    I had a situation with an old residence that I no longer owned but continued to I get keypad dials from front entrance of the lofts. I finally found out that the lofts had a new HOA and it was PAMco. What a relief. I soon after spoke to Kelly Kilpatrick and she researched who the security company was and connected me to the tech who services the account. The tech quickly fixed a 5 year problem and I feel that Kelly went above and beyond her call of duty because I was not her customer. Thank you Kelly & PAMco!! Every employer hopes to have employees that have the care and follow-up that Kelly displayed.

    As the HOA President of a small community on the N. side of Austin we are very happy with the service we have received from Mr. Brian Simmons at PAMco. I understand the frustrations that some have expressed in other reviews because we have also experienced some of those in the past. I can confidently say that it all boils down to who you work with not the organization as a whole.We all have busy lives with work and family so it is often difficult to balance the management of a brand new community along with the rest of everyday life. Brian has done an exceptional job at keeping us on track and ensuring we are doing everything we can to make out community an amazing place to live for our neighbors.

    I called to make sure the delay in our refuge would not affect me receiving any violation.I received a call back in less then 30 mins from Blake who was professional,polite, and more than helpful. If there service continues like this then Im glad to have them as my new hoa.... also Laura contacted several minutes after Blake to also make sure I was OK. Very good customer service.

    I have worked with many HOA companies. This week we purchased a property managed by PAMco. We were hoping to get amenity keys ASAP. My expectations were low based on past experiences with HOA management companies. PAMco responded to my online inquiry within 30 minutes and it was even after 5pm. They sent me the information I needed to company to get the keys ASAP and have been very responsive. I am impressed. Looking forward to a continued good experience!

    Ive had my fair share of management companies for different associations Ive lived at and I will say that PAMco is the most organized and has the best communication. We have worked with Shadana for our condo association for years and she is always willing to step in where needed. Recently, we also started working with Ian and Tasha. They also have been very responsive to phone calls and emails and answers questions and requests promptly. I can say that the leadership from Doug Plas really shows because I consistently get the same customer support from accounting to property managers.

    I just want to speak about the wonderful customer service I received today from Blake Robinson at Preferred Management Association. As a homeowner this Association services, I was looking for some detailed information on my account. After receiving an error on the website I called the Association. Blake answered these phone and pleasantly apologized for the website being down at the time. He asked me if he could help me. He gave me my balance and offered to send an email with the supporting documents. Within a minute, I received an email with my statement and payment history. These days customer service has not been the best at many establishments. We are so use to submit our non customer service experiences. I wanted to publish my satisfaction. Thank you Blake for your great service today!!!

    I am so pleased to congratulate the wonderful staff at PAMco!Every experience with Edith, in bookkeeping (straightening out the transfer of my payments from the other management company.... what a nightmare that was!) Each time she communicated with me, by text or phone, it was such a delight. She was so kind, patient, and supportive!!!When I needed to set up a login, I didnt know how. I called and left a message on the main number. Ian called back. He was so patient and kind as he walked me through the entire process! I now have my login information and know my account number! No more confusion for me! I couldnt have done it without his fabulous care!Best of all, I was able to text Doug, the owner, to tell him how wonderful his team was ( and is!). Bosses and employees too often only hear complaints. I believe in complimenting companies and telling them exactly what excellent service and care have been given!I hope that others who have PAMco will also find their experiences helpful and then also tell Doug and the team!

    I would like to say this team is above and beyond as far as a management team. I’ve worked with many and they are so different than all others. They’re always friendly, informative and there 100% for the communities they manage. Mark H., Mark M., Kelly Noel and Blake have all been so helpful with any and all concerns. They bend over backwards to help the communities by working after hours, weekends and will answer any and all questions with kindness and grace. When they talk to people about any issues or concerns they educate versus some companies that just go out to fine and belittle you if you have any sort of inquiry. I can’t say enough about this team and it’s a pleasure to get off the phone laughing and happy versus cringing when calling my HOA. I hope this team stays in place because they’ve made so many improvements to our community in such a small time. I look forward to many years ahead and value their efforts to preserve the major investment we make when purchasing homes. They’re truly good hearted, kind, professional, caring people which is NOT something you would usually hear anyone say about their management team. Thank you PAMCo Team for all you do.

    I called in to pay my HOA fees and I spoke with Alodra Ortiz from PAMCO Billing dept. She was very friendly and helpful and allowed me to make a payment arrangement in 2 payments to help cover my HOA fees. She was very understanding as I have been in and out of hospital for last 3 months and I had not had a chance to pay my fees. Thank you Alodra and PAMCO for your assistance and support!!

    My experience with Pamco was great because of Pat Hallander! She was very patient with me as I was trying to login to my residential portal to submit a request for approval to add a deck to my new in Arrowpoint Subdivision. She walked me through the steps helping me to navigate. I have anxiety and get upset easily, but Pat made me feel calm. She is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She is a true asset to your Company.I was having problems submitting my paperwork and spoke to Kelly. I asked if I could come to the office to submit my request. Kelly also took the time to help me. This was a great experience for me! Thank you so much!!

