    I love living in Olympus Corsair! Waking up every morning in a resort-style apartment complex. The leasing office is always so welcoming and helps find solutions when needed. Service requests and maintenance issues are always being handled and resolved in a timely manner. The amenities are usually cleaned and well-maintained, and the airport noise is surprisingly unnoticeable. The parking situation is great, never had an issue with either my car or guests. Good location for students, close enough to everything in the city, and Uber to downtown is easy if youre young and want to go out! I love the monthly events and hope to have more of these, its a great way to connect with neighbors, and I actually made great connections here. My favorite part of the complex is the co-working area where I can study and work remote, it makes my life way more convenient.

    I’m staying at Olympus Alameda , this is the only place that make me feels like HOME! I moved to Albuquerque alone without my family because of work. I still remember Nina and Kristen greet us warmly last summer when I move in to Olympus Alameda. This is totally make me feels so warm and grateful. Besides, residents here are very friendly. My neighbour always bake some cookies to me and invited me to their house for dinner during special festivals. This is why, although Im staying alone without my family members, but i never feel lonely because of this wonderful place and environment. With Olympus Alameda sitting up the hill next to Pan American freeway, you will have stunning sunset and sunrise with amazing Sandia mountain view. I cant find a reason not to stay in this Paradise. The amenities worth every single penny I paid. Gym room, swimming pool and club house, BBQ Area, Dog park all are well-maintained. Yes, this apartment is pet friendly too! This is a good place to stay! My friends love to come over my house and we had barbeque and pool party in Olympus Alameda! I always love Olympus property and I never regretted I chose here as my Home! I 100% recommended for those who are still looking for apartment, Olympus property is always the best choice as their management is perfect!     My husband and I moved in to Olympus on January 9th of 2021, and we’ve been nothing but pleased with it for nearly two years! We had our fair share of apartment nightmares after college and moving in here was like a breath of fresh air. We liked it so much we got his mom to move in a few buildings down from us! The amenities are wonderful, the gym is big enough to accommodate so many people, grabbing a treadmill or weight machine has never been an issue. The pool is LOVELY, and everyone you meet in the community is always so friendly. I never used the tanning bed, but my mother in law used it weekly and loved it. The gorgeous leasing office is a host to so many fun events, our favorite is Mellow Mondays, where you can mingle and share wine. They have lots of fun parties for kids as well! We definitely don’t worry about having kids while we live here, because it’s a very family friendly community. They have food trucks park in our complex nearly every weekend for an easy meal option, which can be so convenient. Aside from the amenities, the maintenance staff and front desk staff are all so nice and helpful. Maintenance requests are ALWAYS taken care of within 24 hours, and they’re very efficient. They even have valet trash services so you don’t need to carry your trash to the dumpsters. The parking here is ample for resident and guests, as well! All that aside, the apartments are so beautiful and nice to live in, both the units and the complex. They’re always planting grass or flowers or painting to make it looks as beautiful as possible. I highly recommend living here for the aesthetics, price, convenience, and location!

    Wow, this is so emotional. This is my first home since I arrived in this wonderful country almost three years ago. This means that I have been living here in this community for almost three years. First, I lived in a room and then I moved here, rather to the apartment. next door with two rooms I am extremely happy to live here because of their kindness they are committed to their inhabitants the security that this complex gives me is beyond words... Thank you for allowing me to be part of you... Apt 127 was without a doubt my best choice to live here. Sedona Rach Olympus.

    Ive never felt like I got more value for my money!I live at the Mosaic Highrise in Downtown Dallas. Prior to moving to the Mosaic, I lived in Uptown Dallas, only one mile away. In Uptown, the prices are over-inflated, and the luxury is not nearly on par with what Ive found at the Mosaic. When my apartment complex of 5 years decided to up my rent $400/month in one year, I knew it was time for a change. But instead of going on an exhausting hunt all over town to find the best rates, amenities, etc. I only had to make one visit to the Mosaic and I was SOLD! Matthew Paul was my leasing agent and did an excellent job of showing me the full property and any available units within my parameters. My lease wasnt up for another 2 months but when he showed me my now apartment unit, I fell in LOVE! It has so much space, updated appliances and a truly open and modern feel. I remember walking in and having that feeling of just pure WOW! I never imagined I would be able to afford this kind of luxury, especially with a view, but the Mosaic had it all. I ended up signing my lease to start a month earlier than I needed it because I didnt want to give up my dream unit. And I must say, I couldnt be happier! Downtown Dallas is such a vibrant, eclectic area that often doesnt get the attention it deserves. There are so many fun restaurants/bars within walking distance, and plenty of convenience stores that allow me to walk to everything I need. Everyone in the building is so nice and friendly! Not to mention, the property has tons of community events to allow you to get to know your neighbors. The pool is the absolute best in town with incredible views, a hot tub and projector screens to watch a movie or game on. Theres lots of entertainment space inside and out and the gym is HUGE! I never thought I could get all of this for the same price I was paying in my tiny, outdated uptown apartment, but this is the real deal! I will definitely be resigning again when the time comes.

    We were the 4th apartment to be occupied when The Davis, in Fort Worth, opened in 2015. We absolutely fell in love with the property and staff! The pool is definitely the Crown Jewel of the property; Other than an actual resort, this is the biggest, prettiest pool Ive ever seen. Another really nice benefit, is with the proximity of the canal, you will be able to see a pretty good selection of bird wildlife. Weve seen ducks, geese, cormorants, mud hens, cranes, blue herons, and others. Its very cool, if you like those sorts of things. The grounds are impeccably kept, the buildings inside and out are in great shape, the gym is good-sized with a good selection of equipment (that is well-maintaned and clean), and as I mentioned, the staff is outstanding. how much do we love living here? Well, we moved to Austin in 2018 for work, and moved back in 2019. We looked at only one place, and it was The Davis. Ironically enough, they only had one unit (of the floorplan we had before) available, and it was directly across the hall from our first unit! So, after getting used to going to a different door, we are home again. I highly recommend The Davis Apartments, in Fort Worth, TX!

    Before I get started let me say this, Im 73 years old and I NEVER take the time out to leave reviews online. I barely even use a computer for anything at all. People always say, us old folks like to do everything by mail or in person. And Im here to say........ Its True. However, when you find a place as Great as Olympus, THIS OLD DOG IS WILLING TO LEARN SOME NEW TRICKS! Ive lived at Olympus Woodbridge for almost 5 years and I dont plan on going anywhere else. I absolutely LOVE the professional service I receive every single time I need assistance from the office staff. The young ladies address me by Mr. Urban as soon as I walk in the front office doors. They really make me feel like Im a part of their family, which is really comforting because I dont get to see my immediate family very often. Also, their maintenance service is A+ . On the rare occasions Ive had an issue with something inside my unit, they sent someone over IMMEDIATELY to fix it. Believe it or not, their customer service is BETTER than Chick-fil-a. Yes!! I said it,,, BETTER THAN CHICK-FIL-A!!!! They even have AMAZING ground keepers! The outside of the property and the dog park stays clean and the residents here are very friendly. Ive lived a long time and I can easily say this is the best place Ive ever lived. Thanks Olympus. If I could give more than 5 stars I DEFINITELY would.

    Olympus Woodbridge Property in Sachse TX became a safe haven and place of peace while going through an ugly divorce. My daughters and I moved here a year ago in search of a peaceful and safe place to live. Many days and nights of beautiful views, welcoming staff and hosted events comforted us. I was able to see my daughters play and make friends here. My favorite amenities included the gym and my 4th floor patio overlooking the courtyard and pool. Both places I could focus on me, healing and enjoying my peace. The staff, Mandy, Efran, Miguel and Charlie have always looked after us as Im sure they do to all, but making us feel like a part of a family and truly care.     Lived at Cape House Apartments -Pretty place in a beautiful location! The property is well maintained and the landscape always looks like paradise. Maintenance was respectful and addressed problems quickly. Leasing staff and management were great, always helpful with any problems we had. Owner was pleasant and made sure things ran smoothly with no issues.

    Nancy and I moved into the Cape House on Christmas Eve, 2016. Since then, life here has been wonderful. We didnt know what we were getting into, but it has more than lived up to expectations. The office crew is great, and the maintenance guys are just awesome. A special shout out to Deandre. It is a beautifully maintained complex. Not too far from the beautiful beaches, and near all the stores you need. To us, in 2016 we gave ourselves a Christmas present...life at the Cape House. We plan to be here many more years.

    My wife and I have been living in the Olympus Property community since April of this year. It was our first time living in United States.We who cant speak English well were very anxious. However, the polite response and gentle smile of the Olympus staff reassured us very much.We love walking in the refreshing mornings and in the stunning sunset, looking at the beautiful scenery and houses around the Olympus community.At that time, the greeting of the smile which I greeted with the Olympus staff and the neighbors made us very happy, and gave courage.Finally, the gym has become an integral part of our lives. Thanks to Jim, I have been running more than three miles a day and more than 90 miles a month, regardless of the weather. This is the source of my health in United States.Olympus gives us the peace of mind, safety, courage and health to live in United States.Thank you

    Recently we began renting a garage along with our Olympus Property Apartment. I was so excited to have a space for the car that I happily placed the garage door opener in my sun visor. The next day when I realized I did not know the code for the key pad, I thought I was stranded! It was Saturday, but our property manager Tristan took time to help me get the door open and helped me reset the key pad. We are so grateful for where we live and that staff that is so helpful!

    Union at Carrollton Square is my first home in the United States! I feel so lucky.It is located near the historic square in old downtown Carrollton. There are so many fun events happening on the weekend! From world foodie festival to the music festival on switchyard, from outdoor movies to yoga classes, it is the most fun and alive area I can ever imagine myself living in. It is also surrounded by great restaurants. So no matter it is just a normal night or you suddenly feel like celebrating something, you will be right there.Only 10-15 minutes of driving and you can get to Costco, Kroger, Target or H-mart. It is very close to the Belt Line and I-35, which would probably take you to most of the places you wanna go. It is not right next to the main road, so no noises at all. The DART is just right next to the apartment too, which makes it very easy to travel to downtown without any worries of the traffic or parking in downtown.I have access to two lovely pools. Their staffs really do a good job maintaining the pool. It is very clean all the time. The barbecue area next to the pool is just perfect for cooking burgers or ribs with friends and family(this is literally my favorite thing to do!). There are plenty of parking lots outside and in the garage. Fob is needed for getting in the building, elevator and the garage. There’s a decent gym and it is clean all the time. It is never too crowded, which is perfect for doing some basic workout routine. There are cable machines, cardio machines and the dumbbells are up to 50 lbs. Every Monday there is a free fitness class to get you motivated for the entire week.Office staffs are so nice and helpful all the time! They take really good care of my packages. There’s once I needed to find a dog sitter and the assistant manager helped me right away. It is so easy to make a service request on my phone. Whether the bulb is out, tub is not draining well or fridge is not working, everything will be fixed before the next day you walk back in. Mr Mouses, Jarvis and Brandon are the most friendly handymen and they are always so nice to my puppy. When they come in to fix things and I am not at home, they will always bring dog treats and now my puppy has made friends with them!It is all the details that make me feel like I can call Union at Carrollton my HOME!I am all new and unfamiliar with this country, but this place, I know I can always come back and find my comfort. I love it.

    It is refreshing to know that a property like Wimberly at Deerwood managed by Olympus Property exists. My husband and I moved to Wimberly February 2018. The management is superb and the property is well maintained. I love that they offer events throughout the month for residents. Very pet friendly. Beautiful property. #MYOLYMPUSSTORY

    My wife and I have lived at the Olympus Team Ranch apartments in Benbrook,TX now since 2017 I think and we have been very fortunate to have been here that long. The office staff go out of their way to make the community nice and clean and also when lease renewals come due, they try to accommodate a residents needs to keep costs of renting low to a point. We love that there is a family type of feel, the community is secure and safe. We also love the package room where most of our packages are delivered and are in a secure location for the most part. It has been a very pleasant place to call home over these years. The maintenance folks are awesome and very approachable about maintenance issues. I would highly recommend the Team Ranch apartments to anyone.

    We absolutely LOVE our place at Olympus of Willow Park!!! We have a very comfortable 3 bedroom apartment that has beautiful natural light and windows, great hardwood floors and well kept carpet, and lots of extra space on our balcony! I also love how many families live here, and seeing the kids play carefree on scooters or at the playground while feeling completely safe in the gated and classy community. The amenities are fantastic, with a beautiful swimming pool that compares to a high end resort, a volleyball court, basketball court, great gym, a second pool, and a beautiful office area with community pool table, and a huge dog park! The bring in food trucks and its just a fun, classy, and safe environment to be in.Even better, Olympus of Willow Park was one of most affordable apartments that we researched, with quick access to the highway and great restaurants right down the road! We have had 2 minor service calls and they showed up the same day, within a couple of hours to fix the problem, which is WONDERFUL! They are responsive and truly care about the tenants.I dont have a single complaint or nag about the place. Olympus of Willow Park is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in and I would absolutely recommend it 1000 times over.

