Rachelle Pierce does an incredible job at meeting residents needs and the needs of the apartment communities. I have no doubt that the Pierce Resident Solutions team will go above and beyond to make sure that our communities are running smoothly and most importantly, making sure that our residents voices are being heard.

I have personally worked with the company owner (Rachelle) and seen her go above and beyond to repair a relationship with a resident! She was able to put together a plan involving two separate apartments, 2 members of our staff and a vendor in order to creatively get a multi-step project started and completed in the same day. This was a complaint that, if not taken seriously, would have lost us the current resident and inconvenienced any future residents in that home. It is inspiring to see the work Pierce Resident Solutions does to ensure satisfaction and 5 star reviews!

I have worked with Rachelle in the past and I was in awe at she was able to turn any negative experience into a positive. She always provides the upmost customer service, loyalty, honesty and commitment. She truly cares about what she does and the residents that she works with side by side that are needing their voice heard. She is an amazing talent!

Rachelle and I have property management experience together and if I ever had a conflict with residents, I knew I could call her for advice on how to amicably resolve the situation where it benefited both the resident and the management company I was working for. She has great ideas on resident retention programs and marketing. I highly recommend giving Rachelle a call if you are needing assistance in reputation management.
