We are recent tenants at a property that Platinum M manage! All I can say is good things! We are in an older home so there have been minor issues but Morgan has gone above and beyond for every need we have had! Even coming after hours! We absolutely love our house and are blessed to say the least! We will be recommending PMM to anyone that asks! Thank you Morgan! I’m sure your job isn’t easy!

We recently signed a lease agreement with Morgan Jones with Platinum Property Management. From start to finish, she made our out of state move so much easier and put a lot of our worries to rest with her superior customer service. Platinum has been the best to work with. They are great at their job. They get the best tenants that are well qualified to be long term tenants which helps the landlord not have a lot of turnover. Morgan and her staff are very polite and great to work with. All of our tenants have been very satisfied with their management. Tenants needs are attended to quickly. Great property management is hard to come by. Platinum is the best team we have found. Give them a call if you need a pm and if you’re looking for a rental they will find one for ya too.

I recommend Morgan at Platinum Property Management to everyone who mentions they are searching for a home to lease or purchase. Morgan is awesome! She and Lisa are friendly, personable, and quick to answer questions. There are other options in our community for property management services but Platinum Property Management is the best! No other compares to their quality and customer service.

In response to a review left previously by someone who could not recite any actual business knowledge and left a one star review because of some unspoken personal vendetta. Morgan Jones and many of her family members directly compete with the services offered by the business my wife and I own. In our dealings together and their reputation within our industry I have seen nothing less than 5 star worthy business practices. In my opinion having the support of family and friends is critical in an industry that relies so heavily on referral business. In fact I would be deeply concerned about a company or individual that did not have the full support of family and friends, especially in our market.

I have firsthand knowledge of how Platinum conducts business with both renters and landlords. Property management is a difficult business because the basis for its existence is to prevent and resolve the inevitable disputes that occur between property owners and tenants. Morgan has the intelligence and personality to do handle these difficult scenarios exceedingly well.
