Good people to work with good managers AJ is the men he get you taken care of no matter what it is very nice homes nice place to live good neighbors nice neighborhood very quiet this the place to be if looking for a good place to live

Love it nice and clean,friendly neighbors quiet around here on our side of the park .few of us has kids there on the other side of the park and there parents sit outside and watch .new owners came in and went up on rent and made everybody start mowing their own yards.Dont think they know what goes on around here. I cant seem to get any ofmy Maintenance request done gave them notice for over 2 years

Im really picky about giving 4 out of 5 stars, however for Texarkana, Nash area is one of my favorites! 6 years, and cant complain. I would definitely recommend it for someone looking for a nice, safe place to rent. There are always bad Apples however management takes care of that in a very quickly manner. Maintenance has been a tremendous help from house repairs to me locking myself out lol.

Oakwood Mobile Home park is a mobile home park that has a circular drive around the dollar general in Nash Texas. It is an excellent opportunity to build your bank account and credit it is super afforadable homey and is also very quite. There is a blend of people. The children always play together, nicely I might add. As a resident of two and a half years no one has bothered my outside furnishings. The matience crew of two are friendly and always at work, well they have the weekends off of course rent due on the 5th late on the 6th Mark the proprietor/operator is very stern on what that mean.

I have lived at oakwood mobile home park for 9 months. Its quite to say the least. It has a great maintenance staff and park manager/owner. I would recommend this park to all.

Quiet nobody bothers you. Mark is a great manager! Been here almost two years would recommend being here if you want drama free cause he dont put up with it!!!!

I have lived here for eight years it is quiet the neighbors are friendly but not nosey the Nash police patrol the park so you feel safe here.