    I actually fell in love with this property Olympus Auburn Lakes when my daughter moved in. I was really worried because it was her first apartment so I did my research. She has lived here for 2yrs and we are now neighbors. I moved from my home of 5 years and I am happier now than I have ever been. The staff all of them including maintenance are very kind and friendly people. They make sure that you are satisfied and comfortable with your living environment. The property is immaculate and has all the bells and whistles to make you feel at home. The amenities are all updated and very nice. I love the kitchen the most and plan on being here for a while.     Absolutely love Sedona ranch, an Olympus property! We have lived in over 5 different complexes and this one is by far the best. The employees are amazing, location is great, and the community is wonderful and welcoming.Ever since we have toured the apartment the employees have been nothing but helpful and understanding. They have had great communication and help with almost everything we have needed.We love the location because it is near everything we need and a great middle between all of Odessa and midland.Plus the community is fun and a great family place as well. I feel really good about raising my family here! Plus they always have events to involve All the residents which is great as well. Fun and family like community!Thank you for reading!     I’ve lived at Olympus apartments since August and I love it. We have in unit washers and dryers. My dogs have their own bedroom. I have a garage and my husband has covered parking. But most of all we love how friendly Tristan the property manager in Idaho is. He came to our rescue with a quick move in date when an apartment we were supposed to move into turned out to be a scam. Tristan helped us get into our apartment quickly and make sure it was a good fit for us before we signed into a lease. The apartment was amazing since first sight at the tour. We love Olympus apartments.

    My fiancé and I have lived at Olympus Hudson Oaks since they very first opened. We love the property and all the amenities. Plus we have a great sense of community with our neighbors and the Olympus staff! Our neighbors are like family and they are always there if we need them. The Olympus staff have been very accommodating, punctual in maintenance request and leave the property beautiful. The office ladies are so kind and helpful with all your needs. The Property Manager, Ashley, is very friendly and makes coming to with any concerns like coming to a friend. They really make living here a dream! We plan on moving to Colorado in the future and have even found an Olympus property there, we love it so much. Definitely recommend this property!

    We live at Olympus Steelyard in Chandler, AZ. We moved in October 2021. Both my partner and I grew up in Arizona but had moved away to Texas for several years. We had JUST moved in to an apartment less than a month prior when we found out we only had 6 short weeks to relocate back to Arizona for my partners job. We scrambled to find somewhere to live and after several tours we found ourselves at Olympus Steelyard. I remember several years ago delivering pizza in Chandler just trying to make it through college and delivering to these apartments I always wondered what it must be like to live somewhere so beautiful and nice. So walking in we knew immediately that’s where we belonged. We love it here. The staff is amazing, the community is amazing. We love food truck Thursdays! We love love love the holidays and decorating and Olympus not only allows but encourages us to go all out. (If you live in Steelyard you might know us as the pumpkin lights apartment) it’s been an absolute pleasure living here and they made the transition back to AZ so delightful. So easy and quick. Our lease was up in October and for the very first time ever we renewed our lease for a second term and we don’t see ourselves leaving anytime soon.

    I am irrevocably in love with the wimberly at deerwood, an olympus property. Its not just any rental community for me, its my HOME now. Initially i moved in for six months and extended my stay for another year and i dont think i will ever move from here. Apart from all the wonderful amenities and activities like pool, gym, hot tub, valet trash, Zumba classes, movie nights, happy hours etc....The property managers, maintenance people, neighbors everyone together make it a wonderful place to live.The managers actually take care of you. Any fixes or replacements are taken care of within an hour. I really enjoy staying here in the Olympus property.

    I moved to Cape House from Missouri on 3/28 and have absolutely fell in love with the apartment I am renting! I love the gym and what it offers and I go about 4 days a week. The pools are amazing and well kept! The grounds at Cape House are so pretty and well kept. Maintenance is quick to respond when you have an issue. There are cameras in every direction so I feel safe in the community. I work at the Beach so my drive is only 10 minutes which I love! So happy I made the move to Cape House!!

    We have lived at the Olympus at Memorial property since 2016 under different ownership before Olympus. We left the property in June 2022 because of high market rates. We returned August 2022 because the other non-Olympus community we left to had multiple issues and it reminded me that paying a higher cost was worth it for peace of mind. The Olympus staff accommodated our urgent move and were helpful through our move-in process. We have always loved the community feel that this property offers and since Olympus came on board it has continued to have the same feel. The maintenance team is exceptional and keeps me informed requests that I submit. The front office staff have been supportive in addressing concerns I might have. The staff often hosts community events. We had a Pie event for the thanksgiving holiday, and a painting event for Halloween. There are also several resident appreciation moments with breakfast and ice cream socials. The location of this property is walking distance to Terry Hershey Park which is perfect, and also has a couple restaurants within walking distance.     Living at Olympus Auburn Lakes has been more than amazing! The amenities are so great such as being able to have the choice of two different pools & two different gyms. The fire place and the walking trail are also places my husband and I enjoy walking and lounging at. The property is always kept super clean! Maintenance is always just a request away. The office women and men are always very welcoming and accommodating. These are luxury apartments!!

    I am a nurse and I accepted a new position in Arlington, 3 hours away from where I lived. I was staying in a hotel and driving back home every week. The stress of starting a new job, driving every week and leaving animals took its toll and I got sick. I saw Olympus Hudson Oak apartments from the interstate on my drives back and forth. I looked online then came to visit. Marissa helped me get my apartment. I had to change my lease 4 times, adding animals and changing from 3rd floor to first. She was great! She made my move so easy. I haven’t lived in an apartment in over 30 years BUT I love this one. It’s modern and the amenities are fantastic. The staff are all friendly and professional. While walking my dogs, one of the staff members came up in the golf cart and had dog treats. I absolutely love it!!

    When I separated from the military and moved to a new state, into a new apt, site unseen, I was terrified to say the least. I read reviews of apartment complexes all over town, did virtual tours and looked at all the pictures I could before I settled on an Olympus Property apartment complex. I am very pleased and grateful to say I was not disappointed. In my time at the property I’ve never really had any major issues. The property is well kept, safe, conveniently located, and maintenance responds in fantastic time. The amenities are nice and although valet trash can be a little wishwashy (not at fault of the property, it’s an external company) the convenience is really nice! I’ve already renewed my lease once and if I wasn’t planning on buying a home I would happily renew for another year here.

    I have been living in Oceanside for 2 years now and love where I call home. My husband and I got our first place together here and have been so happy with the staff and amenities. Perfect place to raise our family. We love to be apart of all of the community’s fun stuff going on such as Saturday mornings yoga, food trucks, food donation drives, puppy days, and more! As a bonus, the upkeep in our neighborhood is 10/10 and the maintenance staff are nice, helpful and fast! We have recommended friends to move here with us and they love it too!

    I have been living at one of the Olympus Property’s for 1 year and half. I love the property and the management! They really do care to help you out if you have any issues! I have always wanted to live in a place that had an elevator and they offer it at the property I live! Image going grocery shopping and having to do many trip up and down the stairs? Over here you dont have to worry about it! The elevator has your back !!Lux on Main is a great place and I have enjoyed and still do enjoy my time over here! I would recommend this place to anyone!

    We love living here at Olympus at Memorial! We’ve been here for a few years and the location on the park can’t be beat. We are an active family so having access to a large gym and close proximity to biking trails was a must.We also love the hassle-free resort style living (valet trash service and the impeccably kept grounds with beautiful flowers).What we love most though, is the sense of community that Olympus has created through the many events they put on. We’ve gotten to meet many of our neighbors that we otherwise wouldn’t have because of these events. We also want to give a shout out to the amazing staff who promptly addresses any service requests we make.

    I moved to Olympus Corsair a few months ago and i have loved it so far. We viewed a lot of apartments before choosing one but from the moment we toured this property it just felt like home and we knew it was where we wanted to live. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly, lots of parking, and a lot of fun community activities including food truck, and wine Wednesday. On our tour Josue was very welcoming and took his time in helping get us all sorted. The level of customer service offered was also a contributing factor in us choosing Corsair over other properties in our area. The units are beautiful and spacious with pretty spacious balconies. Highly recommend.

    My experience staying at one of the Olympus properties which is the Davis has been extremely amazing! I love the staff and the community. Every single person that works in the leasing office are not just great individuals but very understanding and honest. I just say that’s very hard to come across now of days. The transparency from all the staff is great. From the property manager, to the leasing agents and the very sweet maintenance men, everyone is great! If I could recommend this property to the world I would because my experience has been nothing but a pleasure.     I have been living at Olympus Stone Glen for about 6 months now and it has been amazing! The staff is very friendly and is always there for every question and concern. My little niece and nephew love coming to Aunties house because of the park! I even have to admit that I also enjoy playing at the park with them lol. The pool and hot tub are awesome along with the gym that you can go in at anytime. I also enjoy that their is a room with a printer and computers that you can also use. The package room makes me feel secure about ordering packages especially around the holiday season due to it being monitored by a camera, along with you can only get in if you have a code that is sent to you when a package gets delivered for your name. Everything about this place makes me feel safe and just comfortable living there! I have awesome neighbors as well as the complex just being in a prime spot in Keller.     I moved to Olympus Carrington two and a half years ago, and I have loved it ever since! The staff is always super helpful, they are quick to respond to requests and messages, and the property is well-managed and cared for. My air conditioning went out in the dead middle of summer, and even at 9 pm, their maintenance staff was there to help and had it fixed within an hour. I love the area that this apartment complex is in, and it feels super safe to live in. Great apartments!

    I LOVE Olympus Boulevard!! I have lived on this property for three years in January. The property is very well maintained and I feel safe living here with the secure garage and security measures. I live in an ADA apartment and feel secure! I use a wheelchair and my neighbors have been so lovely offering to assist where needed. But perhaps the most amazing part are the assistants at Olympus Boulevard!!! Brandon and Jessie are simply fabulous. Brandon always helps me with my packages after work on his own time and Jessie is always willing to help with the website when needed. They both go above and beyond to help me! The entire maintenance crew including Bernard and Carlos are also so helpful. Maintenance requests are always completed within 24 hours!!! I can’t speak highly enough of these simply lovely staff members!

    What is missing from a pleasant lifestyle at Olympus Willow Park? You miss the traffic of city life, you miss neighbors you walk pass but do not acknowledge, you miss trash blowing across the lawn that you have to mow as a homeowner, you miss having to deal with normal repairs and waiting for a repairman who doesn’t show when scheduled. After living in the Olympus Willow Park Apartments for four years, my husband and I enjoy the sights and sounds of home with none of the hassles. Friendly office staff and maintenance quickly and accurately complete our requests which are few and far between. We admire the landscaping as we walk within the gated community. At night, we feel very safe outside, on the sidewalks, and in the parking lot. The various activities offered are for all ages. We especially enjoy the patios when decorated during year round holidays. Listening to the children’s laughter as they play together in the yard or pool brings suchhappiness as the adults also splash aroundwith our neighbors. Right now, my husband and I plan to stay here for many more years.

    I love living here at Olympus Woodbridge! This will be my sixth year. I love all the amenities especially the fitness center! My apartment is just the right size for my cat, Alice, and me. I love walking the grounds. They have a great dog park! The pool is newly renovated and so lovely. All the folks in the office and all the maintenance guys are awesome - so responsive, timely and always with a smile!     We have lived at Mountain Trails in Flagstaff for a bit over two years. The location is ideal as it close to shopping, restaurants and enjoys easy access to both I17 and I40. At the same time we feel we have chosen a quieter place to live. We really enjoy how responsive and friendly the maintenance crew has been. An amenity we enjoy is the fact that the complex is pet friendly - though we don’t have a pet it has been nice to meet so many nice dogs and their owners. We have hosted family and coworkers at the facility grill area complete with hot tub and fireplace. Lastly we’d like to thank the office staff in their efforts to help us secure Covid funding from the Navajo Housing Authority.     10 out of 10 recommend Olympus properties! I just recently moved into Olympus Fenwick, and it was the easiest and quickest move in I have ever experienced. Kristen was phenomenal in helping us move in with no complications. I even have a service animal, and she was very helpful with all of the requirements I had to send in. We also had some light bulbs that weren’t working during the move in inspection, but by the time we moved in, maintenance had already changed them for no cost. The property is beautiful, with a dog park for my fur baby, a gym that is open 24/7 and much more! Definitely recommend!

