I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by our experience with this company. We had never rented before and chose to do so after selling our home in 2014. We rented from Pegasus for 3.5 years and every time we needed something, they delivered. We never had to go longer than one would expect to wait for repairs. (the kitchen faucet had to be replaced like 3 times.)We just recently moved out of that home and took the necessary steps to ensure we got the maximum amount back from our deposit. (make sure to have your carpets professionally cleaned and provide them with the receipt. The $200 it will cost you will be well worth it.)Yesterday we received our deposit back in the mail. The entire amount, minus the $150 that they kept for the pet deposit (in the lease).So all in all I would recommend this company as they always did everything we needed. The only thing they could improve is answering the phone more often when you call the office.. But other than that... Thanks Pegasus and Rebecca Martinez!

Pegasus Property Management has helped to manage my Clear Lake townhome from early 2013 - September 2022, and I had a wonderful experience. The team is great at managing the posting of my property for lease and keeping me in the loop when repairs are needed, or when issues may arise with a tenant.I have had a wonderful experience working specifically with Teresa and Jeff, and would recommend them to anyone who needs a property manager. They have always been professional, very approachable, and responsive to my emails and calls in a timely manner.

I have used Pegasus Property Management for over 3 years and have been very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. During and after Hurricane Harvey, they were very helpful and worked with me and my tenant to help transition through the problems. Teresa Morant and Sandy Garza always followed through on all requests made by me. Their vendor network is made up of companies that do quality work at a fair price. The business support platform Pegasus Management utilizes is first class regarding statements, billings, and tax records.

We recently moved out of town, and faced a situation of needing a solution for our two houses in the Friendswood area. I didnt want to sell the properties immediately, so we decided to rent them out for a bit. I was referred by a friend (and realtor) to use Pegasus Property Management.We could not be happier with our decision. Theresa and her team have been on top of all issues with our properties for a year now. Twice a year they have taken pictures fo the interior/exterior of the house, and make these available to us. There is an owner portal where all receipts and business management can be transacted. However, there is almost no intervention required, as the checks roll in and are deposited to our account without issue.I would recommend the use of Pegasus to anyone looking to take high-quality care of a rental home. They are very active in the management of the properties, and treat these houses as if they were their own.

I have two properties with Pegasus since 2003. We live overseas and Pegasus’ staff take care of everything for us. They are knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. If you need a company to manage your property, I highly recommend them. If you are looking to rent, check out their properties because they take great care of their clients and the properties. Love them!

I am a property owner of fourplexs, duplexs and houses and have been with Pegasus for 25 years in August of this year. I have found them to be honest, sincere, timely and a great company to work with over the years. I also find them to be the same with all my tenants. I have had only 3 tenants over these years phone me to object to Pegasus handling of their account, I found in all three complaints that Pegasus decisions were honest and justified. If I had to guess, I would say that there is no better Property Management Company in all of Houston. I also own a Condo in a Condo Association that Pegasus Manages. I have also been a Board Member of the Association. Again in that regard I would have to say they have made the complex an enjoyable place to live (part time). I reside mainly in California so you could call me a partly absentee owner of my rental property. Again I would highly recommend them to absentee owners. Dave Coughlin

As a real estate investor and as a real estate professional, I have personally had Pegasus Property Management manage my rental properties and have referred numerous clients. I have found them to be very reliable, accountable, and resourceful. They have taken all of the hassle out of owning rental property. They provide monthly statements to the owners as well as year end ones for tax purposes. They have managed all leases, all repairs, and make-ready improvements for the propertys sale. I would highly recommend them. They are true professionals!!!

Pegasus Property Management and its staff, especially our property manager Shelly Long and leasing agent Teresa Morant, have been nothing short of fantastic to work with. They respond to inquiries immediately and are always helpful and courteous. Take these other reviews with a grain of salt. Youll notice these people are posting about some other company in Florida that isnt the Pegasus Property Management here in Texas. As for the Pegasus in Texas - they rock!

Pegasus managed our house for 10+ years and always did a great job, even through the floods from Harvey. We recently sold the house but if we buy another rental, we will use Pegasus to manage it for us.

I have been using Pegasus PM for the past 2 years. I must say that it is not very often that people leave a review for property management. PPM has been very quick to answer any questions I have and meet all expectations required. Quick to repair at reasonable rates and fast turn around with tenants. I would highly recommend PPM to any landlords out there that want a hassle free experience.

I have to say that my experience with Pegasus Property mgmt Has been excellent down to getting return calls at a mannerly time. Sandi is really quick and responsive to any issues I may have also really like that if Ms. Garza is out of the office there is always someone else in the office more than willing to help get answer s or any concerns taken care of.Theresa has such a great team of new ladies Sandi ,Jenna, and Shannon to help you .

Ive only ever dealt with Terry and she is AMAZING. I have never waited longer than 24 hours for a response to any of my questions, and shes always had someone out to the house quickly if there is a problem.
