier with how well they respond to any maintenance requests or any issues with the home, which we have not had nothing but simple common things that wear and tear to fix. Super friendly and very caring. When they talk to you you can tell they have compassion for their renters. If you are looking for a rental property this place is the best.
