    Thank you Alexandria!!! Moving is very stressful.Add having to move in a quick amount of time even more so then a short supply of rentals for a 5 bedroom thats affordable under 3,500 is almost impossible. We have been walking on pins and needles worried what we were going to do jumping through hoops and paying app fees , communicating with no one except bots. No one calls back or cares for weeks.Thank God we ran into Mynd PM! They answer their calls and messages. They are all super friendly, helpful and caring. Alexandria stayed on the phone and walked us through a technical issue and would not hang up until she knew we were taken care of. I almost cried I was so grateful for her. Thank you, thank you , thank you! We dont want to rent anywhere but with them. They have it together when it comes to property management. Very refreshing!

    My partner and I have been searching for a house to rent for almost a month now and the customer service we received from Michael has the best of any property management company we have been in contact with. He was prompt, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained well the process we would take with this company clearly and precise. Talking with him has been a most refreshing experience after talking with other leasing agents.

    I’m in the market to rent a house in the next couple months. I called Mynd to inquire about a house for rent. Alexandria was the person who answered my call and helped me. She was awesome, so kind and so friendly. She did an amazing job of answering all of my questions. She went above and beyond to even text me interior photos of the property which helped a lot. In a market full of scammers and so many shady “property managers” that don’t even return your calls, my experience with Mynd so far has left me with a great first impression. When it comes time for me to find a rental property I will definitely be going to Mynd first!

    Michael assisted me to get the code for the lock box. I had been sent a code which was the number on the lock box. I needed a 4 digit code so he provided one. I had been trying in the hot Vegas sun to open the box with the 8 digit number on the box to no avail.I thought I needed to unhook the box from the gas meter, also to no avail. So it is still there with the keys inside. Thank you Michael for your timely assistance. Now if I could just get into the portal to post the required photos.....Regards,A. Franklyn

    Angeline and all of the employees at MYND are the most amazing people that I have ever done business with. Very good with responding and making sure everything you need gets taking care of.     My roommates and I submitted applications to rent a house, and unfortunately after we paid the fee about 15 mins later someone had their application approved. I was sad, but Michael was very very helpful and submitted a refund request for me. He is very kind and upbeat, thank you for the assistance!
