I want to give Tyrone (who works for Portico at Legacy at Rockhill in McKinney, TX) a good review. I contacted the office to repair my door handle that fell off and seemed to be missing a screw. He came the next morning and got it taken care of. Works great now. Thanks Tyrone for taking care of this in such a timely manner!

I just moved in last week, and Laurie Cason was filling in for the property manager. Laurie was so friendly, with lots of southern hospitality, and she spent an hour registering me in the system and the app setup, which had some errors. She also gave me a special on a garage rental. She was tremendously patient, kind, and has a great sense of humor! I hope she will visit our property again. In addition, I hope that the Portico executive management team, will consider giving Laurie a promotion, pay increase or at the very least a bonus for the superbulous customer service, that she has given to me. I am a minister, and Laurie was truly a blessing!

I recently just started the beg on May 2019. I unfortunately got sick and had to leave but my regional and manager understood and told me to go home and rest. I did not want to because I had just started and I normally can push through but something was not right with me. I was out for 4 days ad came back with barely a voice and pushed through. The VP values your opinion even down to leasing because she wants everyone to be happy where there work! My manager is very understanding with my many questions which I am not used to having. She explains everything in detail and assure me not to worry everything will fall in to place. By the way I am at a community that was just taken over which normally can be a lot to handle but I already knew what I was getting my self into and was excited for this type of change and the chance to show what my skills are and to be able to move up to property manager. Porticos core values are very awesome as well as their 30 day guaranteed policy. I have never heard of any one doing that but it makes sense if you give a great product and great service, they will not want to leave within the first 30 days!!! I am very excited for the possibilities with this company and only heard great things but now I am seeing it. I was given a mentor and she was amazing and is a great trainer!!

Best. Choice. Ever!It’s only been 4 weeks, but it’s been the best 28 days ever! The entire culture of Portico has taken me by surprise. Everyone, in every position, have been so incredibly welcoming and truly excited with each new associate addition. Within the first two week of my arrival, Portico had their Spring Picnic...this was no Yogi Bear picnic...it was absolutely amazing. They encouraged everyone to bring their families, and truly took the time to meet every family member and welcome them to our family. Although the compensation it already above the industry average, no amount of money can account for this type of environment. I am so humbled and blessed to be just a small part of such a fantastic organization. Thank you for welcoming my team and me with such open arms!

A company that truly cares about their residents and teams is so hard to find these days but Portico truly does care and residents and teams come first . The delivery of Quality without Question is consistent , I give them a 5 star for all of their dedication for building a fun and caring family !

The new management at the Kingwood property is exceptional! Both ladies are caring..professional and truly nice..the maintenance staff is efficient and polite! It was an adjustment in the beginning when Portico took over the property but they now have the best staff!

Good afternoon, I live in the 101 Hollow Tree Apartments in Houston, Texas. I hope someone can help me. In these apartments, there is a lot of crime. A few weeks ago, 30 neighbors car windows were broken. 5 kisses were stolen, the most recent being Sunday, the cars catalyst. The problem is that the manager and her employees are arrogant despots. I dont know who to contact to try to fix this problem. Please if someone can help me.