    I had wanted to live here at the Carlton (now Lakeline) ever since I moved to Jacksonville in 2018. I fell in love with the look, feel and size of the apartments for the value. I work in the multifamily industry so I knew the management team and owners were wonderful. Finally in 2021, I was in a position that I was able to get on the waiting list and after a very long 6-7 month wait, I was finally able to move here to my dream apartment at the beginning of 2022 just before Olympus purchased the property. I’ve only had nice interactions with the office staff, namely Ally, and all of the neighbors I have met over the last year are really delightful and we share a lot of common views about life here.     Ive been living at the Santa Monica location in ABQ, NM for about a year now and I am very satisfied with my decision to live here. I have had no issues with maintenance, safety, and neighbors. The gated community is very reliable, Ive had no issues worrying about my safety. The apartment complex is very dog friendly. I love the small dog park they have inside the complex and all the dog bag stations around. The neighborhood around is also a perfect community to take your dogs on a walk with a great view of the mountains in the east side. Theyve opened a food truck right next to the church near the complex so you have a nice area to walk to. The staff at the leasing office are super great! Adrian is my favorite and I always seek him out whenever I need help.

    We have lived at Olympus Hudson Oaks, for two years, we have went through the changes of management and by far Olympus has been the best management we have had since we have been here. The front office staff is always friendly and always gets us what we need. We have had a few maintenance requests, lights gone out, or sink clogged, air filter needed to be changed and the maintenance man is amazing. Never takes him more than a few days or less to address the issue and fix it. Morgan always keeps us informed, sending out emails and answering our calls if we need to ask about anything. Neighbors are nice, and considerate. We are very happy here, and love calling this apt home.

    My experience at Olympus Team Ranch has been super fantastic! The entire staff is amazing. I love how the office staff is so attentive.     Ive been living at Olympus Boulevard in Frisco, TX for 4 years now. I can honestly say this is the best property to live at! Not only do they have great pricing, but amazing amenities as well. This complex is in the heart of Frisco Square, and is surrounded by some of the best restaurants, stores, music venues, and event centers you can find. Ever since moving in , the leasing team has been nothing but the upmost friendly and professional. The Olympus team takes large effort to make sure the property is clean and looking nice.     We have been here at Olympus Sierra Pines, for about 5 months now and I will admit that they do a great work at keeping it clean! One of the few places that I have lived in to see how well up kept it is and it just makes it so much rewarding coming home. I love the maintenance team. They have a nice and hard working team on board. I had some maintenance issues at the beginning but they were all taken care off in a timely manner. I also really like the mail room they have, for receiving packages. They dont have to be left out your door allowing for someone to take it and if for whatever reason it is left out your door, no one takes it. I have witnessed it. They also host a couple of social events for us to mingle from time to time. I can say that they have formed an amazing community.

    I live at Avenue 25 in Phoenix and I absolutely love it so far. Adrian, who works in the office, is so helpful and kind.     One of the best properties Ive lived at since I started renting. There are a number of amenities that you wouldnt expect to find in other complexes; a gym, pool, complimentary trash pick-up, relatively low prices for assigned (covered and garage) parking, and you arent even charged for water usage. The location is also very convenient; I could be on the highway and into Odessa in less than 20 minutes without too much hassle or worry about traffic. Taking into account the, less than, 5 minute drive from, at least, 2 major grocery stores, the location is quite excellent. The front office staff is always so friendly and helpful whenever I have an issue, and the maintenance staff handles repairs quickly and professionally; overall, no complaints about the staff. As someone who moved here for work, if youre looking for a place to live with affordable rent, convenient, low stress driving options, and preferable amenities, I couldnt think of a better place in Midland to stay!

    Olympus Properties has been our home since mid-July as we moved here from MN. It was stressful trying to find places that were available for us to come look at living over 12 hours away at the time, but Granite 550 was so accommodating, they presented a warm and kind welcome to us Minnesotans. We got to tour the apartment of our choice, they let us choose which floor we wanted, and they were so accommodating to my ESA. When first seeing these apartments - it didn’t feel like an apartment, but more of a home. It was beautiful and perfect and we knew we wanted to have it. One of the employees at the time Jennifer was so on top of her work with sending us emails, paperwork, phone calls, and just making sure we had everything needed to ensure a home at this beautiful place. Granite 550 offers so many amenities that are much appreciated such as social gatherings, resident property amenities, and even things for our furry family members. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else in Casper while I take on OT grad school. Thank you Granite 550 staff for making our stay so great!

    I live at olympus at daybreak and I have never lived in a better, cleaner, and more amazing apartment anywhere else. The staff are nothing but wonderful and they are very attentive and welcoming. Whenever there is a problem it is fixed within 24 hours. Olympus at daybreak has a fantastic gym we attend when we can and the pool in the summer was just perfect, it really is luxurious and always a warm welcome. Since my husband and I moved here. We love the atmosphere and our friendly neighbors. They host many events that are fun and exciting. This is a place that screams community and they do everything to get everyone involved. I don’t want to leave olympus at daybreak.

    From the tour, moving and now living here everything has been so easy and such a dream. Steven who works at the Gilbert Cadia office is involved in the community and he definitely had a say in us moving in. He has such great communication, knowledge of the apartments and he really gets involved with everyone that lives here. We were a walk in for a tour and he was happy to help! He was so great with our twins and made sure to show us the playground!The playground, pool, jacuzzi and the gym is probably the most places we spend our time! It was such a plus to have an actual playground for our twins. Then to make it even better the gym was amazing! It was one of the best gyms I’ve seen an apartment complex have.     My Olympus story ! #myolympusstoryBefore I moved here I was in a really bad living situation , as a single mother I needed a safe, clean and trustworthy place to raise my 1 year old toddler. I was searching and searching with my roommates for a fresh start and that’s when we found Olympus. We instantly applied and they got back to us so fast and we were approved and moving in within a blink of an eye. They were so nice and never judge mental. The apartments were so clean and pretty! It felt like home as soon as I walked in and knew this was a great place to start raising my son. The workers, the residents and the atmosphere of Olympus was all comforting and safe. I also use the gym, and the pool was so nice to begin teaching my son to swim this summer. I’m very happy I could find somewhere as great as these apartments to raise my son alone! I’m happy to be living here another year. My son is eager to get back in that pool ! And play at the park . This first year of being here has been amazing and I’m so happy to be out of an unhappy home to happy one !

    I have absolutely loved living at The Tessera. My boyfriend and I moved to in July and the move in process was painless. The employees are always so helpful and kind. There are so many events that go on throughout the month and it’s a great place to meet other residents and the employees that run the building.     My favorite part of Olympus Waterford is the small community. I really feel at home and have had chances to get to know my neighbors. The staff are also so understanding and genuinely care about the residents. I would reccomend this complex to any friend as they are luxury for a great price, and the small community cannot be beat! I also LOVE the vaulted ceilings and that each building is only 2 stories tall as well as that 2nd story apartments gave private staircases. I feel like this is home.

This Olympus property is beautiful inside and out, well maintained, and doing things year round to keep the property and buildings looking brand new!     “Share your Olympus story”We have lived at Olympus for over four years now. My family loves apartment living. You never have to do yard work, you have a pool and a gym. Olympus has always treated us well. We had a short period where we experienced some financial hardship and they treated us with kindness and compassion in regards to rent and asking if we were okay when I communicated with them. The staff is always helpful. If I call they are more than happy to help me with my issues. They have filled out maintenance requests for us and helped with package room. Those are just the little things. They are always trying to have events or contests and they keep us well informed of what’s going on around the property. Their maintenance staff is stellar! Willie was always so personable and helpful. Colleen is top notch. She has a great sense of humor and always has treats for our puppy when she sees him. I have lived in a few different complexes over the years but Olympus takes the cake. I have recommended it to anyone looking for a place and have had some of those folks move in and they love it like we do. I mentioned not having to do yard work as one of the perks of living in apartment homes and Olympus’ property is well taken care of. The grass is always cut on the regular as well as flowers planted, bushes trimmed, and fresh pine straw put out. We love living here and don’t see ourselves going anywhere else.

    I moved to Cape House in October of 2022 having never been to Jacksonville in my life and from over 300 miles away. I was so afraid of choosing a good location and I’m still beyond grateful at my absolute outstanding luck in finding this beautiful community!!Maddy was my saving grace during the entire process from my initial call to inquire about an available unit, through my move in and even now. Her beautiful spirit shines like a Diamond and she was always 100% on top of each and every of my millions of questions!!! She even ensured that my washer/dryer was installed just one day after I moved in!!! In addition she went above and beyond to ensure that she found me the perfect unit to provide me with not only a beautiful view but also a quiet and calm environment as I’m a remote worker with a fast paced stressful career.Not only is the property as a whole absolutely stunning, but the valet trash is AMAZING!!! I have never lived anywhere this was an amenity and it’s absolutely brilliant!! I was also absolutely thrilled with the “speak to a resident feature” as well as the option to be able to measure and view the units virtually!!!     I am at the Anatole on briarwood in Midland and absolutely love it. My husband and I moved in this past summer and every time we encounter the ladies from the office(Ashley, Desiree, and Callie), they are so kind and generous. They really take the time to help us with what we need or just be friendly and chat. They also throw amazing events in the clubhouse and even though not many residents come, they still go above and beyond and are thrilled that we are there. When we moved here it was a really tough choice between Olympus and another property, and the deciding factor in our decision was the next-level friendly service from Dominique and Carla in the office.     When I finished nursing school, I wanted to finally get a place of my own. I was nervous because I’ve never lived by myself before and I wasn’t sure if I’d feel safe alone. However, me and my puppy found Olympus Encantada (Santa Monica location) and immediately fell in love. It has a wonderful dog park my puppy loves visiting daily and making new friends.     We love it here at Olympus @ the District in South Jordan, Utah. We love living here. Management is nice and friendly and understanding. Cindy is the best. Maintance is top notch always on the go and when I put in a request maybe 2 hours go by and they are here fixing it. If I put the request in late in the day they are here the next day. Both Nate and Jake are also super friendly those are the maintance guys. I recommend this place to my family and friends all the time. The club house, gym, pool, and hot tub are very nice, theres even a section for little kids with a splash pad and 2 play grounds. People actually pick up after their dogs. Its animal friendly. The neighbors are nice and friendly. The location is GREAT! Like I said we just love here, I could go on and on.     Living at an Olympus Property has been a great experience for me. The Sundance Creek Apartments have so many great amenities and the staff is constantly so friendly and accommodating. The office staff is always patient and very helpful, and when I have a maintenance issue it is always fixed in a timely manner. Everyone who works at Sundance Creek is always in a good mood and seems to be genuinely nice. The amenities in the apartment, including the gym and pool, are very nice and always kept clean. I feel like the apartment complex continually works to make things better for its residents as well, by repainting the exterior of the apartment to keep it looking nice and also remodeling the gym. They also have events that occur around once a week where they host parties or offer free food to their residents. They seem to go all out for these events and they are always fun to participate in. I would highly recommend living at an Olympus Property to anyone.

    I moved to Olympus Harbour Island from Westchase to get my daughter into the best public school district in Tampa and eliminate my 2 hour daily commute to work. Our favorite amenity is the resort size pool, outdoor bar, grilling and dining area. It’s a fantastic space for entertaining friends! I was able to cancel my gym membership upon moving in as the property offers a large, modern fitness center. The Harbour Island neighborhood has a lot to offer and you can walk to Lightning games at Amalie Arena, Water Street, Sparkman’s Wharf, and access the river walk. Neighbors and Olympus staff are very friendly.

    I have lived at Granite for almost a year now and have been so pleased with the community, the management, and the various accommodations on site. I have always prioritized safety when choosing a place to live and have never felt unsafe when in my apartment or out and about with my dog. My husband and I have enjoyed the pool/hot tub, the grass areas where our dog can run, and the events held in the club house. We have had fun attending the various parties held in the club house and even got to enjoy a pre thanksgiving meal! Granite has made us feel so at home!

    Olympus Town Center is awesome. The office staff were amazing in helping me evaluate the various apartment units that were available at the time I was looking. Additionally, they made the lease review and signing process easy and straight-forward. After move-in, the great service continued. Their maintenance request process is easy to submit online, and the maintenance staff is highly competent and attentive. Lastly, the charges for the unit are clearly explained and understood, so no surprises.

