I just move in and Tamara Tamar!!! She has truly been an Angel!! I am enjoying my new place floor plan is amazing and the 3 8ft sparkling pools in this summer heat is a plus! I love it here neighbors mind their business but are pretty friendly. I look forward to the future here mIntanxe are timely as well

PRO: Lillia was the absolute SWEETEST! She took great care of me from beginning to end. I was a little apprehensive at first because of the “bad attitude “ reviews, but Lilia made it easy for me to lease here and call this my homeCON: I just moved in and my neighbors tv is so loud I can hear it in my apartment. I’m deaf in both ear and wear hearing aids. I can still make out with their tv is doing without them in. I’m a college student that works two jobs. Late night is the only time I can do my work. It’s 11:15 pm. I just got off a job and I’m trying to start a 1000 page paper. I’m afraid this is going to make it hard for me to enjoy my home. I’m having the hardest time adjusting because it’s so loud, you can even hear it in video.There’s also trash in front of my door with cats eating through it. I really hope this improves.Update: I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE!!!!😩 my AC went out and they came early the next morning and took care of it!

These apartments are older so not expecting ultra luxury but the prices are very reasonable for the area, the maintenance staff is attentive and the leasing staff, especially Ms. Tamara, go above and beyond to help you find your place. I appreciate how quickly she worked to get me through the process of getting my apartment.

These apartments suited my needs. Ive lived here since 2011 and Ive lived in 2 separate floor plans and both have been pleasing to my living situation. The staff is great, the maintenance comes out and takes care of issues in a timely matter. Ive never had a serious complaint. If you can get used to the stray cats everywhere then you are good. No pest issues, no water issues, no a/c issues, no parking issues (assigned parking spaces), no secret charges. Some dog owners dont follow rules of cleaning behind their furry friends but I dont walk the parks so this is no major bother until I see it on the concrete sidewalk. Recent move-ins are not quite suitable but I believe thats why the increase in rental rates are coming out. All in all this place is great. Close to all types of shopping, entertainment, schools, and highway. Debating on renewing my lease, but that is not for anything that the management staff has done or not done but other personal reasons. If you come to live here and you are a respectable tenant, you will be pleased. Ive known tenants that have been here over 10years and they dont plan too leave. Great place

I moved here Oct ‘19 and absolutely love my apartment location facing Fielder with a large patio! Very spacious 2 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms and a vanity in the master bathroom. The office manager Jamillah is AWESOME, she’s he’s very personable and professional and her staff are wonderful as well. The maintenance team work very hard at trying to keep the grounds clean, but unfortunately there are residents who aren’t used to living in such a nice area nor complex like The Pavilion. The cats are great to have wondering the complex for obvious reasons and residents with dogs need to clean up after them, dog stations are placed throughout the complex. As you can see, it’s NOT the staff who are awful it’s most residents who don’t care about the complex.

I have lived in these apartments since 2016. They are quiet, convenient to shopping, schools and UTA. This is a big complex. Maintenance is very good and they respond in a timely manner. I have not seen any bugs in my apartment since I moved in. Landscaping has suffered a bit due to drought but is maintained regularly. Miss Jamillah was my first point of contact and has always been professional with me. I have not had any problems with any staff. Appliances have been replaced as needed. I live in cat central but I dont think the complex is swarming with cats. You can get a remote gate opener for a small fee and open the gates without stopping for the card reader. Quiet, convenient complex for working people. I think I will stay on for awhile longer.

I had a pleasant stay at these apartments over the last year. The only reason I am not renewing my lease is because we are getting a house! I never had bug problems and the heat and air worked perfectly! I felt safe here, and anytime I had a maintenance issue it was fixed on a timely matter. My girls loved swimming in their pools! I wish they would have replaced my carport that came down due to a storm however.

I have been living here for a year and have nothing to complain about the apartment. Office people are super friendly and helpful. No bugs, no cockroaches. It just come down to whether or not you keep your apartment clean. There is always a parking spot, you never have to park far. There is only a small problem with noise. You can almost hear everything happening outside of the apartment. But its usually quiet at night. I do recommend moving here.

