If you are looking for a first class, hands on, top of their game, get it done Property Management Company, NPM is who you need in your corner. They have helped me more in a week than the previous Property Management company did the entire year of managing our properties. Although we are just getting started, I have zero doubt this partnership will be a great one. They are responsive, beyond knowledgeable in this field and give excellent customer service. A++

I leased a home in the summer of 2023 from NEEMA. I have never leased a home prior to this, and Jennifer and Jazmyn made the entire process smooth! They are so kind and answer any questions! They have beautiful homes that they well manage, and the cost is so affordable! I have heard horror stories about property management companies before, but NEEMA is definitely different. When I moved in, I had a few minor service requests, they attended to them immediately and their service technician was also very helpful and made sure to work with my schedule on being home. Oh, let me not forget to add that they are pet friendly 😁 While searching for a home before NEEMA, I had an issue with people wanting to raise the pet deposit on me from what they advertised 😞 From someone who sold their home and went to leasing, NEEMA has not let me down! I will refer them to anyone looking, and I plan to stay in my home with them until Im ready to buy again!

Neema Property Management is the absolute best! Ive been a tenant of theirs since November 2022 and have had nothing but positive encounters with them. Ive had to put in 2 maintenance tickets since Ive moved in, and each time they were very prompt to respond and quick to come fix the issue at hand. Literally a one-two day turn around. The homebuying process can be a bit tedious but jennifer was there every step of the way. She made sure we were comfortable with everything upfront before moving forward. She even took time out her schedule to meet the inspector etc. I would give her more stars if I could. Shes an excellent relator and will tell you the process upfront. She worked hard and diligent to get us into a home and it didnt take no time. I thank her for putting up with us even when we were impatient at times. Hands down one of best relators I know and I recommend anyone looking to purchase a home to run to her you are in good hands. 💯. Thank you jennifer for your time.

We leased a beautiful home through Neema Property Management and Consulting for one year, the moment we met Jennifer the CEO she was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. During our time with this management team they resolved any issues we had with the property and even replaced the gate in the backyard and did some upkeep to ensure the property was in top shape. If we werent relocating we would love to continue living here - its a gated community that quickly transitioned from leasing a house to becoming our home.

Real review from a real tenant.Being a home owner for the last 10 years, we decided to sell and cash in on our investment. Taking a break from home ownership and leasing temporarily was scary because we heard horror stories about people who leased homes that were beautiful on the outside, bad shape after moving in, and ownership who never fixed any of the problems. I must say that it wasnt the case here. Neema responded to all of my calls and questions promptly. There were very few issues with the home but whenever a work order was put in, the team sent someone out immediately. After every issue, the property manager (Jennifer) called and or emailed to verify the job was complete and that we were satisfied. I fully endorse Neema Property Management and the professionalism displayed by its team.John T.

I cant give Jennifer Galjour owner of Neema Property Management enough praise. If I could rate her as a person and her abilities to manage a portfolio of homes I would give her a 10 out of 5. Unfortunately, over the years EVERY property manager we ever hired stole money and did not take care of the homes or residents. I feel so blessed to have Jennifer overseeing our homes and the residents that occupy them. Whenever a situation arises Im informed and the resident is taken care of IMMEDIATELY no matter how large or small the situation. I highly recommend Jennifer and her team of professionals to manage a barn with horses to a thousand unit multiplex. She is capable of doing it all with a smile and a warm heart.