    I reside in The Hawthorne Apartments and have been here now over a year! My family and I love it. The community is quiet and stays clean and pristine. I love how my apartment holds small community functions to get to know your neighbor. They are bringing back food truck Thursdays and I couldnt be happier.The staff also does a really good job at keeping you in the know of whats happening in our local area and making sure youre taken care of.     Let me start by saying Cape House apartments (owned by Olympus Property located at 4460 Hodges Blvd. Jacksonville, FL) has been such a wonderful experience for us! We have lived there for nearly a year now and are so pleased with the property and staff so far. It is a huge upgrade compared to the apartments we lived in before. Its a quite, safe, and fun community. I was shocked when we moved in that I wasnt able to hear EVERY LITTLE THING our neighbors were doing. I feel confident enough to let our 6 year old walk to the car or run upstairs to our apt. without being paranoid about her safety. The pools and grilling areas are great. We have made many fun memories by going to the pool and letting our daughter swim while we grill out and then jumping in the pool to cool off after the food is done! The maintenance crew is very friendly and quick in their responses. Any issues we had have been met with a rapid resolve! Overall, we would highly recommend Cape House Apartments as a fun, safe, and quite place to live. It has been nothing but a pleasant experience for us so far!

    We have three apartments at 5200 Briarwood Ave. Midland, TX. Everyone at Anatole / Olympus property is very helpful and do an excellent job of maintaining the property. The gym and hospitality room are really nice. Any time there is a maintenance issue the staff roll out and make immediate repairs.But most of all, the entire staff are always warm, kind and incredibly helpful. They go over the top and go the extra mile. Thanks Team!!

    A new home offers the chance for new beginnings and a brighter future.My mother and I moved into the Olympus Property - Sonoma Palms apartments during the beginning of COVID in 2020, just after losing my father. Despite the lockdown and social distancing, the apartments made the move easy and hassle-free, and we were able to start a new chapter of our lives in a lovely and modern new space. In the 2+ years of living here, the staff has consistently been friendly and helpful, and there has not been an issue that has gone unresolved. The customer service is unlike anywhere else, and there are so many events and activities that the apartments plan for the residents to look forward to. Whether it is food being given out during the holidays or games being held for the residents, Olympus Property manages to keep the living environment exciting and fosters a community amongst its residents. To be honest, we weren’t quite sure how to spend our first holidays with just the two of us, but when we were invited to celebrate them through events at the apartments, we felt some sort of normalcy again and were so grateful to feel like we were being cared for and thought of.In addition, the amenities, like the pool and gym, are always clean and updated. When there were issues with the gates opening, the apartments switched to the new gate system app, making it super easy to access and use. Additionally, there are constant checks and inspections done to ensure the health and safety of all. The maintenance workers are friendly, respectful, and go out of their way to answer even the simplest questions we might have regarding our home.We love that there are walking areas close by, and the location makes commuting to work all the more efficient. The experience of living here has made our apartment feel like a real home for us, and we feel lucky to have chosen and to continue to choose Olympus Property - Sonoma Palms.

We joke that we messed up because we picked such great apartments for our first time living together & itll be hard to move up from here.     This place has really made my life a lot more manageable and simple. Everything from trash pick up nightly, on time maintenance request, mail pick up, cleaned and maintained landscape. I enjoy my time here. The leasing office has been wonderful. From the time I came for a tour to their monthly resident events. They have been great. It is a wonderful place for kids? The gyms, pools, hot tubs, grills, large grassy areas, common room and the movie theater (yes! They really have one) the one person that continues to stick out is Adrian in the leasing office. He was the first person to give me a tour, handle my application, an all day to day events. The best thing, he knows my name and face. Whenever I walk I. There he greats me by my name. The small items like that mean a lot. If you are looking for a great place to live and a staff that will take care of you, definitely check out Olympus Encantada.

    The Preserve has been a great choice of places to live in Casper, WY! I couldnt be happier about the location. Our apartment is comfortable, and everytime I go to the office management takes care of us. I heard some negative things when I first moved in, but most rumors seem unfounded. I am guessing much of the complaints that reached me had to do with old management. The good news for anyone thinking of moving here is that things switched up this year right before we arrived in July, and everything feels like its in good hands now.Shout out to Amber and Shanice for their excellent hosting and coordinating efforts. I feel heard when I need help or have questions, and I love the community building events they offer. I feel at ease in our complex. Definitely consider this location if you are looking to move to Casper.

    Robert and Jacquelyn are THE BEST! They make living at Olympus Highlands North so easy and enjoyable. They are both so quick to respond and are so kind. Even my puppy loves living here!     Ive been at Olympus for close to a year now. I chose this apartment because of the great location. Valerie made our move-in process effortless. She was with us every step of the way and followed up with us on move-in day to make sure we were okay.We were the first tenants in our apartment. It was brand new. As the months passed, we watched the apartment fill up and along with that, Olympus was able to host bigger events to bring the community together.Maintenance has always been top-notch and quick to responding to any problems weve had. My only complaint would be the lack of parking. However, we do get free garage parking and reserved spots if we pay a fee. When I say lack of parking, I mean having to drive up to the top. Rest assured, youll be able to get a spot, it may just be on a different floor than your apartment.All in all, I love the aesthetics of the apartments and Im most excited about the new gym class offerings.

    Sedona Ranch is an amazing Olympus Property. I have enjoyed raising my now almost two year old son here. We have had lots of great times in this apartment and we just brought home our second child home who I am very excited to see every milestone of her first few years of life at this place.     I live at Olympus Northpoint apartments in Albuquerque, NM. I started my lease at an interesting time, on the exact date the complex switched to Olympus properties. Not sure what it was like before then but Ive had constant positive experiences! Management-wise, everyone has been attentive, quick, and helpful to all my moving woes. When it came to fixing my thermostat (prompt help!), switching out my remotes, and emailing public notices (the best form of communication for me since I usually get home late!)What I appreciate the most are the personal touches that Lexi and the management team offer to the community. I love the happy hour and snack festivities they provide to just make living here fun. They are always attentive, friendly, and ready to offer a helping hand!Onto the amenities, the reason why I chose northpoint was for the on-site athletic room, otherwise I would have no motivation for the gym... I feel safe and secure here, especially with the gated parking. Yes the area is a bit secluded (nothing nearby but you get front row parking for the balloon fiesta!) and honestly that just contributes more to my secure feelings, no one else should have any business wandering around here! I also love how modern and recently built the complexes are, with nest thermostats and new appliances. Overall I am having a great time making my new place a home I want to come back to.

    I’d like to take time to share my experience at Lux On Main in Downtown Carrollton! I’ve been a resident for about 1 and a half years so far and I’m for sure going to be here many more. From the staff, amenities and the lovely neighbor, lux on main has been an amazing and peaceful time for me and my puppy. This is my first apartment as a young lady and I have not experienced any trouble from the time k stepped foot in here a couple of years ago. I remember when I toured the building before moving in, they had a very detailed walk through and answered all my questions. Prior to moving in Brittany and Sam made sure everything set up and ready to go. Very speedy maintenance team throughout my time here as well! Everything stays fresh and organized and you can tell they care for their residents needs and safety. I would definitely recommend any Olympus property to anyone looking for a safe, friendly and cozy place to call home! #MyOlympusStory ☺️

    We live at olympus North Point in Albuquerque New Mexico. We had to move to our community site unseen from Carlsbad New Mexico and along the way the staff was so wonderful to help us with tour videos, pictures, and anything else that we needed to make our transition a smooth one. I really love all of the amenities at this property & we have actually been able to take advantage of a lot of the wonderful things that this property has to offer. My favorite of all of these has to be our wonderful gym. The equipment is wonderful its up-to-date; state-of-the-art, and its really a great place so we dont have to pay a separate gym fee to have a great workout. I have to also say all of the things they do for us on a weekly basis and the little gifts and snacks that they provide are really refreshing because most communities dont care this much. Thank you Olympus for everything we really love our apartment townhome!

    There isn’t a single downside to living in this beautiful community! (Ocio plaza del Rio apartments) The upgraded style and layout of these apartments and town homes are beautifully styled! The big kitchen sinks, large windows, wood floors and large bathtubs are what really sold me! There are 2 (very nice) heated pools and a cute little dog park perfect for every pup! The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away! All the people I’ve met living here are also very nice. The ladies in the front office are very helpful all the time and the maintenance staff really cares! Any issues I’ve had (2) have been resolved same day and we’re handled properly! I couldn’t imagine a better community to live in! I absolutely love it here!

    My husband and I absolutely love the Olympus Encantanta! We relocated from across the country for work and the amenities at Olympus are phenomenal. We enjoy the clubhouse, gym and hot tub. We have only been residents for about a month and the staff have been so helpful with sharing great places to see and things to do in our new city. Living in a gated community is a plus and the grounds are just beautiful. Our dog enjoys the pet park located on the grounds, and our neighbors have been so friendly and welcoming. Being a veteran military family who moved often during the course of my husbands career, I can honestly say that Olympus is the best community we have ever resided. Dont think twice about choosing an Olympus community. Ask for Nina Garcia, Alexis and Lindsay if you are relocating to New Mexico. They will take great care of you and your family!

    I stay at the Davis and I can say it has been a wonderful experience. I recently renewed my lease because the staffs are very responsive and customer service is on point. The Davis is the first apartment that truly treats every request as urgent. During the summer I came home from work about 8:00PM and noticed my AC was not cooling. I called and a technician was in my apartment within 5-10 minutes to get it to work. That was a wow moment for me. I love the Gym and all the fun activity they plan for us residents. I recommend it to anyone:)

    Okay let’s be honest! Finding an apartment is hard work and takes so much time and effort. I was stressed, ..stressed! I was told our townhome we were set to lease was on hold not 1 month but 2 months due to construction building material shortages. I let them know we wouldn’t be moving forward with the townhome and was back to square one. Our lease was ending, I also was pregnant set to give birth in TWO WEEKS so time was of the essence. I had went to a few other properties before coming to the Montgomery, none of them compared. These were new, great interior, and perfect location. The Olympus leasing staff were so warm and welcoming! They answered all my questions and were understanding of my urgency. My husband and I moved in a week after I gave birth. The staff even checked on me and my baby. My “Olympus Story” is unique and I love where I live!

    My family & I moved from Beaumont, TX to this community (The Woodlands, TX) around the same weekend that Hurricane Harvey hit the Houston area. We have lived here approximately two years now and we love it! Even through out the difficult hardships many of us endured from this difficult time (Hurricane Harvey), management helped us tremendously and had a smooth transition. They always try and accommodate every resident and have various events through out the year that will entertain the entire family! Not to mention, their amenities are awesome! They have a 24 hour fitness gym, pet parks, games, and a pool!We have never had any issues with any neighbors and everyone always respects each others parking spot. But in the event that there are any issues, management is there on the spot to help you fix the issue.Maintenance always comes and completes any issues in a timely manner, which is crucial especially when you have little ones.We love our home and would strongly encourage anyone to give Olympus Property an opportunity to help you find your new home sweet home.

