Very quiet and peaceful place to live office staff are very friendly and helpful it feels like a family I love to stay here I renewed my lease again 4th time. There are some positive and negative things every where we go but if positivity is greater then negativity thats what is more important !!!

The front office staff is always prompt and timely to assist whenever I have had an issue. The maintenance team has proven to be knowledgeable and are now extremely efficient in getting any work order done that is requested within reason. The property is nicely located to get you into the DFW airport or on the highway to anywhere else within minutes.

I moved here after relocating from overseas. I was able to virtually apply online, and choose and apartment. Once I moved in, maintenance issues were handled very quickly usually same day or next. The grounds are well maintained and litter is picked up daily.

Nice and quiet place to live. Has a great swimming pool and management are really helpful with whatever you need. Request for maintenance is also quick. Would recommend 100 percent if you want some peace and quiet.

Polaris is just amazing. The moment you walk in, it feels like home. Its got everything you need, and the management are super helpful. Living here is just peaceful and comfortable. Renewing my lease for second time would definitely recommend.

Been here from the last two years, overall economic and accessible place to live around DFW. Maintenance issues are addressed at the earliest. Covered parking and a clubhouse are possibly the two main additions the property can include, to make the place the best of the best.

I am extremely satisfied with applying to Polaris Apartments. Ashley Moose (Leasing Consultant) has the best customer service/satisfaction I can ask for which helped me finalize & apply after having checked out multiple other apartments. She helped me patiently with showing me around the apartment tour & answering all my questions while filling out the application. Community looks well maintained & the apartments have patios & it feels like you have a nice sweet allocated apartment for yourself. Alondra helped me schedule an appointment tour. I strongly recommend to take a tour & decide for yourself. Happy apartment hunting :)

I love the convenience of living in these apartments. 183 is literally up the street and I’m located 10 minutes are less from restaurants and stores. I feel safe living in my apartment. The apartments are reasonably priced.I want to personally thank Ashley !! She’s always so sweet and kind.

Clean apartments, people are great. New management is very professional and proficient. They do try to have activities to bring residents together. Awesome place to live, close to any where in DFW in minutes.

So far so great. Mayra at the front desk is very nice and easy to work with. Landscaping is always nice. Pool is awesome. Love it here.

Nice price. Good apartment but should come with microwave. Also laundry room door sticks and u cant get in it door gets shut.
