Poplar homes helped leased my home. They promised to lease my home in 2-4 weeks and lived up to the expectation. However, initially after signing with them there was no way to communicate with the agent assigned to me. However, Edsyl assigned the case to herself and started to help me with leasing and she was resourceful and very helpful.Happy with the whole process.

Firstly, I want to thank Edsyl for being amazing and helping me get into my beautiful home. If the review was based on her alone and her efforts, it would be 5 stars. I gave poplar 4 stars as I’ve faced a lot of issues since moving in. I moved into a house with no water due to the last tenants not paying their bill. I then had to wait all weekend (i moved in on a friday) to get water on Monday. Which also included a 40 min drive and 160$ later. They did make up for that incident with discounting rent. But the house was never cleaned. How do you clean without water? I had to get cleaners after moving in to deep clean. I don’t have trash bins or a recycle can which should’ve came with the house. I’ve addressed this issue and am still waiting for a solution. I’m going to end up having to buy them myself. There was a few more issues but I love my house and am deciding to stay positive. Thank you so much, Edsyl for getting me into my beautiful rental. All my issues were not because of you. You do a great job of being responsive and helpful.

I had a technical issue and sent in an email. Gerard was the representative from the company who called me. He found out what the issue was and told me he was going to take care of it. He called back and it was all fixed. He stayed on the line to make sure everything was working properly. He was very polite and helpful.

Danny, Rebecca and the whole Rave team are great! I rented home that was managed by them for over 5 years, and Im so grateful for them. All issues that ever came up were always resolved quickly. Towards the end of my time in the rental, I was dealing with a complicated new build which had delay after delay, the team was so understanding and helped us extend out lease multiple times. To be clear this is a review of Poplar - who took over duties from Rave. My initial request to Poplar to get some work done by a previous subcontractor took about 2 months to complete. The actual repair work was done extremely well by the subcontractor. Jeric did a great job in following through with this request & I would definitely use him again.

Working with Adrian at Rave Property Management has beyond met my expectations. To be honest, at first, I was going to try it out for a year and see if I really needed a Property Management company or not. And wow! Within 2-weeks, I knew I would NEVER go without them! Adrian has been incredible to work with! Extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. He is very willing to help facilitate between you and the tenant, making it easy! Adrian is worth every management fee, and then some!! I have felt so much more comfortable as a first-time rental property owner with Adrian and Rave on my side!

We really loved Rave property management. We are cross country owners of a single-family home in Round Rock and had 3 different management companies over the past 16 years. The first was really great for our bottom line, but impossible to communicate with and tenets really disliked them. Then had a company that was strong with communication and appearances but always pushed their specialty programs and would find things to fix to the point that we were constantly paying money for no real reason. Then came Rave, which was really the right fit for us. Rave found great tenets, responded very quickly to any tenet repair requests (but also didnt pay $200 for someone to come change a broken light bulb), and communicated clearly and promptly with us. At move out they were extremely fair with the tenets, letting them know in advance anything that would be expected (clean carpets, clean house) and suggesting return of almost all of the deposit and helping ensure it was timely. We only stopped using Rave because we are selling the house. Even once the tenets moved out, Marci and Rebecca still went out of their way to help us out. I would highly recommend Rave to property owners as well as renters!

We are extremely surprised to read negative reviews, because we have had nothing but good experiences with Rave Property management. We moved in right when Covid shut things down, which was hectic for them. The previous tenants moved out a week late, and we moved in 2 days early, so they did not have time to go over the property and fix what they normally would have before we moved in. That led to more maintenance requests on our part that wouldnt normally have come up, but EVERY TIME, they were extremely prompt and very nice about sending someone. We actually felt bad about needing so many things taken care of, but everyone has been so nice!The house was very thoroughly and extensively cleaned and disinfected before we moved in, which was very reassuring. We love the house, the neighborhood, and the management weve dealt with on every level. On our part, we have replaced a couple of small things like the mailbox and the doorbell as a show of thanks. We make sure to pay our rent early each month. It is our belief that others will treat you the way you treat them. They are human and sometimes mistakes are made, but our experience has been nothing but positive.
