Couple things... First Kent is a stand up guy and I trust him completely. He brought a wide knowledge of the commercial real estate market to help my business partner and I in determining suitable options. He also brought good options because in addition to the market knowledge he understood the vibe we were looking for in addition to the space and price requirements.Second, he made the process FUN and easy. Not only did he help us secure our office home for at least the next 7 years he made the process enjoyable. Not only did Kent make a client of me but also a friend.Cannot recommend high enough. 10/10 would do business with him again.

I am not from Texas, but was interested in buying commercial property Dallas. A broker in another state recommended PAUL STEVENSON of NAI Robert Lynn. Working with Paul was great - he was professional and very thorough. I always felt he had my back, and during the negotiations he fought for me and protected my interests. I learned a lot from Paul, and ended up with a great property. Because NAI Robert Lynn has many divisions, he was able to get info from his leasing division on what a fair leasing commission is (when we were negotiating the Leasing Agreement) and he conferred with their Management Division when we were negotiating the Management Agreement. I felt comfortable during this process, and highly recommend Paul Stevenson and NAI Robert Lynn.
