I lived here for a year and a half and had very little issues, if any, with the managers. I received prompt responses to the two minor issues I had with the apartment during my stay and the property managers office makes a strong effort to keep the property looking good all of the time. Mrs Sarai and Mr Felix are both very professional and responsive, and both very capable of resolving issues that might come up. Not easy to please everyone all of the time however they can be firm when needed. I have nothing but praise for the office team, the property and the value. I do appreciate them.

Ive lived here for 7 years and I live it. They have several floor plans with spacious closets and bedrooms. The property is earl maintained, the office staff is under the leadership of Ms. Dora and they are very professional and caring. The property is the same from the front to the back very nice and clean. I love it here.

We have been staying at the park at wood lake for more than 10 years, they have amazing team members at the office. when we needed maintenance, they get things done for us the same day. The Manager Karen is very Cooperative and helpful. We had no safety issue. and the neighbors were also there for a long time. so we felt very safe there. it is convenient for grocery shopping and other stores. only problem here was the apartment is old (very old). but the money you are paying is worth it for the location.

We lived here for four years. We spent good years in this complex. Of course they should improve in amenities but besides that everything good. Staff was always friendly with us. No problems at all with the apartment. No bugs. Just one leak after Harvey that was solved. I do recommend 1st floor apartments because in summer it could get very hot (I think anywhere). I will miss a little this place. Moved because it was time to upgrade.

My experience so far has been pleasent. The most important thing to me was to live in a place that is roach free, I’ve been here going on three weeks and I have not seen one roach. The parking is fine, I have my visitors park outside the gate and come in that way due to me not being too far from the street. The grounds are kept pretty clean. So far the leasing office has been tending to my needs. The only con is that the walls are really thin. So I do hear conversation from my next-door neighbor and a baby crying from time to time, but they are not above my head they are next door so it does not bother me that much.

My AC wasnt cooling correctly. They looked at it the same day and fixed it the NEXT day. It works perfectly now. Very fast and not only that, Sherry from the office called to make sure it was done. They always fix issues in my unit immediately. Ive been here nearly a year and have had a positive experience all around.This is the best place Ive ever lived in since Ive been on my own (22 years), as it relates to customer service. I highly recommend.

The best apartment I have ever lived in. They have wonderful man made Turtle ponds, the grounds are extremely well maintained and the management is very responsive in accommodating with tenant concerns. The area is nice and quiet, and there are multiple restaurants, convenience stores Etc all within 5 minutes of our location. I cant recommend this place more highly.

My 5 star rating is mostly for the service provided by the friendly and efficient staff Eddy and Dora. My sister, a senior citizen, wanted to move from Reno to Houston. Eddy worked closely with her and made the whole leasing and moving-in experience very pleasant for her. First of all, they helped choose a unit based on her needs without requiring her to make a pre-move trip from Reno. Later, after arriving at the apartment complex, my sister felt that a unit closer to the main gate would be more convenient for her. Eddy and Dora went above and beyond to get the approval from the corporate office, drew up a new lease and let my sister move into the unit of her choice. They also promptly responded to a water leak under the kitchen sink by sending the maintenance staff Angel who was also very friendly and fixed the leak quickly.

The management is striving to keep up with the apartments, the property managee Ms. Dora and her office staff Ms. Tiffany and Mr. Soto are always following up on the work orders. Ms. Dora would follow up by walking the apartment herself to adhere to any issues. Recently in a day all my bottom flooring was replaced.Also the Maintenance crew and Mr. Mike the maintenance supervisor have been super on their turnaround for the work orders.Thank you

The Park at Woodlake has taken on a new look from my last visit 5 months ago. Clean sharp edges now. Friendly leasing agents were willing to help me plan a move-in for after the new year. Most would say come see us whenever you make up your mind. Taking time to find the right unit is timely, response oriented. The management here seen to appreciate my perspective... Hey, Im down for a second look!

Ive been here 8 years now & have had good experience. Its pretty quiet for the most part. They attend to your needs in a timely fashion after they have an been made aware of them. The Staff is very professional and polite. I have referred a few new residents here & also have received the referral $$$ for doing so after new residents good standing. Im here untill Im ready for a House 🙏

My experience as a condominium tenant is the best. The work and maintenance team are excellent. I dont have any complaints. Good treatment, apartments in good condition and quick response to maintenance requests with a satisfactory solution. It is a quiet place. In my opinion I recommend it.
