    I am really happen with Northern Pass Properties management to manage my property. They have the A+ team. They really took care of everything. Jaclyn Garcia was a big help to find the right investment property from day one. She made sure everything was done property, to think and to fight for what as good for the buyer whom she represented. Dale, Lisa and Erika worked so efficiently to put my property on the rental market once it was ready, and they found me a tenant within a few days. I was really impressed that when the AC wasnt working during the hot days, they took care of this effortlessly for me. Being an out of town investor, I have nothing but praise and appreciation for what they had done. I was initially hesitate in dipping into rental property again since I had a bad experience with a local property manager years ago, but both my daughters have good experience with Dale and Lisa managing their properties, I decided to give a try. Our friends were impressed after hearing our experience with Northern Pass, and they said they might contact Northern Pass Properties, probably after they find time to do a little bit research.     Can’t recommend this company more! My husband and I are nearing the end of our 1 year lease. Their staff has been extremely kind and helpful for the entire duration of our time here, we only ever needed to submit 2 maintenance requests and both were addressed in less than 48hrs! Due to circumstances outside of their control we unfortunately won’t be able to renew, but we absolutely would’ve if we could! Highly recommend this company for prospective renters!

    I have been leasing from NPP for the past two years and the experience has been wonderful. They are ALWAYS very quick to resolve maintenance issues and for that, I’m grateful. Recently our AC unit went down and I put in a work order late in the evening. The next day, they made movement on my work order and had a tech out the next day. The tech did a temporary fix on the AC unit, but told us that he would be back the next day with the appropriate part to fully fix the unit. Like clockwork, the tech came out the next day and replaced the part that he had did a temporary fix on the day before.Everytime I’ve dealt with the office staff, they’ve always been professional and very helpful. Their work order system and their techs and handy men that they’ve got working for them are good at what they do and keep their promises - an important quality in a company.

    My sister and I have been leasing/renting through NPP for 3 years with two dogs and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The staff has always been professional, kind, helpful and very responsive with any type of questions or concerns I have. If I have any type of maintenance issue they are super fast to reply, prompt and reliable !I will definitely be staying with them for as long as I can and I recommend them to everyone I know.     I have been with this property next month makes a year. I have found this property to be helpful and kind with me. Any time I have had a maintenance issue I put in my online request and within hours to no more then maybe 24 or 48 hrs maintenance is on it the girls in the office on the phone n in person have always been kind to me. I am happy with my apartment n the the property.

    Looking for properties is stressful enough. Trying to reach out to other realtor agencies for viewings and questions about properties; taking up to two weeks for any response Just made me want to quit my search. But Northern Pass Property made viewings so easy with their self tour guide option. I was able to view homes the same day I’d find a property of interest and even late at night. It worked with my schedule and I didn’t have to wait for someone to respond and let me in. Their application process was fast and easy and got approved the next day.     We have used Northern Pass Properties for nearly four years to manage our home after we PCS’d. I cannot say enough good things about this company!!!! Very communicative to any questions or concerns and never hesitated to reach out and let us know if there were any problems. Our house was very well managed and just sold using Dale as well!!! As a military family I would 100% recommend this company to take care of your property. My only regret is that our business with them is complete and that I can’t have them manage all our properties.     Dale and his team are great!When I got of the Army I needed to rent my house quick to move. I found Dale and he made it so easy for us, by getting our house rent-ready and putting good paying tenants in there.We recently decided it was time to sell at the top of the market and once again Dale stepped up to the plate. We just closed on the sale of our house of 5 years, through a long process of negotiations and having to make repairs, which were necessary. He made sure we were at ease when we were impatient.     Since we began renting with NPP a year ago, weve had a great experience with them! I dont blame them for something that wont get fixed because the homeowners dont want to cooperate (broken window and microwave before we moved in).Dale has been professional and great to work with. Weve never had a problem contacting him, or felt like he didnt have time to address any questions we had. We had a problem with the dishwasher, and someone came to look at it right away. A couple of months ago, one of our toilets had a bad valve, and again, we got an immediate fix! I would definitely rent with NPP again. Thanks, Lisa and Dale!