When I decided to move to this city and researched the various properties, I was excited to see this apartment and fell in love with the layout of the one bedroom with the sun-nook! I was hooked, got approved, and have never thought about leaving!!Is there an amenity you can’t imagine life without? There are many enjoyable amenities so to name a few—the club house as there are many events held for everyone to gather, many years ago, we were able to host personal parties or celebrations. The good old days!Another one is my sun-nook setup as it makes the apartment more spacious. Due to Covid and hybrid work, it is now my home office with the natural lighting—love It!Is there an Olympus employee who’s made your day? I am always bragging about our maintenance team to others and since Anthony has been on the staff for many years—he is my favorite! He has such an outstanding personality and always gives top-notch maintenance service & support.     As a resident of my apartment complex, Olympus Property at Grand Crossing, for three years, I have seen many turnovers of management, and Id like to express my happiness with the management that Olympus Property has provided! Although Olympus Property is relatively new to our complex, the staff is courteous, efficient, and helpful! They uphold policies that protect the residents and have the safety and security of the residents as their most important concern. Prior to Olympus Property managing the complex, I was planning to leave my apartment; however, with their management, I actually re-signed my lease and have not regretted it! Within their first months, Olympus renovated the exterior of the complex, improved security measures around the property, and created a variety of clubhouse activities to get residents involved in the community! Although I’ve only been living here for 6 months now, this is by far the best apartment complex I’ve ever experienced.The staff really does care about everyone’s safety, concerns, and well-being. From our friendly courtesy officer, who is always around to check up on us, to our amazing leasing professionals who work hard to make this a fun and pleasant place to stay, I must say, I have been very impressed. I truly thought my decision to reside here was a mistake due to the lack of miscommunication/lack of action needed.A month later Olympus took over as the property management team. They were able to resolve an issue within a day that the prior management company couldn’t resolve in a month. Adrian in the office went above and beyond my expectations. Great customer service, friendly, and is very prompt!Olympus has made their presence known with welcoming everyone in the complex with treats, food, and cocktails… the way to our hearts! This is the way you make an impression and give back to all the tenants when we weren’t expecting it. This kind gesture was another reason why I live residing here now.They keep the complex spotless, and common areas are well maintenanced.Olympus keeps up with the trends, and has implemented trash service.. one of this things I love!I truly appreciate your hard work, and communication.     I recently moved from out of state to Olympus Encantada (Albuquerque), and couldnt be happier with my new home! When it came time to look for apartments I had a hearty checklist, and Olympus surpassed everything I was looking for! It is a friendly, gated community featuring two pools, two gyms, two media rooms, and more! Each unit has its own washer/dryer, and my personal unit has gas stoves, a large garden bathtub, and light grey interior, which I absolutely love! The units themselves are spacious, up-to-date, and ready to be personalized into your new home.Something that stood out to me with this specific apartment complex was the beautiful landscaping and green grass throughout the property, something that is hard to find in such an arid city. It made the property feel more like home, and is wonderful for any dog-owners looking to lease in the area!In addition to the great amenities, my specific complex is home to a courtesy officer and state policeman who are either on site, or accessible by phone 24/7, allowing all Olympus residents to feel safe in their new community.Although I have not lived here long, the two times I have placed maintenance requests, Victor has been extremely prompt and professional in fixing the problem at hand. I also use the included pest control and valet trash service regularly, and am grateful for what these services provide to Olympus residents.The front office staff is very courteous, and frequently hosts resident events to get to know their team, as well as some of your neighbors! This was important to me in building relationships with those around me throughout the complex in order to feel safe and at home.Overall, I am exceptionally pleased with my time at Olympus Encantada thus far. I cannot wait to continue on this journey in my new city - wherever it takes me I know that I will always have a wonderful place to call my home!

    I really take my safety seriously, and Olympus Carrington is a very safe place. The staffs are responsive and quick with my requests. The apartment itself is well kept and clean. I’ve had a lot of people complimenting such a nice place I’m living in. I think the trash valet and package room can be improved, but the management definitely take our concerns seriously and try to improve our living experience.

    We have been living at Olympus Corsair for 4 months now, and I have to say its been wonderful living here. First off, the staff are all awesome. They are attentive and super friendly. I enjoy stopping by at the office because they have such great energy and attitudes. The maintenance team is amazing too. They are fast, professional and courteous. Shout out to Mike, thanks for all your help! Aside from the extraordinary apartment features and complex amentities, I have found that the people Ive met in the complex are friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. I am a stay at home mom, so its great to have somebody kindly open the door for me when Im walking with the stroller or when I have groceries. We also had a nice gentlemen help when we were moving in. This place has been one of the nicest we have lived in San Diego.

    I came returned Dallas to live at the Davis in 2018, a year after the death of my youngest son. Without going into a lot of detail, my son was killed by a stray bullet at a college party Since then, my life and world has been turned upside down. I left Texas in search of healing by finding a new atmosphere in which I was not successful.As I continue to heal, i discovered that one thing that I need is to have the right atmosphere. (It really makes a difference)From the moment I walked into The Davis office, i felt a calmness and a peace from the staff.The unit that I live in was an excellent choice. Maintenance at the Davis is just as awesome. The community events help me to get back into being social as before I had become afraid to be around a crowd of people because I would think of the incident with my son.This property gives me the feeling that I am on a resort type vacation.All in all, I would like to say that the staff has been consistent in how they operate and without knowing that the customer service they provide has made a difference in my life without them even knowing.Little things matter.Of all f the apartments I have leased in the past 9 years in Texas, the Davis is at the top of my list!Its very well kept and maintained.     In March 2021, I made the most scariest yet courageous journey from Indiana to Texas. At the time I trusted my friend who is also a local realtor to assist in finding my apartment. Olympus allowed her to take pictures and send for my stamp of approval. Yet the wow factor arrived upon my journey. While driving across country for 14 hours, they checked on me and my family twice. The office closed at 6pm, and they stayed for an extra 30 mins until I arrived safely to get my keys. Recommended a local insurance agent to establish my renters insurance. Not to mention the ENTIRE staff including maintenance was there to greet me and my family with open arms. I was in tears from the warm welcome. In that moment I knew I had arrived to my home.

    These apartments are great! Awesome floor plans with smart home features and the amenities are icing on the cake. The pool is amazing, good size gym and game room.     Olympus Fenwick apartments has been a great place to live! The apartments are beautiful and the community is peaceful and easy to navigate. The apartments have great windows that allow for lots of natural light and the timing of completing maintenance requests is remarkable. One night, the door knob to our bedroom got stuck and we couldn’t get in after and long day of work. I put in a request and a wonderful maintenance man showed up right away and replaced the door knob for us. I have lived in other places where the maintenance took forever to complete. You can also tell that this is great community because packages are left on door steps everyday and I have never had an issue with a missing package, people are very considerate in this complex. There is also a package room that is very reliable as well. The people in the office are friendly and helpful, and the area is a great spot with Starbucks, Kroger and delicious restaurants across the street and a quick 10 minute drive to Publix and Costco in Pooler. The price is right compared to others in the area and I definitely think it’s worth it for the value. I would definitely recommend this complex!

    I have lived at Olympus Hillwood for about 6 months and so far so good. From my first visit to applying and move in everyone has been extremely kind and helpful. Holly in the office has been amazing! Shes been very helpful and is always available. As a newly divorced single mom, I was starting over and embarking on a new chapter in my life and the ladies in the office made it a smooth transition from start to finish. Even after moving in, they continue to be helpful making sure everything was going good. I received follow up calls and emails to make sure I was adjusting well and that everything was working properly in my apartment. The community is quiet, I cant hear my neighbors!! Anyone who has lived in apartments knows how paper thin the walls can be. The community is always having gathering , it gives you a real sense of community. We love the movie night, the ladies from the office were at the front gate with donuts for breakfast, and several other events. The pool and gym are very convenient and always clean. I think I truly made the right decision in choosing Olympus Hillwood.

    I moved to the Olympus apartments in Albuquerque all the way from Memphis, TN without knowing anyone or having family out here. It has been a great experience to be introduced to such a welcoming community. The staff is very helpful and generously spend time explaining any questions. I have also lucked out with finding a place where my puppy can meet other dogs here at the apartments and a close by dog park. Overall, this has been a great choice for me.

    I had the opportunity to live at Cape House Olympus Property for four years and my experience was very pleasant. Cape House is quiet, clean, comfortable and safe. They have nice amenities, I love their 24 hour fitness center, clubhouse, swimming pools, tennis, basketball court and gated community. They also have several Police Officers that reside here and 24 hour surveillance security system. They have valet trash service which is convenient. Their staff is friendly I really enjoyed Aaron, Dominique and Walter they always greeted you with a warm friendly smile. If we had any issues or concerns they would respond in a timely professional manner. There werent many disadvantages other than the front entrance floods after heavy rain. I would love to continue to reside here, but its getting more expensive. Overall, Cape House Olympus Property is an AWESOME place to live, its centrally located, clean, quiet, safe and family friendly. I would recommend Cape House Olympus Property to my friends and family.

    My husband and I have called Olympus at Ross home for a little more than two years. It was the first community we toured when we decided to move in together. We visited multiple complexes, but nothing compared to the amenities and location of Olympus at Ross. The apartments are well designed and there are options for flooring and paint colors. The pool, gym, court yards, and Mingle Room are beautifully designed and great for relaxation or hosting groups. Being so close to Uptown, Downtown, and easy access to the highways is wonderful for our commutes. The management office hosts fun events every month so you can get to know your neighbors. The maintenance team is also very quick to respond and resolve issues.The community is very pet friendly, but I wish our neighbors were more thoughtful and cleaned up after their pets all the time. The management team does however, do a great job enforcing rules and attending to residents needs.

    I toured countless properties when I moved from TN to AZ, and I got so tired of looking for the exact thing I wanted that I did the unthinkable….I leased my apartment at Town Commons by Olympus Property site unseen! I strictly based it off of pictures. Luck must have been on my side because this is BY FAR the nicest property I’ve ever lived at. The cleanliness is unmatched, management is superior to any other, amenities are incomparable, and the feeling of coming home and feeling relaxed and actually feeling at home is unbeatable. I can’t speak highly enough of how GREAT my time has been here.     I have been a resident at Olympus Property’s Town Commons in Gilbert for a little over a year now and have had the best time! From the beginning Laura Tinsley has been an excellent community resource. She and her team are always coming up with new ways to bring the complex together. In October there was a pumpkin carving contest and that was such a fun experience getting to see how creative my neighbors are! This is the first complex where I feel I am truly getting my money’s worth. And it’s because our leasing office staff is always working to find ways to show their appreciation of us. My favorite thing about our particular apartment is that we have 8 very large windows in the living room and kitchen which make my home the perfect home for lots of plants! Recently I showed a picture of a thanksgiving feast spread over our island and the most common comment was “wow that’s a huge island!!” I have a lot to thank Olympus Property for.     A few months ago, we moved to Olympus Lake Carolyn and are so thankful they have such an amazing management/maintenance team on staff. Our unit was being completely remodeled prior to our move in date, and the construction team was not quite finished when our moving trucks arrived. The Olympus management team jumped into action and made things comfortable for us (put us up in hotel, provided meals and tons of support) until the following day when all construction was complete.Olympus management and maintenance team focused on our happiness and made sure once we were all moved in that everything was PERFECT!! We cant say THANK YOU enough to all involved!!On a separate note: A couple of months later, a garage issue occurred, and I have not seen a team jump into action so quickly and get things resolved. They worked late into the night a couple of days all the while helping all tenants find alternate parking and kept us up to date on the resolution of the issue. Ensuring our safety was their top priority!! Again, we cant say THANK YOU enough to all involved!!I hope they are ok with us hanging around for awhile .... we do not plan on moving anytime in the near future!!Wishing you all a Happy Holiday and Happy New Year!!

    I think we can all agree that with the economy lately.. paying for housing has been pretty expensive. When we were looking for someone decently priced but still within a nice and well kept community/living spaces it seemed almost impossible. Everything was over priced for what was being offered. I stumbled across Town Commons when visiting the coffee shop in the complex. I thought how it’d probably be too good to be true but I am so glad I was wrong. Not only did they beat their competitors prices and in a way that we knew we could afford it and continue saving for a house but the overall apartment/complex is just unmatched.The biggest stand out to me was the staff. When we were first applying there was an issue showing from a previous apartment when I was younger. I was completely confused because what was being stated wasn’t correct. The manager took the time out of her day to sit down with me and make calls/send emails to get it all situated so we could finish our app and get everything secured! I was so impressed and so thrilled!All the maintenance staff is so so kind and friendly.     I live in the Odyssey Lake Apartments located in Brunswick, Georgia. I have lived here for over a year and it has been the best apartment I have ever lived in! The maintenance workers answer requests so quickly. Deanne Cohrs puts on some great parties for the residents to get to know each other. The pool is gorgeous and always clean. I love taking advantage of the free workout classes! I would definitely recommend living in one of the Olympus Properties.

