Had a great experience relocating, found our new home the first day out with Crystal. She truly tried to be honest and straight forward about what the housing market was like locally, and keeps a good pulse on trends. This was very helpful as we werent familiar with the area and honestly didnt know who to put our trust in. Our move was very sudden, but she was able to find places that met our criteria and setup appointments in just a few days.It was good having someone in our corner, well be referring friends and family who are relocating to Austin, dont think we would have found such a great place without her.

Wow! I was overjoyed with my experience with Kat! Shes incredible at her job and she was able to get me EXACTLY what I wanted, in my price range! Yvette and Lyndsay are AMAZING. Initially I started searching for an apartment. Yvette sat down with me to talk about what I’m looking for and it felt like I was hanging out with a close friend. She is so kind, personable, and passionate. She found the perfect apartment...but I decided to look for a house instead. Yvette put me in contact with Lyndsay, who almost immediately found a house with everything we’re looking for. They both responded on short notice and were happy to get up on a Saturday morning and look at places with me. We are all moved into the perfect home thanks to Yvette and Lyndsay! I arrived in Austin for a 5 day trip to find and secure a new living space before I left. I found Stan while I was looking at apartments online. He was super helpful! He set up all my viewing appointments and came out personally to see the spaces with me. I applied at one of the locations and Stan was on top of getting my application processed and ultimately approved right as I was driving up to the airport to return home. Moving from LA to Austin, I was clueless where to begin my apartment search. Nu Edge, and specifically Dina, helped me find a place I love within my budget. Colton Carlson (through my edge) was a great resource for me while I was moving from Portland to Austin. We don’t have this service in Portland so I was skeptical about it being free at first, but I can assure you it is. Colton gathered a list of apartments in my price range in the area of town I wanted and went with me to explore all of them when I came to visit. He’s very down to earth and straight to the point. I did additional research about apartments (just in case) and he had indeed found me the best place for the price point and I’m so grateful. He really saved me a lot of time and made the moving decisions far less stressful.

Stan is the man! He took the time to get to know my wife and I help us fine a home that was perfect for us! Super flexible to avoid the austin traffic and work around our work schedules. Even when there were issues with the leasing company Stan stood up and had our backs and made things happen. Stan is the friendliest realtor I have ever met. Veronica helped my roommate, my dog GG and I from homelessness (a week at most). Our last place was a house with my childhood friend and his bedridden grandfather. His mom lived nextdoor (my whole life) to this house the grandfather just purchased a few years back. . We all took care him and helped the mother nextdoor for discounted rent at most times. He passed away last year RIP.Struggles happen and our income smoothed it out ( we make slightly above minimum wage). Even longer story short is we found mold in the moms house. Shes on oxygen and in line for transplants also in quarantine. Worried and desperate I searched and looked finding few options. Then Veronica contacted me from one the companies I inquired which were a lot that never responded. Within two days and on the weekend with the little money I had saved up she found us a cozy dog friendly apartment in our preferred area of south austin. Well, the rest is history.
