I absolutely loved this place since the first time I saw it posted. This house was my home for the past 8 years and its bittersweet having to say good-bye to it. This house sitting on a vast property lot, great for family gatherings and play area for kids. The house has a sweet charm that is very welcoming at first sight. I am very glad that the staff of Portfolio Realty and Property Management, Mr. Rene and Ms. Iris took the time to me feel like I was at home. Mr. Rene has been an exemplary realtor and very understanding.

Renee was fantastic. I didn’t think the house in a 55 and over community would rent easily especially when my husband John and I had to return to Pennsylvania for the summer. The house required several repairs to be completed. Renee, immediately organized all the work to be completed. House inside painted, garbage disposal, Lights in the garage rewired, trees trimed and leaves cleaned up. All was completed and rented in one month. I bet my husband it wouldn’t be rented before 4th of July it is too limited of a population and it has a lot of work to be completed. John disagreed it will be rented before the 4th of July. Well I am real happy to say I lost……. 😊🍀
