I have properties managed by Bryan white in last 4 years. I move to Austin from Salt Lake City. Bryan was referred by my agent in SLC. He is very professional with a caring heart. Not only for landlords also for the tenant. One of example is most recently due to the cold weather, my rental property’ water pipe broken. Bryan contacted with me with the photo at the first time. After communicating with me and got my approval, he started to ship the repairs. In 2 hours, he contacted me with the best quotes he got. We fixed the pipe on the same day , this minimized the impact of tenant’ life. With his help, we keep a good tenant relationship and the occupant rate keeps high. I’d like to share my experience with Bryan White, a property manager. When I first moved into this duplex, he helped me speed up the process and saved me time and expense. Later on two occasions when I needed service (electric problem and AC) he had the service repaired almost immediately. In fact my emergency calls to Bryan took place after business hours but were handled quickly and efficiently. He is, in my opinion, an excellent manager.

Very prompt in intimating about the potential tenant visits as this is a very important aspect if you are still in the house looking for a prospective tenant.
