These apartments are very clean, secure and quiet. The new mngmt (Jane) is a dream is come true as far as professionaisml and humane treatment of her tenants. She is a huge improvement. We love it here

They were able to approve me for sec 8 housing with a felony background from 35 yrs ago. Oklahoma will not let me live that down. Still on many waiting lists because the housing market and crisis has tightened its grip on the poor even with approval local governments are just not doing enough for the disabled, the less fortunate and certain races.

I am a current tenant of 1 year and 4 months renting history with this company. My relative was not only familiar with Oakwood but the referrer and also a current tenant with the same amount of renting history. From the application process, property listing, to the deposit + monthly rent pricing = Easy & Affordable. Our families are very comfortable and grateful for their services + homes we currently live in. In summary, Oakwood Property Management provides a service as well as options that I truly define reasonable.

I have been renting from Mr. Williams a little over a year. I havent had in problems with him. When I call normally he sends someone out asap. I heard alot of negativity before moving into his home. I feel it was his workers not really him. I appreaciate him and his efforts to keep me and my children safe.

Ive have rented from Mr Williams for 20 yes and lived in a couple of his houses . He has properties everywhere and apartment complexes. They have always fixed any problem Ive had immediately and Ive recommend Many, many, people over the years and whoever said that you should beware, or that the houses were getto ,is on renter because you get to look at the house and neighborhood before you move in so if the house was so bad then why would they choose to move in !!!!!! Sounds like they just wanted to make oakwood property and Mr Williams look bad ,and I can only speculate that they were probably evicted or mad about a certain situation that caused them to be vengeful. On a scale of 1-5 I give them a 5 on most everything 😘 if I didnt like Mr Williams as my landlord I definitely wouldnt have stayed 20 yrs !!! Ive been here for awhile I love the way they keep everything up and my sister lives in 126 apt my niece lives in #119 and she also loves it here
