Annie is phenomenal. My husband and I were in a situation that we had to find housing immediately. She was available to answer our questions, provided us with information regarding rent homes in the area we wanted and the price range, and was immediate in her response for private showings of rental property. Our air had went out Sunday night. I put the work order in early Monday morning. The AC people came out that day and said the compressor was out. On the hottest day, over 100, in Texas. The two representatives Jeff and Daniel that helped us were amazing. They put us in a hotel room Monday night and the air was fixed on Tuesday. Just to know PPMG cares to help in a tough situation, until things got fixed, warms my heart.

I just want to explain some of these great specials that PPMG Company brings to the table for their residents! They give out Special Deals - Call a late fee special they will match what you pay if youre ever late you pay half and they will match your price on the dollar this only applies to any LATE FEES - not your rent payment. I love this company, been with then for 3 years and my experience with them has been so pleasant and I want to continue many more years. Come give PPMG a try, I promise you will be thanking me later.

I am about to move in to my new home! The application process, while a little lengthy, was very easy and they are very thorough! I experienced a little hiccup after signing the lease (on my end only, nothing to do with the company) and I needed to amend the lease slightly and they helped me get that handled quickly and easily and in the friendliest manner! I spoke with Stacy on the phone and she was an absolute delight to talk to! This has been my best experience with a management company thus far. Thank you PPMG!

We’ve been living in a house, renting through PPMG for about 6 months now. We’ve been through two other rental companies before and so far, PPMG has been the most reputable one. Maintenance requests are handled super quickly and anything that we need done is done well. We’ve spoken with a lot of super nice people working at PPMG over the phone. During the application and lease signing process, they made it super easy and answered all the questions we had.

We recently had an issue with our air conditioning unit. I was able to contact the staff next day to have a work order created, and they were able to get someone out same day to check the system and perform the necessary repairs. Its also appreciated that they are able to be contacted by repair vendors for approval within a timely manner rather than taking multiple days for approval! Considering its the heart of summer, I cant express my gratitude that the repair was completed as fast as it was! The day after the repairs, I was even contacted for a follow-up to make sure the repairs were in full effect. Thank you so much!

We have just moved into a property managed by PPMG and have been blown away by the level of service. We had some issues right after we moved in and I placed some tickets, all of their vendors were prompt, reaching out by the very next day to either arrive for service or schedule it for a time that worked for me. This morning their Garage door vendor Mario was out for the second time and he is a great person to work with! He is friendly, knowledgeable and showed me how to resolve a couple issues on my own so I dont have to wait and put in a request. This is the best property management company I have ever done business with as a resident. They even left us a nice gift and letter when we closed on the property and got the keys! Would recommend them to anyone!

I never had a problem with renewing my lease at my current residency. Where do I begin? When I moved into my home, we’d had a house fire and my family and I were devastated. We found a beautiful 4 bedroom home in the heart of Little Rock. Everything about it was perfect. We lived there for 3 in a half years. While we had many many personal ups and downs, this company was the absolute BEST that we’d ever worked with. If anything broke, we called, and it was fixed the same day or next day. Sometimes we’d get multiple technicians. During the pandemic life did its thing and this company was beyond understanding. I remember being extremely depressed to the point I didn’t even care to live, I was so far behind on rent that I couldn’t see straight. They never threatened to evict me, as a matter of fact they offered to help. Bc of their kindness I kept fighting and well I’m still here. We had a lot of first in this home. We got a new baby, my daughter graduated high school, my granddaughter started kindergarten. In June of 2023 I lost my job which meant I could t afford my rent anymore. I called PPMG and explained my situation. They continued to work with me clear up until I moved out. I’m forever grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and support of PPMG and its staff. Thank you all for providing my family with a place to call home. While I’m sorry I had to go, I hope that the next family enjoys it as much as we did. Trust me, it’s definitely worth the stay. So I put in a work order in for it. Electrician called and said that he wasn’t going to be able to get out to my house because he was ill. This review is related to Stacey in the office. We recently bought a house and moved out from a PPMG property. I completed change of address forms via the USPS, however someone shipped me something through UPS to the old PPMG address. I realized the mistake, reached out to Stacey. She alerted the project manager to be on the lookout for my package. It arrived, and both she, and he, contacted me to coordinate me meeting him to pick it up. I appreciated the personal service and help with this situation. Since we had moved out, they certainly could have said, too bad, or not taken any care or interest in helping me. But we always paid rent early or on time, took good care of the property, and left it cleaned and move-in ready (as far as what we were responsible for). I believe they would have attempted to help me regardless, but to me this is an example of when you take care of people, they take care of you. Thanks!

I had received a letter from the city of Norman in Oklahoma stating that one of my properties was in violation of Section 16-310 which was basically tall grass and weeds that the renter had not mowed. Anyway, I only had a few days before incurring abatement cost. I called Stacey Wikoff from REI Nation and she immediately notified the renter of the violation before I could even email her a copy of the letter. The renter took care of the problem right away, nothing came out of my pocket, and within just one day the problem was fixed. Typically I would worry for days not knowing if these types of issues will get resolved especially when I live out of state. Stacey was on top of her game and I feel confident to always go to her for any future issues.

Let me start by saying I dont normally leave reviews but Ive read negative ones on this company that almost deterred us from something great. We just moved into our property 11/19/2019 in Arlington tx. From the beginning our agent (Jessica) was so responsive, flexible, and helpful. They have a system in place that is very speedy and I am grateful we found them. On our scheduled day to move in their was some miscommunication that delayed our move but we still had access in the afternoon. We left a message addressing a few issues we had discovered that night. The very next morning (today) the office manager called to inquire on our concerns and bolted to the house with apology gifts in hand, and project manager to analyze everything. Theyve exceeded my expectations to say the least. With the promise of needed repair theyve made me feel valuable and a top priority. Though this is only the beginning of our lease with them the efforts theyve taken so far make me confident in writing a review now on the integrity of this company. Before I leased, I looked at the google reviews... some not so good. However, I did go ahead and lease because my personal experience leading up to signing contracts was nothing but exceptional. The staff in the office worked with me, communicated quickly, and followed through with what they promised. Since moving in, I have had to schedule some maintenance work to get a few things fixed (I rushed them to get in the house early and was made aware some items still needed attention). The maintenance crew is outstanding. They do a good job on repairs, communicate well, and seem to actually care that the house is taken care of. I recommend PPMG of Texas if you are looking to rent with a company that will take care of you.
