Our community has been with PMP for about 6 months now and I have been extremely impressed. Matt has been a phenomenal community manager, tracking multiple issues, pressing vendors to deliver as promised, and responding to homeowner requests. Ive witnessed our assistant community manager, Rebekah, very patiently working with residents over the phone and in person to help them and handle their requests.Our porter/maintenance tech, Willie, has done such an amazing job maintaining the property. He has saved us a fortune doing work himself that we used to have to use outside vendors for. He proactively sees issues and deals with them. He does high quality work and every time I see him when Im out in the community, hes always got a big smile and a friendly wave.As the Associations secretary, I greatly appreciate the fact that the meeting minutes are delivered to the board for review in a timely manner after the meetings and the board meeting packets are well organized, detailed, and delivered in plenty of time for the board to review and prepare for meetings.

Jennifer Payne, who is a Director of Community Management for PMP in Austin, is a personable, professional person to work with! She sincerely took careful time for one of their communitys that needed a proposal for landscaping services. She took a deep dive with assisting me by clearly communicating what her community needed in a landscaping contract. By her prompt responses to emails, we applied the communitys needs and came up with a plan that worked to improve the community! Its nice to know someone cares enough for their community to go the distance to make sure they received the positive approach to their needs.

I am so grateful for PMP as our new management company, and specifically Matt Bland and his responsiveness. I had a landscape issue behind my house in the common area that was effecting my property. The old HOA management company kept putting me off, but as soon as Matt came on board and I contacted him about it, things started moving! He organized an inspection and a consultation with a fix it company, they proposed it through the board and fixed my problem! I couldnt be more pleased with how professionally and quickly it was all handled. Thanks Matt!

Being on the development side, I’ve worked with several management companies, and I love PMP! I always say that management companies are like landscape companies in this industry-they all offer the same thing, and your service is only as good as the people you’re working with. PMP is lucky to have some of the best in their office. Tracie knows how to get stuff DONE. Matt and Zephyr both excel in their ability to communicate (a skill that deserves more recognition), and Melissa is always willing to go above and beyond what’s asked. I appreciate their company culture, their great attitudes, and most of all I respect the way I’ve watched them handle difficult BOD members with grace and continue to show up. Thank you, PMP for all your hard work. You are appreciated more than you know!

I am super impressed with our management company, PMP. When I was on the HOA, we had to work with another management company that was what we would refer to as a dumpster fire. A new HOA came in and hired PMP, and we are finally seeing good things! Everything is so professional, and our property manager, Matthew, is AMAZING. He gets stuff done. PMP has been a breath of fresh air for our community, and I am so grateful!

Our community switched to PMP in August of 2024. While there were hiccups along the way, PMP handled all problems with professionalism, courtesy, and transparency.Our staff of Matt, Rebekah, and Willie have made such an enormous impact on our community that there is not room enough in this form for me to list all of the accolades they deserve.If you want your community run correctly, hire PMP. (You cant have Matt, Rebekah, or Willie, though! Were keeping them!)
