My husband, my son and I stayed for a full 6 weeks at the treetop. Everything about it was excellent. It’s incredibly spacious, and had every amenity we could have wanted including lots of rooms for each of us the privacy to work. ,It also has a lovely and fully furnished backyard including a huge hot tub and a sweet terrace off the front The bedrooms are exceptionally roomy, with huge walking closets and adjacent bathrooms. It was modern, clean, quiet and well located. Would definitely stay again!

Not only was the Austin Guitar Pool property incredible for our event, the customer service was phenomenal as well. Brett made sure we had everything we needed to set up, was very responsive to our requests snd needs, and even made a few recommendations from their vendor list to help with security and valet. The overall experience was superior, and our event turned out to be seamless and successful. I’d recommend this property to anyone having an event. And I’d recommend PMI Austin Metro’s properties overall for a short term stay. Brett and his team take excellent care of their guests.

We did a VRBO with PMI Austin Metro on the Tree Tops property on Carnarvon Lane. Their communication with me after booking was great; and in the days leading up to our arrival, their instructions for checking in and getting into the property were excellent. They messaged me daily to see if there was anything that we needed; and then provided me with clear instructions for checking out. The entire process was very, very easy. For a guy that had never done a VRBO (or Turo Car Rental for this trip), I cant say enough about the way they handled things for us. I highly recommend!

I would recommend their fast and reliable communications as one of their top benefits. With past HOAs I used to get stuck in a ticket queue or callback queue - but with PMI Austin Metro the communication is quick and very responsive. Thank you for that!

Brian Koster and his team have been consistently responsive to the needs of our small condo association. He has helped get us on track and build trust with the homeowners. In addition, Brian coordinated the fence construction of 14 units. Each owner had different specifications and paid separately and without his support, I don’t believe we could have ever completed this much needed project. I appreciate his professionalism and willingness to answer questions no matter how trivial.
