    The office manager Chloe is top notch professional and always a pleasure to talk with. Dale, also in management is kind, courteous and friendly as well. I would highly recommend this park. Many positive changes have occurred since Chloe took over the manager position. Prior management was poor leading to negative reviews but its all better now under Chloes management.

    Having never lived in a mobile park I really didnt know what to expect. I can honestly say its been amazing and I love the professional yet personable interaction with the staff. Chloe and Dale are very attentive and quick to address any concerns weve had. Im only leaving because if job relocation and would definitely recommend this spot.

    Good clean community, reasonable on prices, safe for kids, no crime and the park manager chole is awesome. She will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and to make sure your comfortable. If you have any type of issue she will do her best to get right on it at her earliest convenience to make it right. She easy to talk to and as long as your being honest she will work with you.

    I have worked with Mrs. Chloe over the home in search of finding a home and a great community for my family. We are planning a move from Georgia to Texas and I believe Pleasant View is where we will call home. The community looks to be well maintain and the customer service is STELLAR. Its always a pleasure to speak with Mrs. Chloe and I look forward to living in the community that she manages.

    What a great safe place to live. Dale and Chloe are so professional and helpful. They even make sure the kids have a safe place to stop by and grab a snack after school. Michael and Louis are always hard at work, along with keeping the park looking beautiful. I highly recommend Pleasantview!

    My mom and grandmother and younger siblings live here and has for almost a year. From her last home to this place is night and day. They respond and come out for any serious problems quickly and when it isnt serious the have excellent communication. I appreciate that I dont have to come fix stuff when she is renting even tho I would its just great that they are well taken care of. Thank you pleasant view. My mom especially brags on the office woman Alisha and the two maintenance men there.

    Just had my first anniversary here. I have a good home at a great price. The manager, Alisha is awesome. She is courteous and responsive, acting quickly to accommodate my needs. The maintenance man is just as courteous, doing great work in a timely manner. I cant say enough good things about this team.

    My brother in law has been living in Pleasant View for about 8 years. Alisha and the maintenance crew are very attentive, quick to answer any issues, the community is very kind to each other.Alisha I feel goes up and beyond.You have a true diamond there.They keep it looking very clean and tidy.

    I have been living here for the 2 years and the staff are friendly. The manager Alisha is very helpful and always ready to answer any questions. Like I said, been here 2 years and my family has grown from 4 to 6. We put in our 30 day notice after our lease is up but at the last week the house we are moving to wasnt ready and we needed to stay another month. I thought this would have been problem but she said no problem. Thank you so much Alisha and everyone else at Pleasant View.

    This has to be most amazing place I have stayed at over this past years Ive been with Pleasant View. The staff is amazing never have no issues with nothing if something is wrong or broken they are really quick to fix the issue. Alisha is an amazing landlord couldnt ask for any one better as well as Dave.

    LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT CHLOE!!! Omg this woman is heaven sent I was going through the worse time of my life and Chloe was the angel that guided me to my new home! Without her it wouldn’t have been possible!!! She is amazing thank you so much Chloe! ♥️what you did shows me humanity has hope!

    This has been an amazing experience since I first contacted them. They replied the same day and helped me with the application process. And although the move in date was pushed back due to inspections that were out of their control, they stayed patient with me as I bugged them every day about it. I sent an email with many questions that were unclear to me on the lease and they replied immediately with clear information explaining every question. On this email I added a couple things that needed to be fixed and maintenance was here within a couple hours. They were fantastic and respectful. They made conversation and didnt make me feel uncomfortable in my home at all. They were sweet to my child and they even asked if I could check everything to make sure I was satisfied with their work. They solved the problems in minutes and apologized for any inconvenience they caused me which they didnt. So far this is by far my favorite place to rent. The rules are strict but thats what rules are for, to keep people safe and allow for an enjoyable place to live for everyone.

    The staff work hard to always continue improving the community. They do keep the little man in mind and not price hiking like a lot of other places in town. Alisha is the best!!!

    Weve lived here for 4 years and its honestly been pretty good. Only had a handful of run ins with neighbors or kids in the neighborhood. Management is always very friendly and the maintenance guys are the best. Depending on the issue maintenance comes the same or next day. I love that they try to do activities around the holidays. I love my snowmen family from last Christmas. My only complaint would be our rent has gone up $100 since moving in but they give plenty of warning. And the placement of the mailboxes lol.

    I love living here at pleasant view . They are always great with fixing anything. Only been here for 2 months and it feels so amazing . Alisha is amazing and she gets the job well done.

    I lived there many many years ago. My Mother lived there several years ago. We were were both very happy when we lived there. Recently I went there with a friend that was looking for a place. The Ladies in the office Peggy & Vicky were very pleasant and very professional. They make you feel very welcome even if you dont live there or are not the one looking for a place. I have friends that live there that are very happy there and say they never want to move.

    This park is an excellent place to be. Not only is there plenty to do in Harker Heights but youre close to everything. Plus the maintenance crew is amazing at getting things done in a timely and professional manner. I had a water leak in my kitchen and they got it fixed pretty quickly. Thanks rocky and david. They really know what theyre doing. Im glad to be here.

    The park is clean and pleasant.The management seems interested in helping the needs of their prospective tenets. Their maintains and make ready team reassures the tenets that things will be welcome home ready upon lease signing. Over all I feel pleasant view mph is just that a pleasant experience.

    I have been living here for a while and I absolutely love this place. It is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. The mobile homes are great. The managers are awesome and if there is a problem they fix it right away. I recommend Pleasant View.

    The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The model home was extremely nice and it seems they are bringing newer homes into the park and it is well maintained. From the information that was given to me in the office, the pricing is very reasonable and they take pride in their community.

    Such a wonderful place. The office staff and maintenance guys are all so professional and treat you with respect no matter how small the issue is, especially the maintenance guy in the office. I love this place and will be stay here a long time.
