    I have received more help and direction from this establishment than I could ever have imagined. Josh, is not only professional and nice, but he is extremely knowledgeable and overly willing to assist in any way possible. His customer service skills are heartwarming and convinced me that this is, without a doubt, the company I will use for all of my leasing needs!     Oh my goodness, where to begin. This is the first time I have ever rented a house. We had a showing set up and our realtor was unable to make it, so she sent her colleague. That colleague was none other than Dylan Roberts. Unfortunately (for everyone house hunting) he will be switch over the maintenance side. He was able to answer so many questions, in great detail as well as had resources for me that had nothing to with renting the house. Such as where to rent a washer, where to buy a washer, how to go about our pets information as ESAs Etc etc. Hes very knowledgeable and very helpful. A huge asset to the company and very well versed on his career paths that he chooses. He goes above and beyond to help out the consumers. I couldnt reccomend him enough. Our application process was smooth sailing, he kept in contact and gave updates as often as possible. He is such a friendly person, (he even helped hold my dog on the leash because my husband and I are expecting, so I didnt have to worry about risking injury.) Needless to say I am so very thankful for the experience that I got to have with you Dylan. We are ever so greatful for all the long hours and numerous questions you answered for us. We cannot thank you enough. Good luck on your new journey with maintenance I am sure you will shine just as brightly there 🩵 Overall, this company is nothing short of amazing and so easy to work with.     My husband and I had the pleasure of working with DYLAN ROBERTS, which was an amazing experience looking for a rental home here.We had such a delightful and positive experience working with Dylan!     Their maintence crew makes NWP stand out from the rest of the leasing companies in Tyler. Tim came out quickly after the storm to fix a leak and he made sure it was dry and took time and care to ensure the ceiling was properly repaired. He even double checked the attic to make sure the moisture was gone, when I asked for reassurance.

    Wanna shout out to our rental company NWP… our air conditioning went out today. We called them and within the hour someone was at our house and fixed the air. We have rented with them for almost 4 years and they have been absolutely wonderful. Thank you NWP!

    NWP has by far been the best management company we have rented from. I love how the office staff is available when you need them. They really do care! We have been here a little over a year now and have had ZERO issues with the office or staff member. Weve had to call maintenance a few times but they were very fast and resolved our issue first time around. Josh made our out of town move and transition to Tyler super easy. The home is absolutely beautiful and serves our family well. Erica goes above and beyond to make sure her residents are taken care of. We have had Kendall come out for maintenance and he is awesome! Keep up the hard work as it is much appreciated.

    My family and myself have only dealt with NWP for all of our rental needs since 2016.They have been a great addition to my family. Hannah has been a GREAT help to me and my husband over the years. We DO not take the great customer service for granted. Its rare and VERY hard to find as a black family in East Texas.NWP is on time EVERYTIME, with every service call, every question, and every issue weve ever had, which hasnt been many.Any properties that NWP manage are well kept and VERY nice. I love them and the service they provide. I would NOT rent from anyone else but them @ this point. Well done NWP team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Joseph, Tasha, & Jeremiah.     Mark the maintenance guy is fantastic. Answers all our questions and takes care of our maintenance needs in a very timely and professional manner! He is always very helpful. Weve been tenants for several years now with NWP. No issues reaching the office. All the employees we have interacted with, even the lawn guys, act professional and are knowledgeable and courteous. Great neighborhood, great neighbors, and great amenities. Overall, weve enjoyed our renting experience with NWP. I would recommend this company to friends, family, and anyone that is looking to rent in the area.

    We did a 1 year rental and then added a few months after moving to Tyler and going through home buying process. We like the townhomes we were in so much at Stonegate, we recommended to a friend who also moved into same area. Lawn and maintenance of the place was always kept up very well. Despite some of the negative things I have read on here, they were very easy to work with on move out. They walked through the place with us and showed us what we would be charged for if we didnt fix. I was able to do all the minor things and got my security deposit back.

    As a single mom of 2 special needs children I’m beyond overwhelmed at times and I recently has some issues with my home and NWP were absolutely WONDERFUL and worked with me to get everything resolved!! I also met Nancy one day and she was so incredibly sweet and down to earth!!! Amazing management company!!

