At 63 years of age, I am someone who has rented many times AND been a homeowner/landlord twice. I can tell you that Ive been in the best of hands with Planet San Marcos for the 5 years that I have rented in San Marcos. This team always treated me with respect and responded very quickly to any requests or problems. Ive been so impressed that the handymen and technicians that PSM used to address various issues were skilled and got the jobs done well. Why am I writing this review in the past tense? Because I bought the house that Ive been renting for these past 5 years today! Planet San Marcos helped me make that transition as well! And I never dreamed it could go so smoothly. They know everything about real estate--and I couldnt be happier with how everything evolved. 5 stars are not enough. =) -
