Parkridge Townhomes is now under new management since Nov. 2013. The new name is Round Rock Townhomes, and many changes have been made. All new landscaping, rehabilitation of units as they come available, maintenance issues are addressed quickly and efficiently, and management has a caring attitude to resident issues. Definitely a 100% turnaround from the rundown appearance before. -
