After dealing with realtors who kept trying to talk me into buying when all I wanted to was rent, NewGen was a breath of fresh air. Their Realtors knew I was renting,and called me back a year later on their own to see if I was going to stay or change rentals. They were definitely honest with me about the right time to buy vs renting. I cannot speak highly enough about Craig and Kate. If there were a 1000 stars on google, it still would not be enough.I know I may be laying it on a bit thick, but the housing market is stressful enough, then adding, being pressured to buy a houses I didnt want to buy, and nearly getting scammed, they really were a blessing.

I had an outstanding experience with Kevyn. From the moment I called in to get a quote to the final project, everything was perfect! Kevyn installed a cat fence topper to my backyard fence so my cats stay protected. He did such a wonderful job! He made sure to present the final product in a functional and nice looking way. Kevyn deserves a 10 stars rating: five stars from my husband and I, and the other five stars (five paws) from my cats. Thank you so very much for this amazing experience! Job very well done!

My family and I leased with NewGen for 6 years and still would have been there if the home owner didn’t sell the property. I will openly admit that like any new relationship there are challenges; however I learned that the challenges were often times out of the property managements control and each circumstance is handled case by case and conditional upon the homeowners permission. Meaning, if the homeowner doesn’t surrender provisions NewGen’s hands are tied. This company will work with you if you do your part by communicating openly and non-aggressively. Susan and her established, dedicated team; work long, countless hours and truly care for their residents. I know that they cared for my family.I’ve currently moved, now leasing a home for rent in Carrollton and only wished that NewGen had this property to manage. This new company that I am with lacks human touch, professionalism, communication and ran by third party vendors. Just know that the grass is rarely greener on the other side.Namaste.JMHenderson

We were completely satisfied working with Kate! From the initial inquiry to the final move, Kate was very helpful and quick to respond. She made herself available to show us multiple properties until we found one that would work for us. She helped us communicate all requests and questions with the other realtor and owner, which made the move-in seamless. She continued to check in to make sure we were happy and didnt need anything else! We will definitely use Kate again if the time comes!

Kate Wilson was is a wonderful agent!! My husband and I are moving to Texas from Colorado and she took the time to show my husband properties in Prosper on short notice. She was kind, patient, and informative. We wanted to rent in Prosper and she did a great job working with the property owner to help us get into my favorite house!! She was willing to go above and beyond with us. She was willing to FaceTime us and give us tours of homes in Texas when we had to go back to Colorado. No issues, and would highly recommend them. Upkeep on a house is more work than it appears, and turning any house into a proper home is double that.

I have personally worked with Susan and Kelly with NewGen Properties for over a year now and counting. I can honestly say I have only had a positive experience up to this point. Anytime Ive submitted repair requests, I am typically contacted the same day with an action plan of who will be calling me to schedule time to come by to fix/resolve any potential issue(s). I have also reached out for general questions and in the event a voicemail is left, the call has always been returned in a timely fashion. I would personally recommend NewGen Properties based off my current experience so far.

We moved to Texas in 2017 and lease with them in 2018 after our lease was up with our first place been with Newgens for 2 years now just signed my 3rd year lease in April. They have always been on time with anything I’ve asked for. I’ve had to get a lot fixed but they made sure to get it done ASAP! Very understandable with anything you have going on, very flexible also. Always kept in contact with any type of info needed. Very good company.
