We met Jen at an Open House when visiting Lake Charles. She was such a stand out realtor from so many others wed met at open houses, that we decided to go with her a year later when we were ready to purchase our first home.She understood what we were looking for, and it showed in the homes she showed us. Anytime we had a question, she was there to answer. If she missed a call, wed get a text two minutes later explaining why and how soon she would get back with us, which was always the same day.She worked with us through the entire process, including going over insurance policies that would be best for the area we were moving into.If wed ever decide to sell and purchase another home, shes definitely going to represent us again!
