Ive recently moved to On The Green, and I am really surprised by the recent reviews. I have not witnessed any homeless or breakins. There is a nightly security car I have seen driving in the parking lot of several occassions. A neighbor did tell me that there was a homeless camp outside the gate a few months ago, but its not there anymore. The app to open the mailroom is working fine so I haven’t had any issues with that. The same app is used to work the gates. The apartment was clean and move in ready when I picked up my keys to move in. I really like the large balconies. The office staff seemed very friendly and helpful. Ill let you know if anything changes.

The smoothest experience ever.. from the first time I went into office, til I got my key. From the check list to everything got fixed. I’m satisfied here. They are on top of everything, following up on every step from set up washier & dryer or fixing power plugs or fixing a tiny nail that bothered me. I don’t see whats the reason people give 1 star and wrote stuffs didn’t even make sense. Staffs here are very respectful, responsible, friendly, and professional. With this price I paid and services I got, im happy I found here. Moved in date 10/11/2024

On The Green is a North Austin gem! Not only does it back up to Walnut Creek Park so youre surrounded by gorgeous views and greenery, but its convenient to get to The Domain, Q2 Stadium, and and easy access to major highways. The best part of living here is the staff, though. Renee truly cares about her property and her residents, and it shows!

This apartment community really is a gem just North of Austin Texas! The amenities are top notch - especially including spaces for children to play. Parking is always available and the property itself is well kept. The maintenance team and office staff really go above and beyond to ensure every resident is happy and well accommodated. I highly recommend living here!

During my tour of the property, I was thoroughly impressed. The vacant apartment I visited was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The layout was functional and the amenities were top-notch. But let me tell you, the real showstopper was the scenery from the patio. The view was absolutely breathtaking! It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of nature. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and I highly recommend you stop by and ask for Nathan Thomas, you will not be disappointed. He was very thorough with the information I needed regarding the property, the amenities, and any utilities that might be incurred.

I would ask you to go meet her in person and see for yourself. These are the kind of people that make you enjoy where youre staying and make you feel youre in good hand.*InnocentThe next person that i cant thank enough is Innocent the maintenance guy, he is a wonderful person and very helpful, last time I had problem with my AC and he worked on it the whole time and even stayed after hours, simply he would not accept that his AC at home is working and mine is not, sure enough he got it fixed and left us with a big smile . Innocent Thank you from my family and from the bottom of my heart

Great place to stay. It is clean and well maintained. The management and maintenance is very responsive. Debra is the sweetest and most help person I have ever met. Same goes for Sakeenah, the assistant manager, who is doing a wonderful Job.

I have lived here for a little over a year with my son. Although the apartment buildings are older, the community has been wonderful and residents are friendly. Nathan and Debra have been helpful, I’ve had great experiences with both.I enjoy the location close to everything I need, as well as Walnut Creek Park my back door

I have been living in this community since 2017 Jan. To me what matters the most is whenever tenants need help, how responsive the management is. I would like to thank Manager/Assistant manager (Nathan and Deborah). They are not only responsive, but they also care about tenants well being. One example, I had an issue with the electrical bill where costed me insane amount due to AC malfunctioning. I talked to Nathan, and he escalated this issue to upper management like it is his own matter. If you are looking for a place to live, please consider this place.

Nice apartments..found some Good people both in the community and in the office.. If you have an issue with any appliances in your apartment, or something brokedown, you place repair order online and it will be done as soon as possible.Pool and Gym are on, the Gym only opens on office hour though.. Wahsher dryers are onsite...Pls do not keep your shoes outside of the door, it is not allowed. you will be fined if you do so... And pls pay your rent on time within 3rd day of the month...

On the Green is a quite and serene complex. Right away, you can tell it’s family oriented and safe for children to play out doors. You wouldn’t think the unit is surrounded by big growing trees because it’s next to a highway but once you drive in it’s like being surrounded by a green forest. It’s nice to see the wild life in the morning outside the gate, it lets you know that the area is clean and quiteMoving in was a bit complicated because this is our first time renting. However, the staff and the manager were all very patient and were more than happy to answer any of our questions, especially Stephanie.Maintenance here is what really stands out. Unfortunately, we did have an older water heater and we continued to have issues with it. Within the first couple of days of figuring this was an issue they came and installed a new one. They never took more than a day to come fix our heater, If something had happened to it that day. They were polite when coming in and letting us know what to expect in the process of getting a new heater.The unit has a pool and gym but because of COVID those are closed, so I will be leaving another review with pictures once they are open. The laundry room is open and such a cool and refreshing place to do your laundry. The machines are card accessible and very simple to use, they could be a bit cleaner with the lint on the floor but other than that. Its inexpensive and a nice place to wait while you do laundry to stay out of the Texas heat.Move out Update:After living here for one year, I can say that my previous review will stay and stand as a positive experience. They were pleasant when we moved in and were helpful as we moved out. The new manager is nice and I would give a shout out to Stephanie for being helpful with all my questions and concerns through the months!

I only moved because I needed to be closer to work (Austin traffic - sigh). Otherwise I would continue to live at On the Green. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They handle packages very effectively. The maintenance guys quickly respond to any need, although I have to admit not much went wrong in the 15 months I lived there. They also work hard at keeping the grounds clean. I have read all the negative reviews and wanted to let others know that was not my experience. I have lived in a house for years and dont expect an apartment complex to be like living in a house - there are things you have to live with at an apartment. This is the best apartment complex I have lived in since I sold my house 4 years ago.

Nice place. I enjoy the carport overhangs when it rains, the setup is intelligent in design - easy to navigate. One of the better ones, in terms of the typical Austin complex. Good stores close by, too. Management has the same issues as management will typically have anywhere, but the maintainance crews skills are exceptionally pronounced and the grounds are spotlessly clean. Nice place to live, even if Austin area is getting too expensive.

This community is very nice. My girlfriend lives here, and I visit often. The residents are always friendly, and the grounds are very clean. The apartments are spacious and clean as well. Never had any problems.

I moved here two months ago and had a couple of problems that they were quick to respond to. The Manager and office staff are very helpful to your needs. I especially like the grounds, all the trees and grassy areas. Great location, close to stores and restaurants.