    Cielo in Madison Park, Charlotte, NC was the best property Ive lived at and Ive lived in a few states on this coast. The staff is friendly, the facilities are always clean and the maintenance people take care of everything super fast. The apartments are spacious, and modern. I love the complimentary coffee and snacks. The office staff probably saw me every week, always kind :) they have resident gatherings and events often. I totally recommend them if youre interested in living in the south park area. Cielo is right across the street from a grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop and more (I love ☕...) And luxury shops less than a mile away. We really enjoyed our time at Cielo ♥️

    Ive lived here for about 5 months now and have had such an amazing experience so far! By far the nicest apartment complex I have lived in. Great location right by downtown, easy access to the highways, and the amenities are awesome.     I have been living at Olympus in Daybreak for 4 months and I have absolutely loved it! Everyone in the office made the application process so simple and smooth, I got into my apartment 2 days after submitting an application. I had an issue with the water heater at first and let them know about it.. Everyone was willing to help and get it fixed as soon as possible.The community is great and very safe. The grounds are very well kept and the trash valet is amazing. I actually referred my brother and sister in law here, now we are neighbors!Super thankful for the amount of parking because usually the Daybreak community has little to none.     I moved from California to Texas 5 years a go, and just I inquired lot of communities and places in Keller, Southlake, and nearby. When I visit the Olympus waterford apartments, it was great welcome from office staff. The moment I saw the premises and property I really fell love with this apartment. Especially the way office treated us and very clean environment etc. The one thing I really like here is I saw some waste outside and I discussed with the property manager, is this going to be happen every day here ? and just walked few feet and looked back that wastage was not there. I surprised and asked manager she throw ed into dust bin, and I wondered how she took the immediate responsibility.     Olympus Woodbridge Apartments is unlike any other apartment I have ever lived at before. The staff makes us feel like family. We have lived here one year and just renewed our lease to stay another year so far. When moving in Niji who is one of the front desk ladies helped do the walk through and get us started. She was very patient with us while we decided which apartment space would work best for us. We were able to move in without a hick up. The apartment itself has felt like a home. The kitchen is my favorite space. With the plenty of storage kitchen space and the nice granted counter tops. Even though we have only a two bedroom, we love having people over because it feels so homey and spacious. When moving in at the time we had a ten month old, And now we have a one and a half year old and a new born. Me and my kiddos are always roaming around outside to stretch our legs, and we are always greeted by any employee we pass by. They always have smiles for the kids and ask how I’m doing. And it always seems so genuine. My favorite Manager is Mrs. Mandy. She is so sweet from head to toe, and always wants to make sure her tenants are cared for. The few times we had to bring an issue of concern to her, she is quick to act and reconcile what is needed. When we had our newborn, niji and daphne personally came to our door to bring us a card signed by all the staff, a sweet gift for both my kids and a gift card to target. How sweet is that?? These kinds of acts you never see at any apartment complex. Olympus Woodbridge is one of a kind.The events they throw for the residents throughout the year are so fun and family oriented. They go above and beyond every time and it’s always so surprising that an apartment complex would have such good parties. My husband and kids have really loved our stay so far, and are so glad we have picked to live here until we are able to buy a home of our own. This a great community and safe place to live. Highly recommend.

    I have lived at Olympus Hillwood a little over a year now and I love it here. The office staff is always so welcoming and are always having special events and socials for residents to interact. My children love going to the playground here at the complex which is always very well kept. The maintenance staff answers all concerns very quickly , and the property itself is very well kept and safe. I have never had any problems with parking close to my bldg which was a huge concern for me moving to an apt.

    Olympus Midtown has been our home since March and we have enjoyed every day here! From the warm and gracious staff who go out of their way to make us happy to the cozy courtyard with pet friendly amenities, it has it all! Emily and Elise have been checking on us from day one, always asking how we are doing or if we need anything. They stay late at least once a month to host a free catered event for all the residents. The maintenance staff is so attentive and polite, always going above and beyond. The building is always clean and smelling good with thoughtful hallway air fresheners! The trash service is wonderful and has officially spoiled us! The location is great and we are always walking to get food or enjoy a night out. My husband, dog, and I love the place and will surely be here for all of our remaining time in Nashville. Thank you Olympus!!!

    I have been living at Olympus Midtown in Nashville for a few months and have had nothing but a pleasant experience!     I am currently living at Cadia Crossings in Gilbert, AZ and it is my first year living here. I have nothing but great things to say about the apartment complex and employees!! Cadia crossings has outstanding amenities that remain clean and are easily accessible every day of the week! I love how big the pool area is which has cabanas, comfy couches, grills and corn hole! The gym has plenty of machines and it never gets super packed when Im there which is great. An employee that has made me love this apartment complex so much is Steven he is THE BEST!! He really cares a lot about his residents and has always gone above and beyond to help me and my roommates out with anything we needed. Cadia crossings also has events throughout the year that my roommates and I enjoy going to that take place in the clubhouse or pool area with food and music and the employees and residents are all so kind and make you feel like one big family! My roommates and I are also students currently and the clubhouse is one of our favorite spots to study and do homework because its quiet and they have a great work space.I have lived at a few different apartment complexes in the past and Cadia Crossings has by far been my absolute favorite and I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a new home!!

    I live at Olympus Corsair in San Diego, CA. The property is gorgeous, and the amenities are incredible (A 24/7 business center, An XL hot tub, and a beautiful gym!) The countertops are great quality, and the kitchen appliances are amazing (loving the gas stove!). The property was recently bought and changed ownership, and the new owners seem to care a great deal about the property, along with the residents. The property is rather new, and the manager seems to also really care about her residents. I look forward to experiencing more time with Olympus.     I love living at The Preserves at Greenway Park in Casper, WY.! We recently moved in, but instantly fell in love with the layout. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath is perfect for my family. We have enough room to be a family, and just enough room to still get away from each other. Our private patio is just that, private.They offer an online portal for service requests, rent payments, and community notifications, and the staff, especially Amber the business manager, are great people.Now that I live here, I cant imagine my life anywhere else for the time being. Plus the amenities that are offered is just the icing of the cake. Our fireplace in the unit is immaculate, works great, and I couldnt imagine my life without it now, the fitness center is amazing, the business center has what it needs, and the 2 pools will be open in the summer, which I cant wait for either!Im glad we made the switch and moved in.     My Olympus story began in October of 2016 when I was in the process of looking for a home for me and my husband. My husband was deployed and planning to return home in December 2016 and Olympus was the only apartment complex that I kept coming back to. I was able to quickly get moved in and settled before my husband returned from his deployment. One of the easiest and smoothest move in processes Ive had! Although the front office staff is now different at my location, they have all been fantastic to work with and go above and beyond for their residents.The thing I love most about Olympus is that it feels like a community. Our weekly wine nights and monthly community celebrations give us an opportunity to kick our feet up and enjoy being around friends. This community has supported me when my husband has been gone on deployments and have opened their homes and hearts to me and I am forever thankful. This will be our third year living at Olympus and although I look forward to buying my own home, I feel so much at home here and I know that I am surrounded by neighbors and friends who love me and my family well!

    I have been living at my Olympus apartment (The Ranch at Shadow Lake Apartments) for approximately one year now. As a first time renter, I did a lot of research before making my decision to rent with Olympus. Initially, I heard many scary apartment stories, but I must say that I have had zero negative encounters; instead, I have nothing but praises to sing about Olympus. The community Is always lovely and clean. Every time I leave my doors, I never see trash lying around the community, and the grass is always green and cut. I am genuinely proud to be a part of such a neat environment, and I am pleased when I have visitors because they always give me compliments about my community.Secondly, I love the floor plans of my apartment. After my first tour, I was impressed; however, after moving in and decorating my apartment, I know I made the best choice to stick with Olympus. The walls are soundproof and well insulated. My partner and I are so impressed because every winter our electric bills experience a more than 50% decrease. Thirdly, the maintenance crew is just darling. They are always prompt and polite. Every time I put in a work order, they show up to fix the problem no more than three days. Sometimes I forget about the order I put in, and when I notice, I see that the issue was fixed ages ago.Last but not least, the Leasing office crew is the most helpful set of individuals I have ever met. After deciding to lease with Olympus, I scheduled up to 3 tours just so that I could order the perfect thing for my apartment. The leasing office gave me a tour with such glee and kindness. They made my move very swift and easy. I had an issue with a package that was marked as delivered two days to my move-in, and they signed it for me and gave me a call, not to freight. When a package is delivered, they send you an email the same day, and when you Come to pick it up, they are very fast about it. Honestly, I love my community so much, and quite frankly, I will renew my lease with Olympus until I am ready to become a Homeowner.

    I just moved to Utah in October and was looking for a place for weeks prior to moving. I even flew out here to look at places in person and did not find anything I liked. Just before I flew back, I found Olympus at the District and emailed to inquire about availability. Leasing consultant, Viola Iongi got back to me quickly and provided one of the most detailed breakdown of fees I have ever seen. She also asked what 3 things I was looking for in a property which I really appreciated because it made me feel like she wanted to make sure Olympus at the district was the right fit for both of us. She was kind enough to FaceTime the same day to show me what the property and interior of the unit looked like. Because of her help and genuineness and because I liked what I saw, I applied and it was one of the smoothest application processes I have ever gone through. Not only was the application process smooth, but the move-in process went just as smoothly. Any interaction I have had with the office has been great, and the maintenance crew, especially Jake who is very friendly and helpful, does a wonderful job at keeping the property clean and enjoyable. The other thing I love is that the property is dog friendly and accommodating for my 2 fur babies, Cassius and Layla.     I definitely recommend living at Carrington Oaks. The units are luxurious and the amenities are amazing! Ive lived in a house for years up until last year when I sold it and moved to Buda, TX. Then my husband died 8 months later. 😔 We were living in a RV temporarily but I ended up living in it for a year. I wasnt sure I wanted to live in an apartment again. I was concerned about feeling safe enough in a community setting. Well let me tell you that I am SO glad I moved in! The ladies in the office are great, maintenance gets stuff done in a timely manner, its super pet friendly, my neighbors are friendly and everyone is super nice. I highly recommend checking out Carrington Oaks if you are looking for a nice, quiet new place to live. ☺️

    I love living at Olympus Stone Glen in Keller. It is a beautiful property, Isabel and Justin in the office are amazing they go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Isabel is a wonderful office manager. The gym is a great bonus and allows you to have a full body work out without paying expensive gym fees. I love the fact that the pool is open year round to allow us access to the hot tub, so relaxing. I must say this is one nice property to live at, no rowdy, disrespectful neighbors and great staff who keep the property up. I have no plans on moving anytime soon.

    The Davis apartments are an amazing place to live and thrive. I have called the Davis home for about 5Years now. The story behind finding this apartment at its convenient location and the staff wow. Jamie who is now the assistant manager. At the Davis. Has gone completely out of her way to help me.     This past August I had nowhere to live with my daughter. My ex had kicked me and my daughter out of our house and we had nowhere to go. When I came in to the office of Olympus Town Center in Keller I was really desperate to find a place to live. My daughter was starting her senior year in high school and I just had started a new job. Jennifer Bond is the assistant manager she didnt hesitate to help me! She was more than understanding of my situation. She went above and beyond what she had to do as an officer manager and our leasing agent. She showed me I believe 2 different units, answered all my questions, and got me and my daughter in to our new apartment. Ever since Jennifer has done more for me and my daughter than anyone else has during that time. We are still working on getting the things we need for our new place but I absolutely love my new apartment! I have met different people in the community that have made this transition smooth and the neighbors have been more than welcoming. I intend on living here as long as possible! The maintenance men (sorry I cant remember their names), fulfill request in more than a timely manner. The office staff, including, Marissa, Morgan, Rossy, and Ashley have an A+ when communicating with their residents (atleast from our expierence). All the office ladies and maintenance love dogs and have treated our fur baby like one of their own. Every time i take her on a walk you pulls me to the office door, runs in and is spoiled until the time we keave the office. The property offers a walking trail, as well as a dog park. A very dog friendly community to say the least. The also offer a year round hot tub, which we havent tried yet, along with a beautiful pool area and gas burner grills for residents and their guest. These are just a few things offered by the property their are so many to list, such as valet trash, work out room, mail room, etc I could go on but I am hoping you readers see my point. We are excited for the memories we have already started making at Olympus Hudson Oaks and cant wait to see what other memories we will make while being a part of this great community that we now call home!

    Living in the Olympus Property has been amazing! From the time we first check the apartment out and to the time we moved in. The staff has been super friendly and very accommodating to all the changes we had to make in our lease. Its also definitely a plus when theres a fancy coffee/espresso machine available to use 24/7.The gym and pool area is clean and well-kept. I cancelled my gym membership because the gym had all the necessary equipment including fitness classes (bootcamp, yoga, etc)! The property hosts cute little events outside in the pool area sometimes, making the experience even better.The location of this apartment is great, right across from downtown history carrollton, the DART station, freeways, foods, you name it. The parking garage makes it convenient when there are hail storms warnings.So far, our experience has been amazing and I highly recommend this place

    Towards the middle of the year, my friends and I needed a place to stay due to unforeseen circumstances. I was feeling very overwhelmed and felt it would be nearly impossible to find a place that not only was affordable, but also up to my standards in care. Since the start of this process, the managers and everyone in the office has shown care and patience to get to where I am now. They very thoroughly explained the process, provided tours , and were very responsive when any questions came up. The amenities that they offer really came in handy for me at the beginning of this journey. They offer a clubhouse that comes with wifi in case you work from home and you’re having issues. And If you find yourself needing to relax (weather permitting ) they also have two pools that you can use. I have also noticed that their maintenance staff have always quickly responded to any concerns my friends and I have had and have taken care of all of our requests. We are very fortunate to have valet trash pick up as well and I’m glad that they also provided fetch, a mailing service, for us. I find this location also has a lot to offer in terms of food options that are close. I’m also not too far from the places I need to reach such as a nail salon that is a quick walk away. I have also enjoyed the community outreach they provide. Every so often the front office will host get togethers that include food and fun to bring us together. I’ve met some of my neighbors through those opportunities. All in all, Olympus property has brought together great staff, a great location, and a great community!

