Since they have taken over from Asset living management in just a short period of time they have made some great progress in making it safer for us residents! The new management is so polite and really helpful and makes us feel welcome any time! Unlike the old management you see them walking the property and sees what is going on and what repairs need to be done! Love the new management and looking forward to the changes that are coming!

I’ve had only one dilemma concerning ParaWest, not the property manager. It was fixed very quick, in a professional like manner. I’m back in love with these guys. Another satisfied customer!!!

I have been here for nine years. There good changes all along the way. Good management! The rent is a little high, however, they care.
