Had an exceptional experience at the Richland Estate at Settlers Crossing. The property is breathtaking to say the least. It was the perfect choice for me and my 6 girlfriends on a birthday winery trip to Fredericksburg! Dakota is a great host and was available to answer all our questions. Already planning our next trip back!

I recently stayed at an Airbnb managed by NomadSTR. Dakota was instantly responsive before and during my stay and was very accommodating. And the property was so cute!! Very stylish and super clean. We will definitely be coming back!

Dakota and the home were lovely. Exactly as described with all the amenities listed. Very comfortable furnishings and well appointed decor. Kitchen had everything you need to feel at home. The location was perfect. Overall it was a wonderful home with an amazing view and very comfortable set up for a large group. We would love to go back!

Ive had an airbnb with Dakota since March 2022. Dakota has exceeded my expectations. Ive researched a few different short term rental companies and no one competes when it comes to cost and being able to cater to guest so quickly. I was very impressed with the amount of bookings my property got instantly once he took over. It does help that he is a superhost which typically gets you right to the top of the rankings. Im looking forward to the continued success of my current property and plan on using him for many more!

High quality and professional service! These guys know what they are doing, I was trying to manage my Airbnb alone for a long time and it was unprofitable.
