Reading all these reviews for sure made me nervous about renting a property from this crew however , my comments are nothing but positive. I had just moved in to a property that needed several small things but still needed lots of things . I was paired with a service man named Wyndam , he is incredibly awesome! He made things so easy , was polite and kind and returned to my home within what felt like minutes to fix it! I really enjoy the app that I can’t use to input these services and so far so good!! 5 stars !

RentVest is a Property Management company tailored to its customers. They truly do care about them and try their best to get to them as fast as they can (to residents and owners) and from my experience, the workers there are very nice and ive had a wonderful relationship with them. whoever will work for this company or be a resident or owner under them will not have to worry and will feel like things are getting taken care of.

Out of state & out of country investor. I have had bad experience with the previous two property management company, before I was introduced & met Ronica(via email).I had worked with Ronica over 18 months, I have nothing but praise for her work ethics & professionalism. I found RentVest via Google AdWords in October 2016 while searching for a Dallas company to manage my rental property. It is February of 2017 and their property manager Ronica led me from 1) finding the right investment property to 2) buying the property to 3) spending her own time to clean up the walls free of charge and preparing it for renting and 4) finding great renters that signed a 2 year lease right away! Simply awesome experience!

Crystal is hardworking and does an amazing job!!! As an owner of many years, I highly recommend her and Rentvest!!!!!!! They are great with the tenants, honest, effective communicators,diligent and timely. She is and her organization the best property management I have ever had- without a doubt!!!!

Cant get thru to maintanence. Water faucet broke outside. Water Dept came and turned it off. Tried to get help and the app doesnt finish my request