    I am more than pleased with my experience with NWP. I have primarily dealt with Erica who has been amazing! She really took the time to make sure I found the right property for me and my daughter. She personally handled our move in experience making sure the property was ready to move in by the time we needed. She worked with the owners to go above and beyond by making accommodations for us and fulfilling all personal requests. I didnt know Erica prior to looking for a new place and she has treated us like family, making it her personal mission to make sure we were happy with everything.On top of that, she has maintained this relationship since moving in. She has always made herself available when I need to reach her, even after hours.I couldnt have asked for a better company to work with through this entire process. I have had horrendous experiences with property management companies in the past. NWP is the type of company that rarely exists anymore. Im grateful and relieved to have had this opportunity and come across people so helpful. Thank you to all involved for making the experience so easy and enjoyable.

    All I have to say is THANK YOU NWP! My roommates and I were suppose to be moving into a duplex not managed by NWP; however, the new management company was unaware I had a puppy due to miscommunication from the previous management company I was informed we would not be able to rent there 2 days before we were to move in and I needed a rental within 2 weeks that was affordable and well kept.A big thanks to Erica at NWP we were able to find a place that is absolutely wonderful!!!!! Erica was a huge help and was determined to get a roof over our head no matter what it took. Erica is very diligent, understanding, and she is always available. We recently just settled into Tylers best kept secret and I could not be happier!! I am very excited to see what the next year holds at such a relaxing and well kept area! The maintenance workers are also very diligent... Anytime we have had a problem, I have no doubt I will see them the same day or the next. I have never dealt with a management company that was as courteous as NWP. I will recommend NWP to anyone as they are one of the best management companies I have ever dealt with. :)

    I just recently purchased a house and hired NWP to take care of it as a rental until I moved back to Texas. We are military family so we needed someone to take care of it without any worry, Josh was able to rent it within a week and a half of putting it on the market. Ive had a few tedious things come up that needed to be taken care of and maintenance got right on it and took great care of everything! Im more than happy that we chose NWP to take care of our property because we know that its going to be well taken care of without any worries. The owner Nancy is down to earth very caring and doesnt mind stopping her day to answer any questions Ive had, I highly recommend NWP to all landlords.

    Every issue Ive had in my new home was resolved in less than 16 hours. NWP has been great to me by all mean. I had a plumbing issue & A/C it was fixed immediately.     I’ve rented a duplex on Cambridge from NWP since September of 2019 and I have nothing but good things to say about the management company. This is my first time renting and for the most part, it’s been smooth sailing. At one point, my roommate and I had issues with our shower flooding and the issue was immediately resolved and we haven’t had to deal with it since! The staff is friendly and quick to solve any issues. I will be sad to leave my comfy little duple in April!

    We had some issues with our rental setting up utility services. These issues where not NWP or the property owners fault.(suddenlink failed to install internet infrastructure during the construction process)NWP worked with us through the problem and gave us reasonable options to accommodate the situation when it was not their responsibility. They did it as good hearted and reasonable people, as they where understanding that internet service is a crucial part of life in 2021 at the end of a pandemic, where most business and school is conducted online.I would like to personally thank Josh from NWP for his kindness and consideration during a difficult relocation for my family.

    EDIT: has been solved!They don’t do anything when you address your concerns. Our neighbors have been super loud with their dog which you’d think is common sense to put them inside if they are disturbing a neighborhood especially in a duplex area where their dog is right by my window BARKING every hour well I told them and NOTHING. Then fast forward to this week, they’ve been deciding to put up their trash bin at almost 1 AM in the morning waking me up!!!! It’ll be 1 AM to put up for the next morning for City of Tyler to pick up and then after it’s picked up, they’ve been home and decide to wait until 1 AM to put it back in its place. So basically Mon-Thursday they’re back and forth being SUPER LOUD. I don’t fall back asleep easily. My baby has his sound machine high so luckily he can’t hear even though the trash bin is righ by his window but for me, my sound machine can only go so loud just in case he wakes up so I can hear him so I can’t do extremely high volume. Anyways, I just informed them of this and we’ll see if anything is done.