I have lived here for the past 4 years and I haven’t had not one major problem with this complex. When ever something need fixing maintenance is responsive. The staff are always nice and helpful. I have looked into other apartments trying to look because it’s closer to my job. But I always change my mind because it is very homey here. The area is nice and quiet and I always feel safe. No break ins...no roaches...no loud neighbors...no trash outside...I think the bad reviews are from bad attitudes. I can’t say one bad thing about Pavillion.

My family and I live in the Pavilion apartments for just over 3 years. I loved them. I didnt have any problems that were not addressed or fixed immediately. Maintenance request were filled in a timely manner and The office staff is professional, personable and just regular WONDERFUL people!!!! I think the place you live and call home is what you make of it. No complaints on my end.

I was a little sceptical after reading the reviews but everything has been great. The office staff has been friendly, very personable and professional. The apartments are older, but they have done renovations and updated the appliances, and I love my apartment. There is major traffic sometimes coming and going due to the proximity to the mall, but its in a great area, convenient to grocery stores and shopping. I wasnt asked to write a review, but I wanted to because there are some negative reviews that didnt do the apartments and staff justice.

Moved in January 11 2022 had no issue. Maintenance fixes issues in same day. Management is good Claudia does a outstanding job. No issues with noone and neighbors are great. Will recommend to anyone

I like the place a lot. Its a good starter place for anyone. I gave it 4 stars simply because of the stray cats. They scratch my car and are always sitting on top of my car and using the bathroom on my car. Other than that, I have no complaints. The office staff are nice, so I am pretty sure if anything. The people writing the bad reviews are people with nasty attitudes. Treat others like you want to be treated. And no I am not an office worker here at the Pavilion. I appreciate everything they have done for me.

As far as my apartment itself?? I Love living here so far. Great floors and pretty quiet around. Loved the pool in the summer.HATE their valet trash. IT IS DISGUSTING. Idiot neighbors put their trash out on the wrong day. Lots of cats around and they get into the trash and it gets everywhere. The trash guys will literally only pick up bags. They leave everything else on the ground and it just sits there unless someone calls about it. #unsanitaryPosted below...a lone trash bag put out before the 9 am cut off time. Did it get picked up? Nope the pic was taken the next day. Smh

My husband Rodrick and I have really enjoyed our stay. Office staff is very pleasant and helpful with the exception on one. Ms. Jameila is a such wonderful manager. She will do anything to help you. Most apt complexs are just about money but they are very family oriented and make the relationship very personable. I plan on renewing. They have done a wonderful job of renovating the apts. A few minor issues with the air in the beginning which was resolved. All and all its been great.

Some staff are attentive. The maintenance are supper professional especially Mr. Renie..for the past ten years I have gotten my security deposit because of the conditions I leave the appartment on; but this time Pavillion did not keep this traditions although, we left the apartment cleaner and well mentaind. :(

I didnt go into an apartment but I did go into the meeting room and it was very nice! The workout room was big and the swimming pool was clean and beautiful!

Rates have increased but so have renovations...nice front pool but busy....back pool (has no shallow end) is kinda always closed though...both of which require paid pool wrist bands for residents and guests...the gym has improved with not as many broken machines...and now fully secured with entrance only with your key card...even though it IS considered a gated community at least one of them is always busted bc of kids pulling it open instead of using the 1 walking gate...its good if u forget your card key though (which are costly to replace)...the actual apartments are planned out well and are pretty spacious for the square footage...good storage space on every patio...management is cool with painting your place which is pretty cool...they respond relatively quick to any maintenance request...friendly staff...office is near the front pool and has the business office attached...internet is fast but a lot of non email sites are blocked (yt, fb, etc)...copies are pretty cheap though...overall a decent place to live

Love it love it love it. Clean, maintenance is prompt and helpful (and they speak clear English). I HATE the gate system tho.
