Vijai is a honorable and honest property manager. He talks from experience and truly cares for the needs of the landlord. He is very careful in understanding the needs of the landlord and incorporates a blended approach which results in a win-win. His team is very prompt in getting back. Vijai was able to get my property rented during the winter months and I am confident that Vijai and his team will be able to successfully manage my property for the years to come. I plan on keeping this comment updated as time progress , but I feel I am in the right hands with Vijai and his team.

I have been with Om Reality property management for about two years and their management style and cost of service is unbeatable. The manager Vijai is prompt in responding to tenant needs and owner needs. They offer cost effective and competitive service. Quick communication. Uses easy to use and cutting edge cloud based mobile tools for managing documents, communication, and accounting. Handling money in quick and trustful manner. Their handy man service, technicians and the service cost is competitive than the outsiders. During the Texas cold freeze power-cut fiasco, the manager quickly arranged technicians to resolve tenant raised within two days. They offer additional property management services such as insurance and refinancing assistance to property owner if needed. They are one-shop property management for my need and no need to look further.