    I Love my home at Olympus Woodbridge in Sachse! I moved here during COVID in July of 2020. This was an overnight decision after a 6 month planned moved to Richardson went VERY BAD the day before move in (literally).I was in tears not know where I was going to live, when I was reminded of photos that were sent to me of this property back in February of 2020. I lived in their other side of the city at that time (15 mins from work), and had no desire to live in Sachse (1 hour drive to work). I called and spoke with Assistant Mgr Wayne and gave him my horror story. We was so nice and sent my updated pics of the actual unit I was interested in. Nigie was also very helpful, in that I called her many times as well to confirm availability, prices, and process for completing the application online.When I came to view my new home before move in, I was glad to see former maintenance employee Charlie and cleaning lady Theresa, in the home doing touch up cleaning, dusting, and light bulb checks.I later meet Mgr Mandy, and I was pleased to see her involvement in the community and the events at the community. I love that Olympus Woodbridge shows how much they care about the residents and they work to keep events and activities happening at the property!Daphane (office staff), Miguel, and Angel (both maintenance) are also great people.The maintenance team is very response!I Love my home at Olympus Woodbridge and the staff here!

    I LOVE my community! When I was looking to move into an apartment community, it was important for me to not just find a great location, but wonderful amenities! I love the layout and finishes of my apartment, and Im situated directly in front of the green belt / park, which I chose specifically for the convenience of my dog. I quickly got to know so many other fellow residents, especially those with dogs, and we tend to gather in the evenings and share stories, let our dogs play, and enjoy the beautiful, resort-style swimming pool, too! Its such a comfortable and safe environment here, and the transition from living in a home to an apartment has been an easy adjustment due to the wonderful community as a whole! I also enjoy the fun gatherings and events that the Property Management team puts together for us. Thank you to all who make this a great place to live!

    Living here has been a great experience to date. The clubhouse is great, looks very modern, and has a Starbucks machine which is convenient for your commute to work/school/etc. Management is friendly and approachable with any concerns you may have. Also, the maintenance team here is very quick to handle any requests you file, usually having it fixed in the same day! Never having lived in Nashville before, being at Olympus midtown has made the transition a lot easier because youre in such close proximity a ton of things to do. Very convenient location without a huge price tag.

    Imagine coming home to 90 degree temperatures and the only thing you can do to cool down is soak your feet in ice water and take cold showers every 30 minutes. This is what led us to Olympus Corsair. In the scorching heat of this years San Diego summer, my partner and I visited the complex and fell in love. The state of the art amenities feels like were on continuous vacation! The clean, modern feel of our living space makes it so inviting to come home! I work alot from home & there are endless areas that serve as comfortable work spaces. To top it off, the gym and yoga room are over the top. You want for nothing here! As if that wasnt enough, within walking distance, there are a handful of great restaurants, salons, and coffee nook. We love living at Olympus Corsair and just expanded our family, adopting 2 furry friends. They gave us their seal of approval too so were here to stay!

    I’ve been at The Ranch at Shadow Lake for almost 1 year now and I absolutely love it! I’ve already renewed. One of the most important things to me when living somewhere is maintenance. My work orders are always completed quickly and thoroughly. My favorite amenity is the work out facility that’s open to residents 24/7. It is equipped with machines and a wide variety of free weights, and has a small kiosk that will put you through a specific workout, such as kick boxing. I love going for a swim. We’ve got 2 very large pools in very serene settings. Also, when moving in, leasing agents Cindy and Will were so warm and welcoming. They answered all of my questions and concerns and after living here nothing has happened to contradict the things they told me. Very honest and helpful staff. 10/10 would recommend.

    So far so good. Moved here about 3 months ago from Virginia. New city and job, never been to the property but the photos online were very helpful and my apartment matched. There are small things that I am picky about like a smaller closet than I used to have but it works. Wish there was more storage for misc items as well. I love the kitchen and beautiful floors. Overall, property has been great along with the staff.

    I have lived at The Olympus Sierra Pines for almost 3 years now. I actually had lived here before Olympus had taken over management, although I had a pleasant time with the former management I have noticed obvious and significant positive changes since Olympus has taken over. First, Olympus had almost immediately putting changes in place such as updating appliances and amenities. The new equipment in the Fitness Room is SO amazing and the added cabanas to the pool area are very exciting and look amazing even though I havent been able to use them yet! Staff is very polite and always attentive towards concerns and questions (even making sure to take care of any concerns after their office hours have closed). Terrie and Abel have been extremely helpful when I have had any questions and were attentive to my concerns. I would definitely recommend Olympus Sierra Pines to anyone interested in an apartment in The Woodlands.

    I have lived at Sycamore Farms for almost 2 years and I love living here! Any time I have had issue, went is not often, the maintenance employees are so fast to get it fixed. The time I locked myself out in my patio...they came to get me back in right away. My dog even enjoys living here with the dog park and large park areas for her to run!     Oceanside Lantana has been a place that my boyfriend and I could call home for over two years. We were welcomed in with open arms into the community by staff and neighbors. Our home has positively reflected on our mind, body, and soul. It has influenced our well-being and physical manner by allowing us to stay active within the gym and by taking walks around the beautiful community. We have enjoyed growing even closer with each other, as well as family and friends, by entertaining them in the clubhouse and resort style pool.     I have loved living at this place. I have been in multiple apartment complexes and none come close to this! The staff is incredible! I walked into the clubhouse when they were closing the doors for the day, and she stepped back inside to help me with my needs. When needed, maintenance will respond in a very timely matter. They are always improving the community and updating apartments. When we come across something we find difficult, they are very quick to solve the problem and leave us worry free. There are no surprises, no hidden fees and all questions are answered in a very clear direct way.The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, with high ceilings. There has never been an issue with parking. It is a very open community, always clean, close to stores, shopping, gas stations, and hospital. I would recommend it to anyone!!

    The Heights at McArthur Park in Fayetteville, NC is the honestly best apartment complex Ive ever lived in. The administrative staff is so positive and friendly; I really feel like they care, and they are very responsive and helpful to me any time I have an issue. The maintenance staff is really on top of work orders (even emergencies after hours or on holidays!) and explains everything they do for me as well as treating my pets with kindness. The property itself is well-kept, gorgeous, and in a convenient location (groceries, gas, & lots of shopping all within walking distance!). I love the 24-hour fitness center and the pool/grill area, and the clubhouse is always super clean and smells/looks great. I never have an issue finding parking, and the price is very competitive for the amount of amenities/services offered. The complex also offers lots of fun events and programs -- wine nights, popsicles at the pool, donuts for breakfast, holiday contests, etc. -- that make connecting with my neighbors easy. I definitely plan to stay here for the rest of my time at Fort Bragg #MyOlympusStory

    I have lived in the Cedar Park apts for almost 1.5 years and its a great place. Nikki and Ben are super helpful and responsive. The rate is very competitive and I like that I have no one living above or below me. Access to family and friends, shopping, etc is all fantastic - and the best farmers market a 1/4 mile walk away. Its family friendly, pet friendly and I always feel safe. For this Grammy of 13 littles, its conveniently located and I have room for sleepovers, baking & craft days, and building forts.

    I have been living at The Hawthorne Apartments for about three years now. Its a very nice community to live in. I rarely have any issues with my apartment but when I do the maintenance team is right on it and always fixes the same day I put in my request. The property is always doing things for the community such as various get togethers, fundraisers and having food trucks for those days we may not want to go. My neighbors are very nice and friendly and I really enjoy living here.

    I was considering the neighboring property which is a new construction and beautiful property, BUT the level of customer service I received from David Familia in the Oceanside Lantana property was beyond stellar. For that reason, and that reason only, I opted to sign a lease here instead. Since moving in, between David and Rochelle (property manager), I feel like I am a part of their family with the treatment I receive from them. The maintenance staff is also great; always smiling and willing to help in a timely manner. I couldnt be happier!

    My fiancé and I are in our third year lease here at Olympus at Ross. Our experience here has been nothing but accommodating, caring, and efficient. The facilities itself are great and clean. The maintenance staff is AMAZING! They are so responsive and sweet and always do fantastic work. Ive been home on several occasions while the staff has had to enter my apartment for maintenance and services and they are so nice and comfortable to be around. They always greet me with a smile and a wave, even if its just in passing and I am just on my way out of the parking garage. Front office staff is also very sweet and welcoming.On a personal note, I was recently a victim of a smash and grab. (This has been happening EVERYWHERE recently in uptown/downtown apartment parking garages/ lots not just here). I discovered that my car window was smashed one morning and glass was everywhere. Olympus maintenance staff saw that I was distraught and (I wish I remembered his name but..) a staff member came over and was so nice and sweet and promptly alerted Olympus office staff. They opened the office a little early so that I could speak to them about my next steps. Olympus at Ross collected my information and assured me that they would do what they could. Olympus did a great job at alerting other tenants to be aware of the smash-and-grabs that had been happening in Dallas and did their best to increase security presence which made me feel better. Even though this occurrence was unfortunate, I did feel like the staff was responsive and acted appropriately. I truly appreciated this.Would definitely recommend Olympus at Ross to anyone!

    I have been living at Sycamore Farms, Oklahoma City since December, 2012. Obviously I love living here since its been 5 years. This was the first time Ive lived in an apartment complex in over 40 years so it took some adjustment but Lori Reese, leasing agent made my adjustments so much better. New to noises and loud neighbors but she handled it like a pro. I even moved from a 2 bedroom to one bedroom rather than leaving here. The staff has changed just about every year except for Lori and not sure if she left if it would be quite the same. I love the landscaping & walking trails, having get togethers and contests so you can know your neighbors. Maintenance has always been great and friendly & handles any issue you might have to encounter. I have felt very comfortable living here and would recommend to anyone. Of course there are those that are never happy with anything, but that does not deter me from the great experience living here.

    When we moved to Destin back in June of 2021, we didn’t know what to expect. We had lived in Montgomery, AL the 4 years before and Charleston, SC 8 years before that. I’ve always vacationed in Destin growing up as a kid with my family, whether it was with my dad or my mom. Going to the beach, or visiting The Track as a kid had lasting memories with me. When it came to finding a place to call home for the next few years my wife and I searched the internet and reviewed multiple apartment complexes. We came across this place called Vintage Destin (Olympus Emerald Coast now) and instantly fell in love by just the name. It had only been around for about a year as an apartment complex so it didn’t have tons of reviews to look at. When your in the military, you don’t have the luxury to travel down to take a look at the apartments offered so you can only go by what pictures they have on the internet. So I shared the website with my wife and we were both in love with what we saw. We have 2 kids; one is 12 and the other is 7 and a dog named Beau. We loved that there was a resort style pool, a cute little dog bark and a pet spa. I called up Anna, introduced myself and asked what I needed to do to get our names on a lease at Vintage Destin. Before you know it, we had our leases signed and we were moving down to our new home. The mystery still stayed with us though, it sure what to expect when we arrived. When we pulled up to the leasing office we were already amazed with home modern and new it looked. My kids were excited to go inside and take a look around. When we walked through, the first thing you see is the resort style pool and the private cabanas; my kids were so excited they couldn’t contain themselves, they wanted to go straight into the pool lol. My wife and I signed the lease, got our keys and made the way to look at our new residence. I remember how I felt walking through doors for the first time. The open space you get from the kitchen to living room is great. Our kids went to pick out their room and just laid and played on the carpet like they had been living there for years already. Seeing that moment made me realize we made the right decision with Olympus Emerald Coast. The staff at Olympus plus the amenities have really made our family extremely happy and have enjoyed every moment we have lived here. It was always my dream to live in Destin and now I am at the best apartment complex around. So Olympus Emerald Coast, from the Jones family; thank you so much for everything you’ve done and continue to do.

    While living at Olympus at Sierra Pines I’ve never had any issues communicating with management. They are always easy to ahold of. I’m a big fan of the new portal upgrade which makes submitting service requests and paying rent super easy. The service team is amazing!     When we first moved in to the Vive complex in Chandler, AZ, it was owned by PB Bell Properties & was sold to Olympus shortly thereafter. Since the switch to Olympus, we have noticed some fabulous changes! ANY time we have needed anything from the office, the girls down there are always so nice & very helpful. We also get greeted on a daily basis by the friendly maintenance crew while we walk our dogs. Super clean, well-kept outdoor areas & modern amenities! We love the pool, gym & regular get togethers this complex does with its residents! Although the walls are a little thin, (but hey...that’s apartment living!) we have really enjoyed our time here at Vive!! So thank you, Olympus for being a wonderful property management team!

