Im gonna apologize now, I usually dont leave reviews.I moved around all over the country and have had more landlords than I care to count before coming to the panhandle. I have been with Pace for years now, there is always ups/downs depending on what can be done, which is up to the actual owner of a property, Pace always tries to advocate for the tenants to the owners when needed. Theyre fair to the tenants and owners (can be a fine line sometimes), but I understand that they basically work as the middle man between owner-tenant & at the end have to do what the owner decides, but they still advocate for the tenant & give all the information available to resolve an issue. People forget the property management company is literally the middle man, we dont pay them to do work (property owner does), rents, etc go to the owners of the property to pay mortgage etc they have to the bank or whatever. I have been in the personal houses & apartments. If you need help, talk to them at office, they will do everything they can as long as you talk with them... at the end of the day it is a business, has rules/guidelines/policies they have to follow (most coming from actual owners that hire/pay Pace). Some maintenance gets done by their employees (if its wrong- talk to them, they may not know what went wrong- TALK to them, its called communication!) and others are done by other companies so they cant do much more than try to communicate with them the same as us calling any company to try to get something from a plumber, pest control, utility company, or anywhere else- that is something that is out of their hands for the most part as well.If you want clean yards, pick up after yourself and your animals, its part of being an adult and responsible. I clean my place and clean up after my pets, take care of my driveway (or area I park when I was in an apartment), if I slip on my sidewalk or fall walking out my door- Im grown and I make sure to wear appropriate shoes, Ill carry ice melt with me that I buy to make sure I can do what I need to in order to be safe. I make a conscious decision to pay my rent before using funds to go out to eat or go to the movies. If a mouse gets in my place I either get a cat or buy what I need to from the store- its the panhandle and its cold. People seriously need to grow up, the management company aint my momma or daddy, and neither are the owners.Id be willing to bet most of the low reviews are literally because of people not being adults and responsible for themselves- paying their bills/rent, or they expect to be entitled to have the management company make a unicorn out of thin air just because it is something you wanted- but they probably still presented it to the owner who said no or that they werent paying for it. Life happens and sometimes it flat out sucks, we all got issues, we all have bills, we all have to pay more (for literally everything- eggs, milk, gas, daycare, rent), we all have bad things happen that knock us down- we do what we can and move on- its not anyone elses responsibility to do anything for you just because bad things happen- Grow up and be an adult.As far as the person that wanted to attack the daughter- thats is just low, she is just a kid, who can be proud of all the hard work her dad does- you said for people not to listen to her, Id ask why should anyone listen to you? Because of 1 experience verse someone who sees what is done repeatedly over and over, time and time again.Im proud of how hard Pace works and I have even gotten other family members with Pace- they have always done right- and the best they could in a situation for all parties involved. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU TRY TO DO TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABILITIES!!! Keep up the hard work, diligence, and working with an honest heart and compassion of others to the best of anyones ability in the position. -

I have live in their apartment in canyon for over 2 years now. I am a single mother of two young kids.I have falling behind the last 3 months on rent because everything going up. I have called I have communicated with them the issues I have had but they keep serving eviction fees and now after I paid what I am behind I am still not caught up but working on in they throw me and my kids out with no place to go mind you it snowed and they gave me the weekend to get it done.Then they tell me that I will never get caught up and they are done with me basically. How can you have compassion and then tell a person that has paid you to get at least January behind you will never get caught up. I am trying my best. But after all that I will pray for them and that company. Hope your heart get kinder. But at the end I know I will be ok this is only made me stronger so I thank you pace property. I hope you get everything yall asked for. -

I recently moved in, and as far as the property goes I have no complaints. Everything works great, there was already a work order in for my bathroom sink and maintenance was in yesterday to fix it. Even though I was at work, he called me to make sure it was okay that he goes in and that my dog would be okay with him as well. I thought that was super sweet and considerate, and the sink works great now.Staff wise, I love them! I’ve worked with Brooke and Seth, and they were both super sweet. I love Brooke’s energy, and Seth was on point getting my lease sent over and everything done. I love the option to view and pay my rent through an app, etc. My dog loves it here, there are so many other tenants with the same breed or a mix of it so she’s met lots of friends already. Essentially, I really like it here so far and for the price, it’s so worth it.❤️ -

Im recently left a rough review regarding this company for which I am a current tenant regarding an issue with my water. I reached out directly after and was called back by Kathy who was super kind and understanding of my frustration. She hung up with me and figured out the issue and promptly called me back to inform me the issue would be resolved Shortly. Thats the service I am used to from this company and the reason Im continue to say. Thank you so much Kathy for your work and time. You are truly an asset and restored my faith. From one star to five. -

Pleased be advised that this is just my experience. I have had quite a hard time with this company. It was very hard to get my lease signed. Every time I came in, they told me the Property Manager was out and that it would be emailed to me. After a month, I got tired of waiting for my lease and decided I was going to go ahead and move to a different place, mind you I was already paying renters insurance and a security deposit on the place I was planning on renting from them. When I decided to cancel my security deposit, I was denied because I didn’t submit a 30 day notice (understandably my fault). The issue was, the person I was in contact with about the issue with my cancellation and me moving out was accusing me of not answering my phone and email. When I asked what email and phone number he was calling, he was sending me my roommates number and email. When I tried to explain to him that he was not contacting me, he was contacting my roommate, he got very rude and told me it was my fault. I submitted my 30 day move out notice on August 10th and I watched someone in the office put it on record. I once again tried to cancel my security deposit a couple of weeks ago (mind you I never signed a lease and do not live there), they once again denied me saying they have no record I ever moved out. I do not know what else to do. I will say, the ladies that work in that office are amazing and very helpful. And before I get a comment on this review saying I’m not in their system, Bella is my nickname and not my full name.Update: I spoke with Jarec and it was one of the most professional conversations I have ever had. I explained the situation to him and he was incredibly understanding and listened to my concerns regarding my security deposit and the rude messages I received from one of his workers. We were able to handle the conflict with grace and I really appreciated it! -

Good people and very helpful and understanding to say the least. I really liked the lady who we spoke to that looks quite young with long straight brown hair, I forgot her name because Im horrible with remembering names, but she was so sweet and explained everything to us and actually listened to what we had to say without interruptions. She is very professional about her job and definitely deserves a raise in my opinion. -
