We really love our place at Palm Bay. Great location and a really nice quaint community. I wish they would take care of simple requests like my garage door that hasn’t worked since I moved in and have yet to see anyone show up for pest control ( still have my fingers crossed). The management is very friendly and polite and the communication is decent.but being on the west end of the island has its challenges with getting people out for service calls I’m guessing. All in all we are very happy!James and Jeanne

This place is incredibly beautiful, I always enjoy coming home 🏡 here after a long day at work. The Management staff is kind, curious and knowledgeable. Top notch 👌 living
