I rented from them with my girlfriend for a year and what would have been two years, but our landlord changed property managements. I really enjoyed their help, every time we needed anything they answered almost immediately and we never had any problems with them. They always kept us in the loop.

We used Precision to manage a rental property for us for several years, and they did a superb job. We really didn’t even think much about the property-the amazing team at Precision took care of absolutely everything for us. We just sat back and watched the rent money appear in our bank account every month! They made sure that our property stayed rented to great tenants, collected all the rents, and took care of all the tenant requests, minor repairs, and lawn care. The one time a major maintenance issue came up, they worked with us to determine the best solution and then did all the work to get the situation taken care of. While we recently sold our rental property, should we ever get back into the landlord business in College Station, our first call will be to Precision Property Management! They’re the absolute best at what they do.

I am so sad that my lease is ending right when this company is taking over. The customer service is literally THE BEST I’ve experienced in College Station. This company bought my building and any work maintenance orders I’ve placed have been responded to promptly and fixed within 24 hours. The office manager is amazing with responding to any questions and concerns I’ve had. They know how to put your mind at ease. This is what top tier company property management looks like. I wish I could take y’all to my new place!

I dont remember how I came across Sarah Mengers in the 1st place, but I am very happy I did. I had a different property mgmt company that was doing a bad job, overcharging me for maintenance that they didnt actually do, and not being attentive to the renters. I got out of that bad situation and actually started making some money, after I hired Sarah. She was very attentive to what I needed and attentive to the renters. They have an excellent business going on. They know how to get things done. They get more done with just 3 of them, than any other company in B/CS. Sarah and Allison are a delight to work with. I highly recommend them for your property management needs or your real estate needs. Hire them, you will be happy you did!

This group of women has provided exceptional and care to the management of my property. I highly recommend them. They are conscientious and on their game all of the time. They are proactive in the business and anticipate their clients needs. I consider myself very fortunate to have aligned myself with them and cannot say enough of the quality of the service they provide. You will not go wrong with them. Five Stars ladies and well worth it.

I had an A/C issue and management was quick about getting a technician out to my house. They were very polite and helpful, and called me in advance as requested since I have pets and a teenager at home for the summer. They did a great job and I appreciated the super fast portal update response to my ticket, even on a Sunday!

Ive had the best experience with Premier Property Management out of all the other property management companies Ive dealt with in the BCS area. Ive been in town since 2013, and its the most professional and prompt service Ive had. The online payment portal is nicely done, requests are responded to within 24 hours even on weekends, and their actions are swift and accommodating.Im sad that my property owner is changing management from Premier to something else, but if I ever get a property in the BCS area, I will not hesitate to reach out to Premier for managing my property.I dont know the value aspect of their management as Ive only been a tenant, but I felt like my opinions and concerns were listened to and addressed rather than pushed aside and ignored like a lot of other property management companies. I would recommend renting from them, and based on their management, I would recommend their management service as well.

Ive lived at a PPM property for almost a year now and havent had any reason to interact with them until todays freeze I woke up at 9am to my house being 53 degrees I called their line left a voicemail and got a call back with in 60 seconds. Told them what the problem was and had an HVAC at my house in 10 minutes and the heater fixed in 30 minutes!

The management is very helpful through the entire process. Leases can be signed online and the office is quick to respond. Is there is a maintenance issue with the house, you can submit a request from your phone and they fix it very quickly.