    Living In Olympus is great. First at all, the apartment is big, really nice and have a lot of amenities like washer machine, dryer and oven.     I’ve lived at Olympus Boulevard in Frisco Square for three years. Three dramatic years between Covid and Snovid where us Texans went through a lot of extremes! Yet the whole way through I felt like Olympus really did stand behind their residents. From the maintenance staff, who have been top notch and so friendly and kind, to the leasing office helping us get signed up for rent grants during the time many of us lost jobs or had hours deeply cut from Covid. Everyone was struggling yet our little community stayed strong. Somehow during Snovid we maintained heat and electricity and invited our friends to come for warmth when it was very hard to find. Great teamwork!

    My husband and I have lived at Olympus at Ross since Sept 2018 and before that we lived at Mosaic Dallas for 2 years (we transferred to the other property to stay within the Olympus family). Both places have been a great place to live. Any issues that we may have encountered have been taken care of. The views from the Mosaic are absolutely beautiful. The staff has made it a joy to live at both places. Valerie at Olympus at Ross was a big help from the very beginning. She has been attentive and has helped me along the way with any questions or concerns that Ive had. The rest of the staff are also very friendly and welcoming. I definitely miss Garret from the Mosaic property. He was always so helpful and easy to talk to. Anytime I had a question, all I had to do is email him and he quickly helped out.

    We are living in the Cedar Park community, and ever since the beginning, it has been nothing but more than amazing. Nikki, the manager, is very kind and does everything she can to help everyone with anything! I was so excited and happy (and still am) that my home has central heat and air! The past places we’ve lived have never had that and mad summer and winter absolutely miserable, but we managed. Now that we have central heat and air, we are blessed to not have to suffer like we used to. Our home is beautiful and accommodating. It’s perfect!     Moving to a new city was stressful but finding the apartment at Olympus helped relieve that. The apartments are surrounded by woods and there is it’s own little park with trees and swings around a fire pit wonderfully lit at night. These both create a little oasis where you can feel like youre away even when you’re home. Thats what I love best. The apartment is spacious with generous room in the bathrooms. The complex is well kept with pretty gardening and flowers at the clubhouse which has great amenities. Meet any of the staff once, from the office to the grounds, and they’ll remember you and they’re all super friendly. I love living here!

    Overall a great experience. This is a quiet, relaxing, simple luxury, walkable, and centrally located apartment in the DFW metroplex. Its a place that is relaxing, without being too detached from everything that the DFW has to offer as it is highly drivable to anywhere. I really love that the staff integrates with the community and they are timely and warm in their management style and problem-solving. I have never lived in a complex where the staff is so well-liked by everyone. Leasing office amenities, including coffee machine, pool table, and offices are always well-kept and available for use, and the neighbors are friendly and you get a bit of every age group / occupation. Through the warmth of the caring staff, locals, transplant, and everyone who live here, I feel like I am a part of a community without things being too in my face.My favorite memories include:1. Booking a guest room for my family coming to town. It was affordable, the process was smooth, and service was pleasant.2. The holiday-themed events and treats the staff would prepare for us, such as brunch events, candy corn contest, door decorating contest, and so on.3. Jennifer caught my dog when my dog got out of the apartment and sent a timely text to all residents.4. Meeting people who work at the restaurants attached to the apartment and learning about the community.There are times when there are broken glass / litters on the ground by the sidewalks of the property, as well as dirty water / waste. However I do not think the management is the root of these problems, the people who litter are. Because it is right next to downtown Carrollton and the DART, non-residents wander close or around the property, but that is likely to be expected living near a downtown type of area. I mostly feel safe and use my best judgment like I would living anywhere.

    I absolutely LOVE living at Olympus Propertys Odyssey Lake Apartments in Brunswick, GA. I am currently leasing a 2/2 and just renewed my lease for another 13 months. I couldnt imagine living somewhere else. The community is beautifully kept, I have an amazing lake view, the price is just right, and the staff is incredible! Coming from a college town, it is a breath of fresh air to have property staff members who legitimately care about helping you. Staff where you can walk into the office and they know your name and share stories with you. Special shoutout to Iesha Williams at Odyssey Lake for being the BEST!!! The entire environment is nothing but friendly and comforting. It truly is home...Also, it may seem like a small detail, but one of the amenities of my apartment I cant imagine life without is the extremely convenient desk/office area they have built in for you. I work from home so having a built in desk area saves me space and saves me money from buying my own desk. An amenity of the complex I truly enjoy is the dog park. Without living in a home with a back yard, it is amazing to live somewhere that provides a fenced in area I can bring my puppy to so he can run around a play (You can see a picture below of him having a blast!).Sign today!     My name is Banjoko Abayomi, I live at Olympus Blvd Frisco. I have been living here for almost 3years, I am currently on my third lease renewal. Since I moved into my apartment, it feels like home, the complex is quiet, nice, its condusive and safe. There are different things that stood out to me that made living here feels like home.1. I will like by starting with my only and only Olympus Blvd Staff that made me stay here and recommend this place for some of my friends friends and family who also lives here today, shes no other person than MILLY PIERCE, she is efficient, accommodating, professional, easy to talk to, have good sense of humour and very efficient when you call on her regarding any concern about, rent, maintainance, etc. Milly, actually made me continue to live here till date because she convinced me that Olympus Blvd is the best apartment to live in.2. I know a couple of tenants who had tent issues in the past, and had gotten help because Milly provided help resources thy could employ.3. I love the fact that emails are sent in advance if there are going to be any inspections or repairs which make things easier.4. I also love the fact that the maintainance team respond rapidly whenever I send out a request for any mainatainance.5. I am also happy that from time to time, the management carry out periodic general repairs in the whole building.6. I am also happy that during coronal the management put adequate measures in place to protect the residents regarding the pool and gym7. Last but not the lease,I love the fact that the management occassionally role out some games for residents to win a prize or come to the office to grab a snack or two.Thank you

    Are you looking for a quiet community for your family or you and the spouse? I am a current resident and want to share the advantages of living here. Everything is about 10 minutes or less for your needs, shopping at the Town Center which has variety of stores from restaurants, clothing, and sports stores just to name a few. Jacksonville Beach minutes away, Walmart, Target, Banks, Fast Food, Fine dinning, Pharmacy.Let’s talk about community, first if you have a problem with your apartment maintenance is available 24 hours a day and most problems are rectified with in 24 hours as well. We have two swimming pools just in case it becomes over crowded. Fitness club of course heck the community even has valet trash. There are lots more to share and lastly just call our friendly staff for a tour.Have fun here because I am spoiled with all the amenities and friendly neighbors!

    I have been living at Cactus 42 for over 2 years now. I need to express how happy I am to live here. Its clean, safe, and has a great community social environment. They put on numerous fun, engaging social events like paint nights, pool parties, Bloody Mary bars, Taco Tuesday events, the list goes on! They are always fun and everything is provided by the club house. I also really like the state of the art gym facility that has spin bikes and a projection screen to be led by video classes (they have more than just spin classes, they have Yoga, Pilates, hit, etc..). I also very much appreciate how well maintained the gym equipment and area is.All of my interactions with the front desk staff, the maintenance crew, and the management have been extra ordinary, they are so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Really the whole facility is always clean and all the staff are great. Id particularly like to thank Steve and Jaque, they have always been there to help me with apartment maintenance and really, any other things I need. If I need help moving in heavy furniture or groceries, these kind maintenance staff are always happy and willing to help, just to give you some examples they have helped me move in my dresser and my bed on two separate locations, resurfaced my tub, the list goes on (I really am grateful). They have accommodated all of my basic requests timely and pleasantly. I can really go on and on about how accommodating, kind, and responsive all the staff at Cactus 42 are, this is what matters to me most. I have lived at other nice apartments, with the nice pool and guest areas in great locations (similar to cactus 42), but its the staff and community feel that really put this apartment over the top in my books.

    *Share your story*I have been living at The Olympus Steelyard in downtown Chandler, AZ for almost two months now. Every time I walk downstairs into the lobby for a complimentary cup of coffee, tea or hot cocoa I am still in awe. I cannot believe that I am living in what seems like a luxury resort hotel. I looked for houses before moving here for just myself and my boyfriend and with how much we enjoy being downtown and go out on the weekends downtown Chandler seemed like the best spot. These are a little pricey but they are so worth it, all of the houses I looked at were around the same price but did not include all of these amenities. My boyfriend was so set on getting a house with a pool and the pool included in this apartment complex is beautiful and we do not need to put in any work to keep it up. Overall I think we made a great decision getting an apartment here, especially since its just the two of us a two bedroom is plenty of room for us and even when we have guests over. I love that I have not spend any money on coffee in the past two months because the cold brew coffee we have on tap is delicious! I also make it to every Speak Easy the have on Thursdays which include free alcoholic beverages and a chance to mingle with the other residents. I know so many people here at this complex because of all the social events they have. Its like a whole other community here and I love it. I am from a very large family and I am so excited to show off where I live to them when they come into town to visit. I can also invite them to the fitness training classes that are provided. The best part of all of this is that I am in walking distance from downtown if being at home at my luxury apartment wasnt enough I can go out an enjoy downtown. They did a great job at the location with everything else. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

    I moved to Albuquerque 2 yrs ago and have been living at Olympus Encantada ( the San Pedro apartments) since then. It is a spacious well laid out apartment with lots of storage, walk in closets, lovely finishings, floors and has new gadgets. The apartments are clean and the surroundings are very well kept, cleaned regularly. The front office staff are excellent and so polite and helpful. Maintenance responds usually very promptly and are very efficient. It is a very quiet community. There is a gym which is also well kept and a lovely swimming pool and grills.There are lots of social events which i must admit i have not been to yet but hope to soon. I absolutely love living here!!!

    After living in a huge house for 25 years, it was time to sell, so I looked for apartments for months. My last look was my first choice here at Legends at Ridgeview, Plano, Texas. The staff are absolutely great. Stephanie ODonnell was exceptional. I had to change my move-in date 3 times due to issues with upgrading my home and the timeline for the sale. Each time Stephanie was very patient and found a new apartment for me with no issues - so really, I had 3 moves to 3 different apartment numbers before actually physically moving in.. There was never an issue with that at all. After moving in, I had some problems with appliances and the staff responded immediately. My apartment feels like home..the staff is very friendly and helpful, the maintenance people very respectful and friendly, as well. I am so very happy that I live here and glad to call it my home!

    I’ve been a resident here at Olympus Northpoint in Albuquerque, New Mexico for half a year now and let me start out by saying how great it is to live here. The affordability given the amenities and location are unmatched! With a quick on-off to a major highway, driving anywhere within the city is a breeze. In addition, living in one of the safer areas in Albuquerque that offers quality stores and restaurants nearby is an added bonus!The amenities here at Olympus are the main feature that has truly solidified an amazing living experience! As an avid golfer, the chipping/putting green is a great way to spend a beautiful sunny afternoon working on my short game (though I wish my short game were better for the work I put in). The pool is another great way to spend some time and given the 300 days of sunshine in Albuquerque, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy it. The area around the pool is always clean and well kept, perfect for taking a nice book out on a Saturday morning and soak in some sun. When I’m wanting a quick workout without having to drive to the gym, the exercise facility is more than capable of providing a great workout. I love mixing up my normal routine with one of the on-demand video classes in the aerobic area of the facility, easily classifying this as a top-tier apartment workout studios. In addition, they have a rowing machine, smith machine, free weights and a pull-up bar, ideal for any kind of workout you could imagine. However, nothing compares to having a nice, quiet jacuzzi to come back to after a long day. It has been a great way to unwind and the other residents I’ve met there have been nothing but friendly!Although I give a lot of credit to the wonderful amenities, I also would like to give a special shoutout to the amazing Olympus team. From the front desk, to the maintenance workers, they have provided a level of customer service that has exceeded my expectations. In particular, Susan has been extremely helpful whenever we have questions about payments, the online portal, or any other questions we’ve had. In addition, having our service requests completed has been nothing short of amazing. We’ve placed numerous service orders in the past half-year for various things and it’s taken the team less than 24 hours to complete each one. I am beyond thankful to how timely and efficient the team has responded.If you’re looking for a place to live, look no further. Olympus brings a whole new level of luxurious apartment living at an affordable price and boasts a welcoming environment fit for any busy lifestyle!
