Wow so I called this company because they manage are corporate for 7979 Westheimer. We are being. Told that Nova is holding up repairs on all four laundry rooms. At the same time water bills are being increased. The complaint was just sent back to the apartment manager. No washers for a month and a half. Y’all make sure this company does not manage the apartments you live in. I just moved in a little over two months ago and I can’t wait for my lease to be up. Nothing but horrible. Thinking maybe it is time to contact the Media concerning this issue.Update still can’t use the laundry rooms. I called the office and the guy that answered the phone said he sent a message but they don’t have an update. How does the leasing office not know when something is being fixed.Update as of 5/7/2021 still no laundry room screw this I’m contacting the media .

5 stars for being the ultimate slumlords.I have to admit that Nova does a great job as a company that consistently raises rent cost while letting their properties deteriorate. They make it feel like they personally hate you as they take more and more of your money with each lease renewal. Litterally the best abusive landlord relationship Ive ever had.

I am a happy tenant living in one of their properties in Texas. We are not facing any kinds of issues so far and it has been almost a year now. The management is good and helpful. The process is streamlined and goes in a flow.

We live in 7979 Westheimer which is a lovely place to live. It has all the amenities which a family needs. Lush green surroundings, swimming pool, a school for the kids nearby and much more. We love that fact we chose this company and happy with their services.

We live in Creekwood Apartments and love it here. This place is lush green and provides lovely shade in the trees. Some privileges that we enjoy are swimming pool, ample parking, laundry rooms and much more.

We live in Cabo San Lucas apartments which offer serene environment. Some of the amenities include swimming pool and beautiful lush green views. There is wildlife like ducks and squirrels around which brings a smile to your face.

There are many communities which provide many facilities under their name. They have lush green gardens and fitness center as well. Some community facilities include private club house, society activities, covered parking, emergency maintenance available 24*7.

A fun place to live which provides ample parking and is a gated community. This place provides air conditioning and heat. It also has schools so that the kids do not have to travel far. I simply love this place.
