Working with Steve and Tara at Bluebonnet Realty has been a pleasure. During our HOAs journey to select a management partner we vetted multiple companies. All of them had merit, however, we favored a local company versus a large corporation. Steve and Tara had no objections meeting with the board of directors several times as we compared companies. Once selected, the onboarding process was straight forward and Steve and Tara delivered exactly what they promised. I highly recommend PMI Bluebonnet. -

Recently the members of the Architectural Control Committee for Valero Estates in Spring Branch Texas received a letter from our property management company that said they were no longer going to be over our community and gave us 30 days notice to either govern ourselves or turn it over to the county. We had a community wide meeting and voted to self govern but we needed some help. The massive amount of paperwork involved in this transition is overwhelming. We were given a recommendation to contact Steve Poer and Tara Devine with Blue Bonnet realty. They live close by and came right over and met with our group of volunteers. We did check with other companies but chose to work with Steve and Tara. We are still in the transition phase but we would not even know where to start without them. They are in constant communication with us and we are so grateful for their help. -

I was having issues with an ACC. application, I sent her an early morning email on Saturday (7/24/21),she responded promptly giving me instructions on how to handle the issue, but even with her help we could not solve the problem She told to email her the information and she reentered all of my information into the application and sent it into the ACC for me.So a big round of applause for Ms. Tara, she is the best. -