    I havent rented from them yet but plan to this month. Very professional emails and the website was easy to use to apply. Looks pretty simple to use for work orders, paying rent, etc. . . I really enjoy how they take the time to respond to every comment whether it was a positive or negative comment. Some of the very few complaints are unjustified. Especially the complaint about rent increasing. That is standard across the US. Every tenant whether renting from a company or a private owner should expect a slight increase each time they renew a lease to take into account how well the housing market is or isnt doing. Some of the other complaints werent very clear so I assume they are baseless to. If you are going to take the time to complain put all the details into your complaint so that it is easily understood. Looking forward to renting from this company. There is a lady named Martha who has answered my questions I had on the property I am planning to rent.

    When youre moving to El Paso, one of the biggest stressors is the classic Where will I live?. I have searched high and low for the best places in Northeast El Paso and have found Northern Pass Properties to be among the best. When I called in to schedule a viewing of the property Dale, the broker, told me to go ahead and check out the house and if I was still interested to come to their office.My biggest worry were my dogs, two Saint Bernards, because approximately 90% of the housing communities in the Northeast and East El Paso had a strict 35lbs limit for pets, 9% were over $1,000 a month. Northern Pass was that final 1%. I had lost hope until I called them and was told my best friends were allowed, with a deposit of course. Not only was their property in a fantastic location with a school, church, and park nearby, it was affordable.Dale and Lisa were very helpful in getting us into our new house! I have rented through them for almost a year and a half, which has been completely stress free thanks to this dynamic duo. Their Maintenence staff is prompt, respectful and very knowledgeable.What sets them apart from the rest of the Property Managers? They (Dale and Lisa) give you their personal cell phone numbers so you can contact them at any time, any day, with any issue you may be having.Truly a five star business!!

    Superb service!!!! I enlisted the help of NPP about two weeks ago and somehow, Dale was able to rent my home within two weeks at a great price. I almost made the mistake of hiring another management company with excellent reviews just like NPP. However, when I called this other company, they told me they did not have to visit the property and would just use the same old pictures that existed online to market my home. I informed them that it does not look anything like those old pics but they still assured me that because it is a rental, they base the rent price solely by their market analysis. Luckily I listened to my Spidey Sense and made my way out of that place.In contrast, I entered NPP one afternoon and was greeted by two very friendly, lovely ladies. They offered me water and made me feel right at home. Once I sat down with Dale, he explained the entire process to me and answered all of my questions. His crew immediately went to work and took professional pictures of my home the very next day and within a couple of days, my home was being marketed on several popular sites in El Paso. Dale and his team are truly the real deal. I will continue to use their services for any other rentals that I attain in the future.

    This is an honest and trustworthy company. They are very responsive and helpful. I PCS’d to Bliss from Ft Benning GA with the hopes to live on post, but Ft Bliss Housing was not responsive and not helpful. My family decided to look off post and we saw a house we wanted to rent that NPP was showing. NPP made it convenient for my wife and I to see the house on our own timeline. NPP made the leasing contract very easy to understand and only took 30 minutes to get everything signed. I appreciated NPP’s attentiveness to lessen my family’s stress of not having a home due to our bad experience with ft Bliss Housing. I highly recommend this place for military families. NPP will help you find a home and quick!

    My only regret with Northern Pass Properties is that I did not go with them originally. I bought a home in El Paso and had to move because I am in the military. My prior property manager, Century 21 APD, was horrible. I was charged for repairs that were sometimes never done (leaking roof), and I couldnt check up on them like I would like because I am no longer stationed in Fort Bliss. NPP was sympathetic and supportive of my plight of having to own a home and place trust in complete strangers to manage it. They worked hard for me and my family to get our home back into shape and rented out. My prior property manger left me with a lot of repairs and my home devalued and in shambles. If you are a military family and looking for someone to manage your home when you have to PCS, these are the right people for the job. It is rare to find people that have the right mix of professionalism and just basic human decency. The people in NPP care about the work that they do. Every star up here is well deserved. My only regret is that I didnt sign them on 3 years ago when I first pcsd from Fort Bliss. I am currently stationed in Korea, and Dale and Linda are always upbeat and supportive despite the time difference. They are always very responsive to my requests. If you are in the military and need to find a property manager, I highly recommend them if you want peace of mind about your home. Century 21 was not able to give my home even the bare minimum or basic treatment I expected. So if you dont want your home to be just another number, NPP are the property managers you are looking for.

    I really recomed renting from Dale and Lisa at Northern Pass Properties. They make it convienient to communicate if not by phone then by text message which is very helpful. They also have nice listings in various price ranges and all over the valley which are very competitive. Its a great family owned business which I will continue to use. Give them a try!