    While living in Flint, TX we had an amazing experience with NWP. We had to cut our stay short due to a job transfer. Hannah and Josh were amazing throughout the process of doing a sublet. That can be intimidating for most, they eased our fears and really went out of their way to be available regarding any questions we had. If we ever come back to the area we would use them again. Also, their maintenance team is A1! One of the best overall renting experiences Ive ever had. Kudos NWP!

    NWP Management has been a great company to work with. I currently live in the Mansion Creek duplexes and service has been wonderful. Anytime there has been a service needed, they always respond and are at my house within a day. They allow different payment options and even split payment options with roommates.     I first became familiar with NWP a few months ago. I was leasing somewhere else and was far from happy, then I found NWP. They were a God sent for me. The first person that I came into contact with was Erica. She worked very deligently in helping me feel right at home. Even when hitting a few bumps in the road with my moving process, she was there to fix it every step of the way. Lauren the receptionist is so sweet, and down to earth. She is always ready to assist in any way she can. She really helped me feel comfortable and excited about moving into my new home. Another great team member is Chris. He is hands down the best matience man there is. He really takes pride in his job and stands behind his fantastic work. Overall, NWP is the first leasing company that I have come in contact with that doesn’t feel like a leasing company. They are professional, but unlike other leasing companies they actually care about making sure that you feel welcomed and are taken care of. I have only lived here a short while but I know I am here to stay. They have went above and beyond and you will not find any other leasing company like them.

    I rented from NWP for a few years and they were wonderful. They worked with me on having a bully breed dog and always took care of us.     I live in a 3 bedroom house with my family, and NWP are very helpful. Whenever we have a maintenance issue, they are out as quick as possible to fix the problem. Office staff are very sweet, and the maintenance staff are very courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

    I had the pleasure of living in a Nancy Wright property for the last two-and-a-half years. Our property included amenities that you wouldnt typically expect to find in a rental. You can tell that the company takes pride in their properties. We were very pleased with our home and the service provided to us by maintenance and the office personnel over the course of that time. I would highly recommend checking out one of their properties if you are looking for a great experience in renting.

Erica met me and took me around the different properties and I fell in love with the duplexes at Kara Lynn I signed my lease in the next few days.     I have moved every year since living in Tyler because I always had a problem with how unhelpful and ungrateful other management was. NWP has been the exact opposite and the reason I will resign for another year. They have updated the look of the duplexes since weve moved in. They come to change the filters every month and are quick to answer any emergency maintenance call. To top it off they are the most affordable place to rent right next to the University! Cant go wrong with renting at NWP

    This review is for Tim. We moved in less than a week ago and had a small list on items that needed to be addressed. He showed up first thing and took care of our list and more. He went above and beyond even cleaning our gutters in the rain because he could tell there was a clog. He was the best maintenance person I have experienced while being a renter. .

    I had a very tight relocation schedule to move to Tyler, TX. I knew nothing of the area, schools, shopping etc... I saw a home for rent zillow and filled out the contact form thinking who knows if someone will get back to me. I was wrong.Josh from Nwp promptly contacted me and gathered some basic information. I had an apointment set and he promptly arrived. Josh was organized and did not waste any time showing me sub par properties. Everyone property was amazing and I was able to get a *Brand new* home to rent.You would think I would move in then something is wrong and you play phone tag with the office. Wrong again. I called because my hot water was not working (happens new home) on the property. The builder was there and problem solved in less than 10 minutes.Call Josh, you wont regret it!

    This has been the VERY BEST place Ive ever leased! HUGE shout out to Erica, in maintenance, and the whole NWP STAFF! Anytime day or night weekend or holiday, if I had any issues she has been right there to answer the call and have someone out to fix it right away! Erica has made me feel as safe as possible here and done everything she can do to help make this place feel like my HOME! Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication girl! YOU ROCK!!

    They are very pleasant people, glad to be associated with them. If something is a little off they come in the middle of the night if necessary.our completely lost electricty on one of the coldest night last winter. They worked all night getting everyone back up.I would never rent from anyone else.
