We have been clients of OneTree since the founding of their company. Weve known the owners for many years and had high confidence after watching their experience in rental management for their own portfolio. That confidence was well-placed. The entire OneTree team has been terrific to work with. Communication is clear and timely, both when things are going well and when there are issues to work through. The owner statement is transparent and the contract is fair to both sides. Overall were very happy with their services and highly recommend them to anyone interested in owning rental property but *not* interested in doing the management work themselves. OneTree knows what they are doing and will do it well, all at a fair price.

I have used One Tree Property Management for my two rental properties since July 2023. Their performance has been prompt and professional to both my renters and myself, thus promoting and maintaining goodwill between the three parties. In summary, I am pleased with their service and I have no hesitation in giving them a five star rating.
