    Had the pleasure of touring with Tori today! She was knowledgeably and very helpful. We werent scheduled at all but she still made sure we saw a unit once she wrapped up with her tour. The property is very beautiful but a little pricey, but for what its worth Id lease!Great staff, upcoming amenities and the space! Thank you Tori

    Absolutely love Tori & her energy! She gave an amazing tour of the property. From the moment I walked in the door, she was smiling & ready to help. She’s making this moving process for me easy.     Hannah was exceptional during me and my wife’s walkthrough. The location is well maintained and we enjoyed how she showed the houses and described the different floor plans. We left with all of our questions answered and look forward to living there soon. Anyone looking for a new townhouse or detached home should come here first!

    Absolutely loving my home. Tory, Hannah, and Victoria have been such wonderful helpers with our entire move in process and have taken such good care of us. Our current home wasnt ready for us like we expected it to be when we were ready to move but they put us in a unit that was available and helped us tremendously. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for something in the Mckinney/Princeton area. Thank you, ladies, for all your help!

    We love Oxenfree! It’s in a great and growing area, everyone we have encountered has been so friendly, the staff is attentive to our needs, and maintenance is on top of it!! We are really happy with our choice to move to this beautiful community!

    My family and I have been living at the Oxenfree community for about 2 months now. The new staff have been great. They are friendly and very responsive. The community is growing everyday. The community events have been nice great food, treats, and conversation. Although construction is going on there is something peaceful about this area. Excited for the opening of the amenities center and more fun events. 💜

    Today, while coming back from the store I got caught in the hail storm. Soaking wet and mad, Victoria in the leasing office helped me get dry, save not just one, but two of my devices, and made sure that I was ok. Seriously a great person who goes out of her way to be nice.

    Shaun and Tori have been wonderful with helping me resolve the WiFi issue I had. They both are very nice and diligently worked to get the issue resolved (I work from home), my WiFi is working excellent now.My new home is beautiful and I’m very happy living here. I can’t wait to see the amenities when they are completed.

    The leasing team was very professional and made my family feel welcome. Ashley and Crystal were very kind and answered all our questions regarding the community. Their floor plans are beautiful and spacious. The amenities are above and beyond what I am used to. I would highly recommend this community. Five stars

    Touring this facility with Hannah Jackson was an absolute pleasure. My husband and I looked at 3 floor plans for our growing family and Hannah was patient, kind and relatable. Prayerfully we can call this place home, the 4X3 floor plan is my favorite.

    Not only is the community beautiful & have so much to offer, Crystal sealed the deal for us. She is knowledgeable, respectful & answered every question down to the T for us & her attitude was very welcoming. Its many floor plans to choose from & styles, i love that.     I would like to Thank Bobi the regional manager. I went in the office to get some clarity on my unit, move in date, and fees. She was on her way out but took the time to turn around and come back inside to help me. As she looked up my unit it was not ready, which worked out for me. She took her time and figured out everything! my exact fees and all that I would need at move in time, and wrote it down for me to have so there wouldnt be any delays or confusion at move in. Im so thankful that I was able to speak with her before she left that day. I had to give her a hug.Im so excited to be moving in my Beautiful house. Thank you! again Bobi 🙂🙏Its a really peaceful area so happy I will be a part of this wonderful community.!! Looking forward to move in on the 15th

    Have you seen this place yet? If not, you have to! I had not heard of this concept, but it seems to be a booming idea.Houses are so expensive, why own when you can rent? Not only that but rent with style. This place is sick. I don’t have to worry about taxes, PMI, closing costs, down payment, maintenance, unexpected emergencies draining my savings and I can live in this?I went for a tour and was sold, apartments are for the birds - this is the future of living.It’s a single family house, for rent! HUGE living spaces, beautiful design, and amazing features. I’m literally renting a 1/2 million dollar home and I would be PROUD to invite my family to visit/stay.The amenities aren’t done yet but, they look sweet! Full size basketball court but half of it is inside and the other half outside. A playroom for my kids so that I can workout, or work while watching them and that is just amazing. Coworking spaces, huge pool, great hangout space, green space EVERYWHERE.It’s beautiful, trust me and go check it out.

    Wow! My husband and I were blown away with Oxenfree at Princeton. It started with Crystal, who welcomed us and took her time to explain, show, and answer any and all questions. The homes are stunning and we are definitely fans! Theres nothing quite like it. We hope to call Oxenfree our home before the end of the year!

    Great area and quiet with possibilities coming soon. Love everything about the neighborhood and amenities that will soon be finished. Only thing that needs improvement is just the internet speed, which will hopefully improve soon
