Extremely helpful and understanding. If you follow your HOAs bylaws you dont ever hear from them. But, if you do make a mistake, they give you time to fix it. -

Appreciate quality of service and receipt of timely payments. The management fee is in keeping with industry standards. Brian is responsive to our requests and any questions we may have. He also responds in a timely manner to the tenants requests. Brian is professional and takes all required actions to insure that tenants are qualified and show ability to pay timely. This will be our third year with PMI. During this time our property has been well maintained by the tenants & PMI. We recommend their services. -

I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation for Brians willingness to respond to a real estate related question, despite the fact that I no longer live in the DFW area, in addition to understanding the prospect of engaging his services was not likely. He kindly agreed to research my question and replied with a thoughtful answer in short-order, which informed a decision I was attempting to make.