    Had a great experience with Diana Chavira recently. She was able to help us with our gate remotes and kindly stepped us through the new system and how to transfer our codes so the gate remotes would continue to work. I was pleased with her assistance! Also love the new video on our new gate. It is much clearer and you can actually see who is trying to enter or ask for access.

    My family recently moved into the Springbrook neighborhood where PAMco manages the HOA quite nicely. The homes are well monitored (without being too heavy handed on violation notices) and common areas are properly maintained and enjoyable. I received information promptly by mail after moving in and their office staff was very helpful in answering a few questions. Blake was a pleasure on the phone and quickly emailed the info I needed. Online payment options and automation make paying dues a simple task. There can be a negative connotation around HOAs, so Im happy to have such a pleasant point of contact within our new community! PAMco FTW!

    Alondra O was very helpful today. She helped me resolve a problem I was having with not understanding how to complete an outstanding payment through my condos portal access. She was kind enough to send me a waiver to remove $90 in late fees. We appreciate the partnership with PAMco at One Barton Place.

    Our community has been with PAMCO for about 3 years now and as a BOD member, they really are amazing. First there is Doug, he is the owner of PAMCO and the guy is personable. He is upfront and honest and actually cares. He checks in with us and ask about our families. PAMCO likes to give back to their communities and likes to sponsor social events. Its a kind gesture and it goes a long ways. There are Management companies out there that arent as hands on or perhaps cares as much. Their Community Managers arent people that pop in and out, they arent people that stay for a year or so and then you get a new one because they left. They are invested in PAMCO as well and its because of the leadership like Dougs. We first had Heather and she helped our community get out of debt and help build our finances. Even though we may no longer have her, she is still with the company and taking a more leadership role. Diana is new and is a great asset to our community. She follows through and makes sure our needs as a community is taken care of. If you are looking for a new company to take care of your community, I strongly recommend PAMCO.

    After seeing a lot of unusual charges on our HOA statement I called Pamco and talked to Alondra Ortiz who was so helpful. She got us the wavier application sent over within minutes. We got disconnected and she called me back quickly. If you need a problem solved she’s there to help! I’ll update later on whether the board will wave the ridiculous fees or not.

    I have been very pleased with the overall experience with PAMco. Our HOA has had some issues with previous management companies and it is just nice to have open communication between the Directors and staff @ PAMco. We have been with PAMco over a year now and I feel that communication is open and the staff and management is very approachable.As Treasurer I have contact mostly with the Accounting and Collections departments. Responses are timely and they are very willing to work with you to make your experience better. Homeowner members, in arrears, are treated with dignity as they try to bring their accounts current. Invoices are paid in a timely manner.If you are looking for a flexible and professional management company that can serve your HOA well PAMco is it.

    I’m giving PAMco a 5 star review because of their ability to take the “hard stuff” off of your plate and be the middleman for our HOA. Thanks to the direction of our property manager, Brian, we are able to get a lot of our problems taken care of with one quick email or phone call. It definitely makes it less stressful for us and when it all comes down to it, it really works out in our favor to have caring people like Brian Simmons in our corner making our community a better place every single day.     My kiddos and I just moved into our new home. The pool is directly across the street, and them wanting to be able to have access mattered more than anything. Given obstacles of the fob being programmed and the protocols for COVID this was an especially involved task to complete. Kyle and Blake are the best. Communication, willingness to participate, and a baseline of providing excellent customer service always wins. We got the fob immediately, and PAMco gets the credit for providing such great service.

    I just had the most pleasant and informative phone call with Blake Robinson. I needed help getting a login for the new website and he not only set me up with a temporary password but he went through all of the work to make sure I got logged in, set my permanent password and even gave me a tour of the website so that I knew all of the features. He showed a superior level of customer service and I am so glad to know that there are people like him supporting us through the management company for the HOA I belong to. Big Kudos to Blake! Keep up the good work!

    As the Treasurer of our HOA, we took 8 months evaluating several management companies. PAMCo won our business. Furthermore, PAMCo has delivered on ALL the aspects which were evaluated and communicated.1. First and foremost the contract was thorough, inclusive, and easily understood. Additionally, they INCLUDED the real estate related fees. This is wonderful because they cant raise their fees willy-nilly like our previous management company.2. They RESPOND to board members within a day. I dont know if they have a policy responding to general members but we havent had complaints. Our previous management company would take weeks and sometimes a month to answer questions.3. They allow the board to dictate issues. Example: Maybe we dont like the price of the insurance policy they obtained. They will gladly go out and seek additional bids if we ask them to. Our previous management company would just do stuff without the boards guidance and say, thats what we do ... take it or leave it.4. Their accounting structure, software, and oversight is a God-send. Myself and/or the President get to approve ALL invoices. This is awesome. Our previous management company just approved everything, even invoices that were not ours or invoices that were never approved.5. Having a good community manager can be hit or miss. Currently we are lucky to have our current manager because he is responsive, pleasant, and has a can-do attitude.So there is my assessment after 1 1/2 years with this company. I dont want to minimize others who have written bad reviews but Ill say PAMCo serves hundreds of customers and unfortunately satisfied customers rarely post.

