The team at PMI Austin Experts have been awesome Property Managers. They helped me work through some needed renovations to the property, helped locate a tenant, and work directly with the tenant to address any issues that may arise. I am very happy to be working with them.

Always a pleasure with working with Katrina and PMI Austin Experts. Tex-Mex Cleaning is one of their preferred cleaning services they use to get properties ready for rental and you can tell how much they value their clients. Always happy to work with providers that have the same value!

I unfortunately had some utility issues the first few weeks of moving in and the PMI team was super quick to get someone scheduled to come out to resolve the problem. Great communication, friendly team.