    Ive worked with PAMco for almost 7 years (4 years as an HOA board member for four years and HOA president for 3 years). When PAMco invtied me to give them a review I was pleased to agree to do it.Our HOAs experience with PAMco has been positive. PAMco has been responsive to our board and communicated well. While our point-of-contact has changed over time (some turnover is to be expected), the level of service has been consistent, the various styles of the managers notwithstanding. The specific service from PAMco which I have found exceptional is how well they run our vendors -- PAMco has managed our lawn services, electrician, sprinkler system repair, fence repair, etc. very well. PAMco is so trustworthy with vendors our board has given our property managers up to $500 authority to act without notification to the board because we know we can trust them.My one caveat to my review is that I live in a very small HOA (

    We had to bring Pamco on board last July (2019) after a fiasco with our previous HOA management company. They jumped right in and have done a fantastic job of responding to our needs for organization, repairs, etc. I cant say enough about how responsive and great they have been for us. As a member of the board, I highly recommend them to any groups that have problems with their HOA management! You wont be sorry!!

    As the Treasurer of our POA, I interact frequently with the PAMco accounting staff. They are always very responsive and take great care with the work they do for our POA - from paying bills, producing financial statements, keeping up with frequent property ownership changes and processing assessment billings.     PAMco became our condo administrator about 7 years ago and has steadily addressed the turmoil we were experiencing then. As a condo community with stand-alone homes and an ineffectual covenant we were presented with some unique problems - most of which were adequately addressed as priorities dictated. About two years ago PAMco assigned Brian Simmons as liaison to our development. I am not on the HOA Board so my contact with him has been limited, but in those limited transactions I came away impressed with Brians level of professionalism. He has made sure he understood my problem, kept me aware of his progress in trying to resolve the problem and seemingly did not shirk from effectively representing my side of the story during the resolution process. If at some future point he informs me that I am incorrect about some matter, I will believe him. He has proven to be trustworthy and that is a rare commodity these days. I hope PAMco keeps him as our condo liaison for a few more years at least but I suspect there are bigger things awaiting him.

    Two Pamcotx employees have been very helpful to me in the past two weeks. I was experiencing difficulty logging on to my homeowners account. There appears to have been a mix-up with a previous account. Jonathan quickly responded by email to my distress call. We worked on the problem together over the phone and were pretty sure we had solved the problem. Later that day, I realized that a previous account was hampering my progress. I called the office, and MaKayla answered. She offered to assist me on the spot since Jonathan was out of the office. We worked together, step by step she helped me work out the issue. I was very grateful. MaKaylas and Jonathans professional and friendly assistance made all the difference.

    Brian Simmons at Pamco has been a terrific manager of our HOA. His comprehensive understanding of HOA management has enabled him to be a terrific steward of the community guidelines for both the residents and the board of directors. One of his greatest strengths is his productive, patient communication with residents and board directors alike. As a result, issues are able to be addressed in a win-win fashion.     Since PamCo has been managing our HOA our finances have gone from always being short of money to finally having extra to set aside.     A global pandemic im sure is new charted territories for any company let alone a property management company. I would like to mention that Tasha and Kyle are both extremely helpful in getting the community what they need. Im sure we come off as needy, but we do recognize the effort they are putting into communication.     I give this 5 star rating only after Tasha Dupree took over as our account manager. Tasha responds to me in a timely manner. Her knowledge and guidance is very helpful. She makes being a Board President easier. Although I know she has a lot of other clients, she always makes me feel like her one and only client. Thank you!!!

    I own a rental property that is in a neighborhood HOA managed by PAMco. I have owned it long enough to have dealt with two other companies. I must say that this is the first one that actually treats the owner as a customer as opposed to a bother. My question was answered within a few hours.

    Over the past couple of years I have had the opportunity to deal with PAMCOs team for various reasons and issues within my Harrison Hills subdivision. At that time I was on the HOA Board which required me to be interactive with them. When Brian Simmons came on board this experience was enhanced. He has strong communication skills, is willing to listen and step forward to deal with difficult issues. He is also cordial and respectful to people even when they are not. Brian is an asset to PAMCO. This organization still has a way to g to be outstanding, however, the addition of Brian top the staff is a good step in that direction.

    As a 3-year board member and Treasurer of Arboretum Park Condos in NW Austin, I appreciate the exceptional service we receive from Shadana Chancellor-Hurd at PAMco. Shadana has been our property manager for the last 4 of the 6 years we have used PAMco. She is responsive and knowledgeable about HOAs. A large part of our satisfaction is due to the individual more so than the company itself. Our current board participates and works with PAMco which is instrumental in homeowners satisfaction. After lackluster service from another overpriced management company followed by a successful 2 year self-management period, we were pleased to find PAMco who was willing to accommodate some specific needs held over from self-management. PAMco does have a good infrastructure and the on-demand financial reports available to me as Treasurer are an asset.

    I would highly recommend PAMco to any neighborhood/new developments. Whitt Ranch (new development) started working with Peggi Brannon from PAMco and it has been a wonderful experience.I cant express how happy we are with Peggi. Which is not the norm in most management companies.Its great not having to double or triple check everything that comes from her.
